SSiyun00The room is very design-conscious, with a bit of Chinese retro style. The breakfast is very exquisite. The view from the room is very wide, and the surrounding area is very quiet. The manager Zhao Rui at the front desk is very friendly. She helped me make an appointment for an aromatherapy balance SPA. The masseuse is very professional and I feel very relieved after the treatment. In short, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. I look forward to going there again next time!

They even thoughtfully offered tips on sightseeing routes. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

The ambiance is elegant and comfortable, the rooms are spotless with great attention to detail, and the gentle service truly melted away my travel fatigue. XXishanxingzheThis hotel boasts a truly unique ambiance, feeling secluded with its three-sided ocean views. The design is stunning, perfect for photos, and the infinity pool is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious with a minimalist, upscale feel. However, there aren't many activities or amenities to experience within the hotel itself; a coffee shop or library would be a great addition. Mikasa and Colin at customer service were excellent. It's a shame there's no proper beach, and frankly, all the beaches on Dong'ao Island are quite mediocre, not nearly as good as Dameisha in Shenzhen. This is definitely a hotel best enjoyed by staying put. A pleasant surprise was the restaurant at the pier – the seafood was fantastic and affordable. I highly recommend the sea urchin fried rice at Juxianlou. You can even buy fresh seafood at the pier and have the restaurant prepare it for you. Make sure to shop around at a few different vendors as prices vary significantly.

I called ahead to let them know it was for a birthday stay, and the gentleman was incredibly professional. He pre-registered my requests and prepared the room, which was a wonderful surprise when I entered!
Environment: The view outside is absolutely stunning. When you open the balcony door, you get a direct view of Macau.

SSukidaxiong1Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately greeted by the hotel's warm welcome ceremony – a refreshing cold-brew Lingnan tea and a cool towel infused with natural lemongrass essential oil. It instantly soothed the summer travel heat. As I was escorted to my room, every step revealed picturesque scenes of ink-wash artistry, blending seamlessly with the surrounding mountains and sea. The elegance hidden in every detail was captivating; I couldn't resist putting on a cheongsam to capture this overflowing gentle mood. It's a romance unique to Chinese aesthetics. A big thank you to Crystal and Cecilia, my wonderful housekeepers. They were so gentle and attentive. When I mentioned I had trouble sleeping, they extended my check-out until the afternoon and helped me book a spa treatment and a boat trip photoshoot. They were incredibly thoughtful, I absolutely loved it! 😍

FForever_yingThe room was clean and hygienic. Although Zhuhai's weather is unpredictable and quite humid, the room had no strange odors.
The service was excellent. The cleaning staff were very warm and attentive. Because my flight was earlier than expected, I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. The lady at the front desk processed my check-in without a word, which was a great help. The male staff I encountered on the following two days were clearly not as professional as her, but their attitude was very friendly.
The hotel's location is superb. It's just across the road from Hengqin Port. You can also walk through an underpass behind the hotel directly to勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza).
As for the food, I didn't find many great options in the nearby food street, but there are plenty of dining choices in 勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza), all very convenient. Definitely avoid the pre-cut fruit sold in the underpass!

Upon arrival, the check-in process was incredibly quick and efficient, saving us a lot of waiting time. The communication throughout our stay was seamless, and her thoughtful attention to detail significantly enhanced our experience. A huge thank you to Alina for her considerate and meticulous service. We also made use of the special delivery service, which was quite good.

9922cuuThe St. Regis is incredibly popular for photos, especially for girls who love that elegant, palace-like style. The all-white aesthetic feels very clean. Initially, we weren't thrilled with our room, which was a bit disappointing as it was for a birthday. After calling the front desk and requesting a room with double doors, they quickly moved us to a fantastic new room. It was perfect for taking beautiful pictures! I also have to give a special shout-out to the concierge service! They were constantly busy helping us, from handling flower deliveries to moving our luggage between rooms, and even assisted us right up until check-out! My only minor complaint is that I didn't get a little bunny for my birthday! But overall, I really loved it, especially after we switched rooms. I'll definitely be back to relax here for a couple of days next time.

A special shout-out to the front desk team, particularly 柳雅琪 for their warm welcome and professional service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home.
The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay thanks to the perfect combination of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I look forward to returning soon!
