GGuest UserReally love this hotel's buffet dinner, so much so that I stayed here again over the weekend! The buffet consistently maintains its good taste and offers great value for money! During this repeat stay, the room I was assigned was excellent, as always! It was clean and had a fantastic view. The scenery outside the window was lovely, very open and pleasant to look at. Besides the delicious buffet, the hotel also has a Chinese restaurant that serves tasty food 😋 and is great value! Their Cantonese dishes are really well-made, and I also enjoyed their dim sum for brunch on Sunday – it was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, just a 10-minute walk to a large shopping mall! If you get tired of the hotel's dining options, you can always head over there to explore and grab a bite to eat 😄😄 Service: The hotel provides personalized service. After my last visit at Christmas, I was already thinking of coming back for Easter! This time, it happened to be my birthday, and the hotel butler specially helped arrange decorations and a cake 🍰. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive 🤗

GGuest UserPros: It has an indoor heated pool, and there's a mall nearby with plenty of dining options. Cons: The front desk staff completely lacked service awareness. We arrived at the hotel at 12 PM, and by almost 3 PM, we still hadn't been notified that our room was ready for check-in. Initially, they said the room wasn't cleaned yet and asked me to leave my number, promising to call when it was ready. We went out for a bit, and when we returned, we saw other guests with the same room type checking in right after they arrived. When I went to ask, the front desk staff, with a blank expression, just wrote down a room number and said we could check in! Turns out, the room was ready all along, and they just never bothered to call, making us wait endlessly! The room had a strong musty smell, and there was nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry! The hairdryer was ancient, bulky, and heavy! Even though I had called the day before to inform them we had a child and requested children's toiletries, none were provided! The hotel's kids' play area was pathetically small, not even as big as our room. Besides a few tables, some climbing nets, and two or three VR machines, there was nothing else! I've stayed in so many hotels and never seen anything like this. I have no idea how it's rated as a family-friendly hotel! We stayed for two nights. Breakfast on the first day was fine, but on the second day, they told us our room didn't include breakfast! What a joke! I asked her to double-check, and after fumbling around for a while, she said there was a system error and we could eat, but there was absolutely no apology! This hotel is definitely one to avoid!

MMagnus HsuA relaxing resort that's about 30-40 minutes drive from downtown Zhuhai. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Pool facilities are good. We had the breakfast buffet and it had a good, high quality selection of Chinese and Western food. Note that because it is a bit far from the city area, the food selection nearby is limited and a 15-20 minutes DIDI ride is thus required. The beach is small and not in the best condition so I wouldn't consider the beach a highlight.

QQiancaoranyangI stayed for two days over the weekend, my second time here. The hotel's location is super convenient for Hengqin Port. Getting to Macau is easy; you can take a bus after customs to Cotai West (Venetian), A-Ma Temple, etc. (you'll need to transfer at Lotus Station for some routes). The dining and reading lounge on the fifth floor is quiet and comfortable (though the rooms don't have desks), giving it a real study-like vibe (but it gets a bit dim at night). It's also a short walk, less than ten minutes, to the Starbucks by the port, which is great for grabbing coffee. Overall, it was a good experience. Plus, right across the street is a popular Hengqin网红打卡地 (internet-famous photo spot).

WWawaeraibanzhuomeishiyouzouI've always been a big fan of Marriott, so when I came to Zhuhai city, this was my top choice. Perched halfway up the hill, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to the action. Perhaps because it was a relatively off-peak season, it felt like I had the whole place to myself, which was a fantastic experience. The only minor downside was that the beach toys were a bit old; I'd suggest replacing them. The service was quite attentive, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The pool is beautiful! Both the transport and location are excellent; it's about a ten-minute taxi or bike ride to the beach. It's also very close to Jida Road, so dining options are super convenient.

LLLJJuuMy flight was delayed, so I arrived a bit late. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and proactive; they even upgraded me to a suite! The room itself was well-appointed and spotlessly clean. They provided a full set of children's amenities, which was a huge plus. Even though it was quite late, the butler service was very responsive, and housekeeping quickly brought up a bed rail. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the Ocean Kingdom entrance, and there's even a covered walkway, which was perfect for our early morning queue to set up our tent in the Whale Shark Exhibit for the overnight stay. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and my child thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a shame our trip was so rushed this time, as we only stayed one night. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!

They even decorated the room for a birthday and delivered a cake! A huge thank you to their staff for all their hard work. The location is fantastic – it's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel entrance to Gongbei Port. I'll definitely make time to stay here again. The breakfast was also quite substantial and worth sharing with everyone! ✌🏻
