GGuest UserWe stayed there for four days for a long weekend getaway. The experience was very relaxing. The hotel has mountain bikes, so we went out everyday riding bikes to nearby parks. We also enjoyed the daily wellness classes and the state of art gym. I even tried out some of the medical services that focus on prevention. The hotel must’ve spent a lot of efforts sourcing these machines and services.
The location is far away from the city center. It was exactly what we liked for a remote relaxing get away.
My favorite part is the restaurant. The chef is amazing, and can cook so many different kinds of local Chinese and western cuisines. If this is in HK, it would probably receive a Michelin star rating.

BBairimengkelaThe hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The lobby is grand and sophisticated, with a minimalist yet luxurious design that creates a wonderful ambiance as soon as you step in.
The front desk staff were professional and courteous. Check-in was very quick, and they proactively upgraded our room after understanding our travel needs. They patiently explained the operating hours for breakfast, the swimming pool, and the executive lounge – such thoughtful details. Our room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and completely odor-free. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear any corridor noise at all.
The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including Chinese pastries, Western baked goods, freshly cooked noodles, and a full selection of fruits and drinks. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was consistently good. The constant-temperature pool had crystal-clear water, and the gym was well-equipped, perfect for relaxing during downtime. Every staff member we encountered along the way greeted us proactively, room service was prompt, and the turndown service even included a thoughtful fruit delivery.
Overall, we felt completely at home throughout our stay. This hotel is perfectly suited for both business trips and family vacations, consistently delivering the reliable Marriott standard.

JJuzimanmanThe front desk processed check-in quickly, and we were greeted with a lovely petal hand-washing ritual.
Service: The service was warm and attentive; every staff member we encountered greeted us with a polite smile.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable, but the plunge pool on the balcony had small flies and some unknown dried leaves.
Ambiance: The hotel's Lingnan architectural style made us feel like we were nestled among mountains and rivers. It was uncrowded and serene, very peaceful.
Facilities: There's a gym and a swimming pool, but activities for children are limited, and the one or two daily kids' activities come with an extra charge.
Overall, it was good, but it's pricier compared to other Banyan Tree resorts. Although it's by the sea, the beach isn't particularly attractive, and there's no private beach; the seawater was quite murky.

MMr. MoThe hotel is beautiful. The location on the cliff is wonderful. There is a picture to be taken at every corner.
You don’t notice the service people at all, but you notice their work. For this I give them the highest of praise.
Room service is quite fast. The food selection they have is super high quality, whether at dinner or breakfast.
The reception are helpful and are quite reasonable people, when there is a disagreement. I have informed them earlier that it was our wedding anniversary, and they prepared the room accordingly and even prepared a cake for us.
2 areas of improvement. 1- English speaking staff. -2- The hotel needs to put night owls in their consideration. The restaurant closes at 12, which is fair enough. But no snacks or vending machine way before that time. What if I get hungry late at night?
Besides that, I would definitely visit this place again. Is perfect for couples who want a get away, or people who just want a place to find serenity or inspiration.

JJibixiaoziThe hotel opened in 2015, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, but they're still functional and everything is very clean. The front desk even upgraded us to a Macau sea-view room when we checked in. We had a minor issue with the room during our stay, but the housekeeping department resolved it very quickly and courteously, and they even called afterwards to follow up and apologize, which was excellent service. The hotel's location and environment are also great. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money; it's at least half the price you'd pay in Macau itself.

FForever_yingThe room was clean and hygienic. Although Zhuhai's weather is unpredictable and quite humid, the room had no strange odors.
The service was excellent. The cleaning staff were very warm and attentive. Because my flight was earlier than expected, I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. The lady at the front desk processed my check-in without a word, which was a great help. The male staff I encountered on the following two days were clearly not as professional as her, but their attitude was very friendly.
The hotel's location is superb. It's just across the road from Hengqin Port. You can also walk through an underpass behind the hotel directly to勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza).
As for the food, I didn't find many great options in the nearby food street, but there are plenty of dining choices in 勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza), all very convenient. Definitely avoid the pre-cut fruit sold in the underpass!

Prior to booking, I compared several room types on Ctrip, and Nina and Cherry patiently answered all my questions about packages, parking, late check-out, and more. When my itinerary changed unexpectedly, they actively helped coordinate everything, making communication smooth and stress-free. Upon arrival, Minsy greeted us and processed our check-in efficiently and with detailed explanations, so we didn't have to wait long. Afterwards, Alina provided personalized, one-on-one service, sending us our location and check-in instructions in advance. Any requests for luggage or in-room supplies were addressed immediately. She was warm and welcoming without being intrusive. The room itself was clean, bright, and well-equipped. The online and in-person services were seamlessly connected. These four staff members were professional and genuinely caring, significantly enhancing our travel experience. I've already saved this hotel and will prioritize staying here for future trips!

After checking out, Claire proactively called me for a follow-up, diligently asking about my stay. She carefully noted down the issues I raised and promptly reported them to the manager, sincerely promising that they would optimize and improve. She even thoughtfully offered to help arrange my preferred room for my next stay. Even though she's an intern, her strong sense of responsibility, professional and sincere approach, and her attentiveness to every guest's feedback truly embody the warmth expected of St. Regis butler service.

SseeyaxxTo grab a meal, I spontaneously added an extra night to my Zhuhai trip during the May Day holiday. I picked a place near Xiwan. Prices were quite high due to the holiday, but this one looked like decent value for money, so I figured it was fine for just one night.
Once I got to the hotel, it actually looked less dated than in the pictures. Parking was convenient, and the facilities were pretty complete. It was quite quiet at night, not noisy at all. Breakfast was served at the restaurant downstairs. Most importantly, it was really close to Xiwan!

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home.
The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay thanks to the perfect combination of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I look forward to returning soon!
