GGuest UserWe stayed there for four days for a long weekend getaway. The experience was very relaxing. The hotel has mountain bikes, so we went out everyday riding bikes to nearby parks. We also enjoyed the daily wellness classes and the state of art gym. I even tried out some of the medical services that focus on prevention. The hotel must’ve spent a lot of efforts sourcing these machines and services.
The location is far away from the city center. It was exactly what we liked for a remote relaxing get away.
My favorite part is the restaurant. The chef is amazing, and can cook so many different kinds of local Chinese and western cuisines. If this is in HK, it would probably receive a Michelin star rating.

GGuest UserThe room was quite clean, and since we arrived early, the front desk let us check in ahead of time. They even gave us Zongzi (rice dumplings) because the Dragon Boat Festival was approaching. We ended up cooped up in the hotel for two days due to heavy rain. The deduction in my rating is for the buffet restaurant. Even though we booked in advance, they didn't give us a window seat, claiming all of them were reserved. However, the window tables remained empty even after we finished our meal. I thought the hotel restaurant was primarily for hotel guests! Also, they said dinner included a cheese lobster, but what we got was something else, which was a bit disappointing. Furthermore, even though we booked two breakfasts, they initially said we only had one and we had to show our reservation confirmation to be let in, which was quite embarrassing!

I called ahead to let them know it was for a birthday stay, and the gentleman was incredibly professional. He pre-registered my requests and prepared the room, which was a wonderful surprise when I entered!
Environment: The view outside is absolutely stunning. When you open the balcony door, you get a direct view of Macau.

XXishanxingzheThis hotel boasts a truly unique ambiance, feeling secluded with its three-sided ocean views. The design is stunning, perfect for photos, and the infinity pool is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious with a minimalist, upscale feel. However, there aren't many activities or amenities to experience within the hotel itself; a coffee shop or library would be a great addition. Mikasa and Colin at customer service were excellent. It's a shame there's no proper beach, and frankly, all the beaches on Dong'ao Island are quite mediocre, not nearly as good as Dameisha in Shenzhen. This is definitely a hotel best enjoyed by staying put. A pleasant surprise was the restaurant at the pier – the seafood was fantastic and affordable. I highly recommend the sea urchin fried rice at Juxianlou. You can even buy fresh seafood at the pier and have the restaurant prepare it for you. Make sure to shop around at a few different vendors as prices vary significantly.

FForever_yingThe room was clean and hygienic. Although Zhuhai's weather is unpredictable and quite humid, the room had no strange odors.
The service was excellent. The cleaning staff were very warm and attentive. Because my flight was earlier than expected, I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. The lady at the front desk processed my check-in without a word, which was a great help. The male staff I encountered on the following two days were clearly not as professional as her, but their attitude was very friendly.
The hotel's location is superb. It's just across the road from Hengqin Port. You can also walk through an underpass behind the hotel directly to勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza).
As for the food, I didn't find many great options in the nearby food street, but there are plenty of dining choices in 勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza), all very convenient. Definitely avoid the pre-cut fruit sold in the underpass!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with stable hot water. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining options downstairs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. The housekeeping staff were attentive and meticulous with details. This hotel offers excellent value for money, with a quiet and peaceful environment. It's perfect for business travelers. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay at the St. Regis Zhuhai, and I really appreciate Daisy, our butler, for helping me get the same room as my last visit. The room is incredibly well-maintained and no expense was spared on the materials. The amenities are absolutely top-notch, especially for this price point. We're talking B&O speakers, crystal chandeliers, and solid furniture painted glossy black with elegant gold trim. The all-marble bathroom with its floor-to-ceiling windows and oversized bathtub feels luxurious and modern, not at all dated. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was fantastic; the braised eel with fish maw was incredibly tender and gelatinous. The large pieces of eel, coated in a rich and flavorful sauce, actually outshone the fish maw itself. Finally, a big thank you again to Daisy for her meticulous and thoughtful service.

SseeyaxxTo grab a meal, I spontaneously added an extra night to my Zhuhai trip during the May Day holiday. I picked a place near Xiwan. Prices were quite high due to the holiday, but this one looked like decent value for money, so I figured it was fine for just one night.
Once I got to the hotel, it actually looked less dated than in the pictures. Parking was convenient, and the facilities were pretty complete. It was quite quiet at night, not noisy at all. Breakfast was served at the restaurant downstairs. Most importantly, it was really close to Xiwan!

CChuibasongdeakunWe checked into the Rubber Ducky Suite quite early in the afternoon, and it was very clean and comfortable, which made the kids very happy. For lunch, we had the 888 set menu at the Chinese restaurant. The chef was excellent, though the beef had a bit of a local yellow beef taste; a better cut of meat might have been even better, especially since it wasn't a Sichuan-style dish. Everything else, like the swimming pool and gym, was great. We traveled during the off-peak season, so there were no crowds. It was a shame the beach was undergoing renovation; we'll have to come back another time for that. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the quality was high. The fish slices in the fish noodle soup were incredibly tender and smooth, and the coffee was good too.

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home.
The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay thanks to the perfect combination of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I look forward to returning soon!
