We had a fantastic stay at Banyan Tree Zhuhai and would easily give it a 5-star rating! The hotel's hardware and facilities truly live up to Banyan Tree's consistently high standards. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the tranquil environment made for a super relaxing stay. We were also really impressed by the food. Everything from breakfast to main meals was fresh, delicious, and absolutely hit the mark. There wasn't a single dish we didn't enjoy. What really stood out was the service. All the staff were incredibly kind and natural, making us feel very comfortable. A special thank you to Ella at the front desk, who was highly efficient and patient during our check-in and check-out. And I must give a huge shout-out to our butler, Lucy. Her care and attention throughout our stay were truly exceptional. She promptly helped us with all our requests, making us feel incredibly well looked after. Overall, it was a perfectly wonderful holiday experience. We will definitely come back given the chance!

Hengqin Zhenlin Hotel is a great place to take the kids out for a walk during the May Day holiday! The seaside embankment and wetland park are right outside the door, and the air is super good. It is especially comfortable to take the kids on a bike to see the flowers and stroll along the beach. It is very close to the Starland Amusement Park, and the children don't want to leave after playing! The hotel restaurant is great, with fresh Cantonese cuisine and seafood, and both adults and children enjoy the food. The sea is right outside the window of the room, just right for the whole family to relax! The most important thing is that there is no one crowding at all, and it feels like I just slipped out on a weekday, very comfortable 😌 Also, the housekeeper, Ms. Zhao, is very considerate. Healthy water is delivered to the room every day, which nourishes the lungs and the body

My biggest takeaway is that this hotel is perfect for those who consider the hotel itself a destination. After disembarking, there's a shuttle. The moment you step into the lobby, it's unmistakably Alila – minimalist, with plenty of white space, and three sides offering sea views. The 270° sea view lobby and cliffside infinity pool truly make you feel like you're living between the sea and sky on a good day. All rooms are suites, starting with ample space, featuring wood and pristine white decor, with a tea room/balcony. Turndown service is set according to your chosen fragrance, and amenities like steam eye masks add a perfect touch of ritual. Lounging on the balcony listening to the waves is even more enjoyable than venturing out to explore the island. Overall, the service is excellent. The butler adds you on WeChat in advance to arrange boat schedules, restaurants, and staff like Colin, Jenny, and Brian are all very attentive 🫰. The sea salt breakfast is semi-buffet with à la carte options. Cantonese dim sum, rice rolls, and seafood are all quite solid. The Haitang Chinese restaurant is exceptionally delicious – good enough to warrant a return visit. If you're looking for photo opportunities, the lobby, pool, sunset views, and the rock pier are all fantastic spots for pictures.

Upon learning it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room for free and even surprised me with a delicate birthday cake. It was full of pleasant surprises. The service throughout was impeccable, with attention to every detail, making it a truly unforgettable birthday. The room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhuhai. Many thanks to all the staff for their thoughtful hospitality!

This is our fifth time back to Xianglidu with my family. As soon as we entered the park, it was still that bright, colorful landscape I remembered. The front desk staff were as friendly as ever – probably because we visit so often, most of the employees recognize us now. As soon as we walked in, they smiled and called out my child's name: “Haven’t seen you in a year, you’ve grown taller again!” The tone was casual, but my heart was genuinely warmed. It felt just like coming home, I suppose. What’s even more remarkable is their attentiveness. Every time we visit, they upgrade us based on room availability, saying they want our child to have a different experience each year. This time, we stayed in the one-bedroom, one-living-room cabin we had dreamed of: the room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so comfortable you didn't want to get up; there were even little squirrels in the yard, and my child loved watching them from the window for a long time. The breakfast ingredients have also been quietly updated, with many more healthy options suitable for children, which deserves a big thumbs-up. The activities in the park are much richer than before, showing that the management is genuinely striving to improve the experience – the fishing pond was a pleasant surprise this time, and my child had so much fun they didn't even want to leave. This time, there was also a new “resort butler” service, where you can ask about any activity details during your stay and get immediate answers, making things much easier. But what has stayed with me the most is a children's gift pack specially delivered to our room by Uncle Qita. To be honest, at first, I thought it was just a standard souvenir and didn't pay much attention to it. But the moment I opened it, I was truly touched – everything inside was tailor-made for a child: Disposable children's bibs, baby disinfectant wipes, children's toiletries set, children's hangers, children's talcum powder. Nothing was “just for show”; everything was something you'd most likely forget when going out, yet needed the most. That feeling of “you actually thought of *this* too” is hard to describe. Thank you for taking the return of “old friends” so seriously. We will definitely be back.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just about 50 meters door-to-door from Hengqin Port – incredibly convenient! It's also easy to get to other places from here. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is great value for money. The hotel's laundry room with a dryer is a huge plus, especially for cleaning up after traveling in hot weather! All the staff are super nice, particularly John and Tumiy, who patiently answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Overall, it's a great place, highly recommended!

The room was nice and clean. However, the location was a bit inconvenient as there wasn't much around, and we had to drive a long way to turn around to get anywhere. The butler's service attitude was good, but there was a mistake with our window seat reservation for the buffet. I was asked to add the butler on WeChat, and I only needed her to book a table for me. When we arrived, the reservation wasn't made. I called her, and she said she would communicate, but there was no follow-up. We had to wait 20 minutes and sit at a different table. After we finished eating, the butler came and offered a bottle of buffet red wine. If I wanted to drink, I would have poured it myself. If she had told us the reservation couldn't be made, we could have gone to a different restaurant. It was speechless to find out there was no reservation when we got there. Also, there was no shower gel in the room. By the way, the buffet was quite disappointing. Besides the beef ribs and sweet drinks, everything else was not good. The spicy stir-fried seafood was only ordered once, and we didn't even use the second ticket. The stingrays often had scales on them. The hairy crabs were small and black, and when opened, they were all black inside.

My stay at Ocean Spring Resort Fann Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The room design was very new, with excellent wet/dry separation, and the double vanity sink was incredibly convenient for two people. I chose a room with a private hot spring, and soaking in the hot spring on the balcony while watching the sunset in the evening was truly delightful. The hotel also offers a free 'Little Sailor's Club' for kids, giving parents a much-needed break. The hot springs, petting zoo, and non-powered amusement park within the resort are all perfect for families with children, and there's a shuttle bus from the hotel, so transportation isn't an issue. If the room's ventilation could be a bit better, it would be perfect; it was slightly damp when I first entered, but the air conditioning quickly resolved that. Overall, it was a very comfortable vacation, and I'll definitely come back again! The hotel opened in 2023, so the facilities are brand new, with a modern and high-quality design. I booked a sea-view room, and soaking in the hot spring while watching the sunset in the evening was a perfect experience. The room's wet/dry separation and double vanity sink show thoughtful attention to detail. For families with kids, I recommend the family duplex room type, which has a slide that kids absolutely love. The free childcare at the 'Little Sailor's Club' is a huge bonus! The resort facilities are comprehensive, with hot springs, a petting zoo, and a non-powered amusement park all accessible by shuttle bus. My only small suggestion would be to optimize the room's ventilation; there was a slight damp smell upon entry, but it dissipated quickly with the air conditioning. The butler service was prompt and responsive. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

The room facilities are a bit old. The hygiene isn't bad, but there's a strange smell in the room. The water park only opens at noon, so for those staying for just one day, buying a hotel package that includes the water park is basically useless. You can enter an hour early, but so many people stay at the hotel it's like when Ocean Kingdom opens an hour early – it doesn't really help. The service was very mediocre. I dropped my phone in the room and had already checked out and returned the room key because I had to catch my high-speed train. I asked the lobby manager for help, and they told me to get back in the incredibly long queue for check-out and tax refunds just to get another room key. Luckily, there were many cleaning staff, and I asked them for help. After verifying my identity upstairs and downstairs, they let me back into the room to find my phone. And they wouldn't even let me keep the room key as a souvenir!

The bedding was flat and clean, and the sheets and duvet covers felt brand new and fluffy, very comfortable against the skin, with no stains or hairs whatsoever. The bathroom was immaculately cleaned, with no water marks on the countertops or mirrors, and the toilet and shower area were thoroughly sanitized. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality. The service throughout was exceptionally warm and attentive. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, with no complicated steps. Any needs during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, and the cleaning ladies were meticulous, proactively replenishing drinking water, tissues, and other supplies. The hotel's attention to detail was particularly thoughtful; the lighting and power outlet layout were well-designed, and the WiFi speed was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both work and leisure needs. The overall living environment was quiet and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. There were no hidden charges at the hotel, and the value for money was exceptional. It's perfectly suited for daily business trips, friends' getaways, or short stays. I've already bookmarked this place, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit the area. I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers!
