GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to Luoyi Old Town and also within strolling distance of Shizi Street. Luoyang has shared e-bikes everywhere, so finding food and attractions is usually within a ten-minute ride. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. I mentioned something to them before checking in, and I completely forgot about it later, but they reminded me, which saved me a lot of trouble. I really appreciate that! The room was great too. I booked a triple room and asked if there were partitions between the beds, in case we wanted some privacy. When I checked in, the owner said they had specially installed a curtain with a track beforehand, which was incredibly accommodating â truly going above and beyond to meet our needs. Thanks to the owner as well! Overall, I'm very satisfied with everything. If I come back to Luoyang, I'll definitely stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent! It's diagonally across from the Museum of the Chariots and Horses of the Son of Heaven, right next to Xigong Street, and close to the subway station. It's also a short taxi ride to all the major attractions. The hotel itself is new and very clean, the staff are polite, and the breakfast is quite good. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Luoyang.

Cleanliness was meticulous; rooms were cleaned after each guest, bedding was fluffy and clean, and the sealed bathrobes and disposable toilet seat covers conveyed reassurance. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, with no water stains or dust on the countertops or in the corners. Toiletries were neatly arranged, and common areas were regularly cleaned, making for a very comfortable stay. The ambiance was elegant, with a modern Chinese style, soft lighting, and a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located near both the high-speed rail and subway stations. The service was warm and genuine; check-in was quick, and a warm cup of herbal tea was offered upon arrival. The staff also provided helpful explanations of sightseeing routes, displaying a friendly and natural attitude. The facilities were new and practical, with voice-controlled smart systems throughout the room; turning lights on and off and adjusting curtains was as simple as speaking. The rooms were spacious, equipped with a Chinese tea table and a complete tea set, and the mattresses and pillows were perfectly firm. The hotel also offers free parking, a self-service laundry room, and a gym. The breakfast selection was substantial, featuring local flavors. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and was a great choice for travelers.

1. **Location:** The location is decent. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and the subway station is about an 8-minute walk away.
2. **Staff Service:** The staff's service attitude was good. I stayed for three days, and they asked every day if I wanted my room cleaned. Any issues I brought up were addressed promptly.
3. **Atmosphere:** The atmosphere was nice. Guests would sing karaoke and play billiards in the evening. The age range of guests was quite broad, but everyone seemed to get along well.
4. **Laundry Facilities:** The price for washing and drying was reasonable. I remember washing was 4 RMB for 50 minutes, and drying was 1 RMB for 10 minutes, which could be stacked. The dryer worked well; clothes were ready to wear afterward. There were two drying areas, one in the laundry room and another seemingly in the hallway.
Cons:
1. **Poor Soundproofing:** The soundproofing was bad. The exhaust fan noise was very loud. Even though my room's fan wasn't on, the noise from other rooms would carry over â it was all luck of the draw. On the first night, it was loud all night long; I could hear it even with earplugs. The staff also started making noise around 7 AM.
2. **Pillows:** The pillows were too high and hard. The filling was also very dispersed from being used for so long, and there was only one type of pillow available. The sleeping experience was only slightly better than a hard sleeper on a green-skin train. People with neck problems should not try these pillows.
3. **Toiletries:** After using the provided toiletries, my hands peeled once they dried. This has never happened to me before. This might vary for individuals, but it's something to be aware of.
4. **Guest Behavior:** The guests were inconsistent. I encountered people who, among other things: didn't flush the toilet, especially in the mornings, which was very unappealing; were loud and inconsiderate after 11 PM; and used the washing machine improperly (e.g., washing socks).
5. **Limited Women's Laundry:** There was only one washing machine and one dryer for women. If you needed to do laundry urgently at night, it really came down to luck.

HHaitangAfter much deliberation, I chose this hotel in Luoyang, and it's no wonder it has such rave reviews â it truly lives up to its reputation. It's located in a bustling area, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions, with a subway station right next door and even a shuttle service to and from the station. The staff, both in housekeeping and at the front desk, are incredibly responsive to almost every request. The housekeeping staff provided delightful little surprises every day; seeing that we were taking medication and wearing glasses, they proactively offered us glasses cases and pill organizers. Every day we were here, we could order various snacks and fruits for free, and there was even a late-night snack service. When we checked out, they even gave us a bag of snacks and fruits. This level of service truly makes you feel comfortable. Next time I'm in Luoyang, I'll definitely stay here again!

BBubuăăTired of the city's hustle and bustle, I finally found my 'paradise' here. Tucked away in Luoyang Banshan is an absolutely divine hotel. Opening the window reveals a lush green vista, making time seem to slow down.
What I loved most was the 'private courtyard with a private hot spring' design. 24-hour natural hot spring water flows directly into your room, so no more crowded public pools. In the evening, soaking in the steamy hot spring while watching the twilight descend over the mountains melted away a whole week's fatigue. The hotel even provides rose petals and mugwort bath bags, which really elevates the experience!
It's only a ten-minute drive from the Longmen Grottoes, so after exploring the ancient sites, coming back for a hot spring soak is just the perfect end to the day. Whether it's for a romantic getaway or a girls' trip, this place offers plenty of privacy and a relaxing vibe.
The hotel also offers shuttle service, and the butler service is excellent, promptly addressing any issues. Super thoughtful! The room was clean and tidy, and the hot spring water temperature was just right, incredibly refreshing.
A truly satisfying travel experience, highly recommended!

Hotel & Facilities:
I stayed here for 4 nights.
The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained.
The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute walk from the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, plus all the shopping and food area.
There is also a nearby bridge where I enjoyed beautiful views of the grottoes without entering the site!
The receptionist Mengmeng upgraded my room to a suite free of charge, which made my stay even more memorable, since it was a special occasion! She was super helpful and kind through my stay.
Housekeeping was outstanding. My room was cleaned every day and maintained to a high standard.
The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes and enough choices to keep breakfast interesting throughout my stay, I ate like a queen, besides the restaurant area is super peaceful.
As a Spanish girl who does not speak good Chinese, I relied on translation apps, and the staff were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help.
Exceptional Staff Support After I Sprained My Ankle:
During my visit to the Longmen Grottoes, I unfortunately sprained my ankle.
The level of care I received from the hotel staff was exceptional and was one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay by an extra night.
The receptionist Dan Dan and the driver Zhang Hong went above and beyond to help me the night I sprained my ankle.
Ma Dan Dan was my main contact point. She regularly checked on me, provided ice for my ankle and even helped me do my laundry! She came up and down to my room several times to bring me everything I needed. I am very grateful for her time and care.
The driver Changwang took me to the nearest health centre and he was super patient and talkative, which was nice.
Special mention to one staff member called Wang Bing, she was working during the breakfast the day after I sprained my ankle and she was incredibly helpful, lovely and attentive, she even gave me a medicine for mosquito bites!
Everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism.
I believe mentioning their names is relevant, due to my particular situation, they deserve the recognition.
As a solo woman travelling and getting injured far away from home, their support meant a great deal to me.
Overall:
Whether you are a domestic or international traveller, I highly recommend this hotel.
The combination of beautiful facilities, an excellent location, outstanding cleanliness and nd caring staff made this one of the most memorable experiences I have had in my years of travelling.

GGuest UserTraveling to Luoyang, this Lijingmen B&B made me experience the whole process! đ The location is excellent, just in the core of the old city, close to the Lijingmen City Building, within 10 minutes walk to Luoqi Ancient City and Yingtianmen, surrounded by authentic snacks, beef soup, water mats to eat casually. The environment of the homestay is elegant, the Chinese courtyard style, the small courtyard is super beautiful, the room is clean and odorless, the musk smells very good, the whole house is intelligent, and the details are attentive. The boss and the clerk are super caring, communicate in advance, take the initiative to help carry luggage, store items, and avoid the pit guide, as kind as friends. The price is full, the experience is far more than expected, and I will stay here next time I come to Luoyang!

XXiaoya920This was my first trip to Henan. I arrived by train at 1 AM, and the hotel was right across the street from the station. I checked out the next day and forgot my charger at the hotel. The receptionist helped me mail it back. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time.
