My overall stay was decent. The location was quite convenient for getting around, and the parking facilities were good. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The public areas on the first floor were acceptable, with a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The room had all the basic amenities, including a projector for movies, and the bedding was reasonably comfortable. However, there's room for improvement in the room's detailed cleanliness; there was dust in the corners, and some of the linen felt a bit cheap. The bathroom floor drain wasn't very efficient, leading to water pooling after a shower. Breakfast options were quite basic, not very diverse, and the taste was just average. The soundproofing was mediocre; I could occasionally hear people walking in the hallway. Priced at over 300 yuan a night, it's not cheap for the area, and there's a slight mismatch between the hardware, detailed experience, and the price. There were no major flaws, but no real surprises either. It's suitable for a short, transitional stay; one night would be fine. I hope they can improve room hygiene checks, maintain bathroom facilities, and enhance the quality of the linen and breakfast to further boost the value for money. I might consider staying again in the future.

Chose Wyndham Garden for my Zhuhai trip and it was a perfect experience! Felt super safe – the elevators and hallways were bright, so no worries there. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a really peaceful night's sleep. The front desk lady was incredibly sweet and even offered to upgrade me to a movie screen room. However, my partner wanted to watch the World Cup and preferred using a TV, so we stuck with our original king-size room. The full-room voice control was a convenient touch.

Right across the road from the hotel is the beach, and it's a 2-3 minute walk to get into the water. You can cycle to attractions like the Love Post Office and the Zhuhai Fisher Girl statue. It's a 15-minute taxi ride to Gongbei Port, and also close to Jiuzhou Port for ferry connections, making it ideal for families traveling to/from Hong Kong and Macau. Our high-floor sea view room had floor-to-ceiling windows with great views of the sea and the sunset over the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge – perfect for photos! The service was excellent. Highly recommended for families with kids.

I'll give an objective review. For the price, I'm quite satisfied. I'd heard from friends that it was boring, but I personally didn't find it so. It's great for family trips, especially if both adults and children play together – that's when you really feel it's worth the money. I highly recommend trying all the slides. We arrived during a rainy spell. The hotel informed us that only the indoor ball pit was open in the park area. The water park also closes during thunderstorms. Other attractions would only be available after the rain stopped and puddles were cleared. They offered to extend the validity of our park tickets for up to three months. The hotel also provided a canvas tote bag. Since it was a trip, we still went in to try our luck. Once inside, we realized it was practically closed – zero staff, barely any other visitors. On the first day, we only managed to play in the indoor ball pit and ride the pedal carts. In the afternoon, the rain stopped, and we headed straight for the water park (which I highly recommend; it's best enjoyed as a family. Note: lockers only support Apple Pay; Android users need to pay cash, but staff can help with change. Small lockers are 20, large are 30). There are also many other complementary games within the park. The staff at check-in gave a very detailed explanation of everything. However, you need to time things carefully, and the attractions are spread out, so definitely consult the map. On the second day, the weather was surprisingly good. We played in the maze and the Maya Adventure Park, which definitely gives you a workout. Regarding accommodation, I stayed in the Xianyeju. There were no mosquitoes, and the hotel even provided mosquito repellent at check-in. When checking out, the front desk also gave a departure gift, which made the kids very happy. At this price point, I still highly recommend it.

Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The location is convenient for getting around and dining. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Taking advantage of the tail end of the holiday, I brought my child to Zhuhai Chimelong for a visit. I did a lot of research online, and staying inside the park was the most convenient option for getting around, saving a lot of travel time. So, I checked into the Chimelong Circus Hotel, which offered the best value for money and was super convenient for accessing the park. The hotel staff were enthusiastic, and the room facilities were complete, with vibrant colors that my child loved. There's a guardrail on the side of the bed to prevent young children from falling off while sleeping, which is a thoughtful touch. For Wi-Fi, you just need to scan the QR code on the hotel receipt, follow their official account, and verify with your phone number. This experience was excellent, and I'll definitely come again.

The hotel's location is quite close to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, which is very convenient for family trips. The front desk and room service were both good, with friendly attitudes and proactive service. However, upon departure, the service at the entrance was extremely poor. I saw a lady with a child and a lot of luggage, and the staff member just turned their head away. I'm not sure if they only serve guests staying at the hotel or what. I hope the hotel can improve its overall service so that all families staying can have a pleasant check-in and check-out experience.

Once confirmed reservation, I contacted hotel for dining arrangement on 29th Jan. They said that they have ”upgrade” my room. However, the upgraded room is not what I want, so, I told them NOT to upgrade. Then they explained that there's A/C issue, trying to fix it now. 2nd Feb, they told me that my room is fixed and ready, no need to upgrade, I replied that was great! 20th Feb, the date that we check-in, I contacted hotel for the room, dinner and exact location. The hosted asked when we will arrive and I told him we will arrive 3:00pm that day. Eventually, we arrived at 4:30pm, the hosted told me that ”oh, so sorry, the ”previous guest” didn't check-out, I will upgrade you” ＜-- I was thinking ***, AGAIN? This hotel, only 2 types of room with hotel spring, they keep pushing me to stay at ANOTHER room. Finally, we met the ”prevous guest”, they said they booked for 3 nights, understand that the last night the same room not available, but they just don't care and act like ******* leave all belongings let the hotel no choice but stayed the same room for them. That means, hotel received ”previous guest” $$ and my $$ for the same room same night. Also, the hot spring was not working on the 2nd day almost the whole day. They said it was because we didn't turned off the hot spring ＜-- they didn't mention I can't enjoy hot spring from when to when?! Unfortunately, Trip.com will only ”listen” to user, but ”confirm” situation with hotel. They said I did stayed in their hotel anyway, I said that location is not a usual place that I can find another HOTEL easily, I have no choice at that moment because we have 4 children! The compensation this time was $986 but I paid $5000 for that room. To all others, I will tell you to re-consider to stay in this hotel or use Trip.com from now on!

We had a fantastic stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very relaxing. The entire staff, from reception to the golf starters, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The golf experience was top-notch. The caddies were excellent—knowledgeable, pleasant, and many are golf college graduates who provided great guidance, acting as semi-coaches. It truly elevated our game. A wonderful resort with outstanding service. We can't wait to return!
