GGuest UserThe guesthouse is nestled in the old town. Taxis typically drop you off at the main road, requiring a short walk of a few minutes to reach the entrance, as the narrow streets can be challenging for cars. On the upside, it's incredibly close to Yingtian Gate, and you can conveniently park electric scooters right outside! One thing to note is that there's a primary school nearby, so you'll hear morning exercise music around 8 AM. The soundproofing isn't the best, but the numerous benefits easily make up for it – I could certainly overlook this. Cleanliness was excellent. Just let the owner know if you need any tidying up; they were incredibly attentive, restocking disposable slippers, toothbrushes, tissues, and even facial tissues every time we returned. Such a thoughtful touch! For service, I booked after the Dragon Boat Festival, and seeing I was staying for an extended period, the owner generously upgraded my room type for free, saying a bigger room would be more comfortable – a truly wonderful gesture! There were also four kinds of complimentary snacks on the table. The guesthouse even offers Hanfu (traditional Chinese attire) styling and makeup services with a discount for guests, which is a great opportunity if you've ever wanted to try it.

NNicDThis is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

The breakfast buffet was really enjoyable and all local products with the soups being a highlight. The bed was very comfortable and we were given an early check in and free room upgrade. The reception staff helped us to book the shaolin temple and longmen grottoes, which was useful as its not always easy to book online with wechat or trip.com. A great option for those looking for something relaxing and charming

GGuest UserThe service was excellent. I arrived just after 9 AM, and they were able to check me in right away, several hours ahead of schedule. The evening congee was also quite good. The laundry service was also excellent; even though it's officially self-service, if you leave your dirty clothes in the laundry room, the staff will proactively wash, dry, and return them to your room. The location is also great; in the evening, you can take a 5-minute walk to Peony Bridge to admire the night view of the Luo River.

GGuest UserComing from Xi'an, where I frequently take my family to 5-star hot spring hotels like Angsana in Lintong and those in Tai Bai Mountain Tang Town, we're certainly no strangers to hot spring accommodations. However, I never expected to discover such a fantastic hot spring hotel here in Luoyang. The stay was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was exquisite, and our butler was exceptionally attentive, providing impeccable care and service. They even arranged transfers for us wherever we needed to go. We just returned today, and I'm already planning another visit next month! This wonderful place has truly made Luoyang feel much closer, making it perfect for a short two-day weekend getaway. Whether it's soaking in the hot springs, swimming in the infinity pool, or enjoying the delicious and refined breakfast, these are truly unparalleled choices for a weekend escape! Once again, many thanks to the hotel for such a wonderful experience, and special gratitude to our butler for their care and attention to my family. Looking forward to our next stay!

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at a hotel near the Yongmen Grottoes and had an amazing experience. The receptionist , Ms Chang Ming Ming was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was so kind and help us with online wechat booking of the tickets to the Yongmen grottoes, saving us the time to queue at the ticket counter. The breakfast was simply sumptuous (Chinese breasfast) - worth every bit of the 40 Yuan! . I especially appreciated the freshness and quality of the food. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Every corner was spotless, and the room was impeccably maintained, which made for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Additionally, the location couldn't be more convenient. The hotel is just a five-minute walk to the Yongmen Grottoes entrance making it perfect for anyone planning to explore this beautiful historic site. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service! Tips - please call ahead for location of the hotel as taxi is not allow to enter the area close to Yongmen Grottoes and the hotel will pick you up frm nearest drop off

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

YYujichuxinThe room is small but well equipped. It is located just opposite the Luoyang Railway Station Square and about 200 meters away from the Luoyang Bus Station. It has convenient transportation and is suitable for departure, arrival and transfer. The hotel has convenient transportation in the city, 50 meters away from Luoyang Railway Station subway station and 60 meters away from Luoyang Station bus stop. There are many restaurants and shops around, selling all kinds of Luoyang special snacks. The only drawback is that the hotel's sound insulation is not good, I hope it can be improved. Overall, it is worth recommending!
