GGuest User1 The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get anywhere in Xiangzhou District. It's close to both Beishan and Xiawan.
2 I give the service full marks! I stayed for 5 nights. The first night was a bit noisy due to the street, but for the next 4 days, they upgraded us to a king room with a bathtub, facing the residential area. I slept incredibly well for the rest of my stay. After all the walking in Hong Kong and Macau, a bath was super relaxing.
3 The pillows and mattress were very comfortable. I pretty much fell asleep instantly every night. The bedding was soft, unlike the stiff ones I've experienced in previous hotels.
4 The breakfast was great! I ate noodles for 3 days straight, and there was a good variety.
5 Food delivery arrived promptly, and the front desk was very responsive. I highly recommend staying here!!!
6 The hotel's airport transfer vehicle was a very comfortable 7-seater business van.

YYuehaomamaTraveling to Zhuhai? I highly recommend the Zongle Hotel! It offers great value for money and fantastic service, with super complete room amenities.
Location: It's a 5-minute bike ride to the Seaside Swimming Beach, directly accessible to Love Post Office and the lighthouse. A 10-minute taxi ride gets you to the Zhuhai Grand Theater (Sun & Moon Bay) and the Fisher Girl statue.
Super Kid-Friendly: They provide children's slippers, toothbrushes, safety rails, sand play toys, and even mosquito repellent – making traveling with kids so much easier! Plus, there are 99 free amenities (you can check the card for details).
Stay Experience: The room has an cream-style aesthetic with a music theme. It features smart home technology, a 120-inch projector, a smart toilet, and a soft mattress that ensures even babies get a sound sleep.
Dining: Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, a long window so you can enjoy freshly cooked noodles even if you sleep in. After 9:00 PM, they even offer congee for a late-night snack! There are many restaurants downstairs, making it super convenient for dining and exploring. If you need anything, just message the butler, and a robot will deliver it to your door right away.

GGuest UserThis Atour stay was by far the best experience I've had, even surpassing many 5-star hotels. A huge thank you to the butler for their warm and genuine service. My room package didn't include breakfast, but while chatting with the butler during check-in, we discovered we were from the same hometown, and they immediately and generously offered me three days of complimentary breakfast. The hotel's breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. What truly stands out is that this Atour even offers late-night snacks, which 99% of hotels, including the many 5-star resorts we've stayed at for beach holidays, don't have. After checking in, the butler also sent me a travel guide, and they were always incredibly responsive to any questions or requests I had. On my way back, I realized I'd left two packages at the hotel, and the butler helped me sort that out too. You can really feel their passion and dedication to their work. The hotel environment is also excellent; I couldn't find a single flaw. There are complimentary drinks available at the check-in area, and thoughtful details are everywhere. Next time I come to Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose this Atour again. Five-star review all around!

VVaruneshI recently stayed at Sumlodol Hengqin Camping Town in Zhuhai with my family and friends , and it completely exceeded all our expectations. This place perfectly blends the charm of outdoor camping with modern comforts. From cozy cabins and well-equipped accommodations to the scenic park areas, kids’ sand play zones, and relaxing outdoor vibes, everything felt thoughtfully designed for a refreshing getaway.
What truly made our stay magical, however, was the incredible service—particularly from Blaire the Customer Relationship Manager. Blaire went way above and beyond to ensure every detail of our trip was perfect. We were a group including young kids, and she personally took care of so many things: customisation of food to fit our vegetarian diet, helping with translations, arranging park tickets, and even going out of her way to cater to our specific family needs. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care turned what would have been a good stay into an absolutely amazing one. She was always just a message away, proactive, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Blaire is a true standout—thank you so much for making our memories so special!
The facilities were excellent overall: clean and comfortable rooms with all the essentials, a great buffet with tasty local flavors, and plenty of space for the kids to play and explore.
If you’re looking for a unique glamping or family-friendly experience in the Zhuhai/Hengqin area, I highly recommend Sumlodol Hengqin Camping Town. And if you go, be sure to say hi to Blaire—she’s the reason we’ll definitely be coming back!

GGuest UserThe room was excellent! The front desk upgraded us, and the staff member was very enthusiastic. The upgraded room had an amazing view, and I could even see Macau in the distance, which was a pleasant surprise. The room also had an emergency flashlight, which made me feel very secure! I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Chimelong; it's very close, only about a 15-minute drive, which is super convenient. The front desk also has a 24-hour convenience store, so even if other shops are closed, you can still grab some food there. Overall, the service was great, and the room was nice. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back next time.

GGuest UserZhuhai Chimelong Circus Hotel – such a wonderfully happy experience, I just had to write about it. Maybe it can even serve as a little guide. Haha, I was so happy I wanted to record all my feelings.
First, let's talk about choosing a hotel. As a first-timer to Chimelong, I compared three hotels within walking distance that I found on Xiaohongshu. I discovered the Circus Hotel offered the best value for money. Since I have an elderly relative who uses a wheelchair and we were only staying for two days, the Circus Hotel's 2-day, 1-night package, which included unlimited entry to both 'Ocean Kingdom' and 'Adventure Park' (Spaceship Park), was even cheaper. So, I decisively chose the Circus Hotel. You can book in advance for excellent value!
Next, my check-in experience was super convenient and incredibly wheelchair-friendly! We booked a twin room, which was across the parking lot and directly faced the 'Ocean Kingdom' whale shark fireworks. I never imagined watching the fireworks from the hotel could be so beautiful! It was an absolute surprise!
The hotel facilities are also excellent. I absolutely loved the theme concept; there were lots of kids, and adults enjoyed themselves just as much. The staff's care was superb; every staff member was incredibly friendly. We could store our luggage, which didn't interrupt our fun at all! There are also self-service lunch and breakfast options, and food delivery isn't an issue. In short, I would definitely choose the Circus Hotel again next time.
The complimentary travel photos were also gorgeous. It was pouring rain when I went, but the photographer was super professional, truly turning 'rotten into magical' and capturing memorable photos.
Over the two days, we visited the 'Ocean Kingdom' whale shark exhibit, white whale show, penguin exhibit, and 5D cinema, as well as 'Adventure Park's' Bermuda, deep-sea submarine, and all the animal decorations on the first floor. It was pure bliss! A little tip: the Circus Hotel is very close to Ocean Kingdom. They offer a shuttle bus to Adventure Park, but honestly, walking through the parking lot to Adventure Park feels about the same distance as Ocean Kingdom. Haha, meaning they're both very close! I hope everyone has a great time! ( ^_^)／

GGuest UserOnce confirmed reservation, I contacted hotel for dining arrangement on 29th Jan. They said that they have ”upgrade” my room. However, the upgraded room is not what I want, so, I told them NOT to upgrade. Then they explained that there's A/C issue, trying to fix it now.
2nd Feb, they told me that my room is fixed and ready, no need to upgrade, I replied that was great!
20th Feb, the date that we check-in, I contacted hotel for the room, dinner and exact location. The hosted asked when we will arrive and I told him we will arrive 3:00pm that day.
Eventually, we arrived at 4:30pm, the hosted told me that ”oh, so sorry, the ”previous guest” didn't check-out, I will upgrade you” ＜-- I was thinking ***, AGAIN?
This hotel, only 2 types of room with hotel spring, they keep pushing me to stay at ANOTHER room.
Finally, we met the ”prevous guest”, they said they booked for 3 nights, understand that the last night the same room not available, but they just don't care and act like ******* leave all belongings let the hotel no choice but stayed the same room for them.
That means, hotel received ”previous guest” $$ and my $$ for the same room same night. Also, the hot spring was not working on the 2nd day almost the whole day.
They said it was because we didn't turned off the hot spring ＜-- they didn't mention I can't enjoy hot spring from when to when?!
Unfortunately, Trip.com will only ”listen” to user, but ”confirm” situation with hotel.
They said I did stayed in their hotel anyway, I said that location is not a usual place that I can find another HOTEL easily, I have no choice at that moment because we have 4 children!
The compensation this time was $986 but I paid $5000 for that room.
To all others, I will tell you to re-consider to stay in this hotel or use Trip.com from now on!

__TC_The environment was nice and beautiful and the rooms were spacious.
However, we found small cockroaches on the hand towels. The building had no elevator, and it was very handicap-unfriendly. I traveled with my parents and we were arranged on the ground floor but the lobby and restaurant were on the second floor. My father had to get out of the wheelchair and climbed up and down the stairs.
Breakfast was not good.
