Guest UserWe've stayed at this hotel more than once, and that alone speaks volumes. It's one of the best hotels for us when visiting Zhuhai, particularly for its location between Xiangzhou District and Hengqin. The sea-view rooms are especially wonderful; just opening the balcony door (or even just looking through it) will captivate you with the stunning views of the Haojiang River and Macau. You can fully enjoy events like the Macau fireworks in September or watch the sunrise in the morning without even leaving your room. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the lobby downstairs is a great spot for photos. It's also quite close to the Shizimen Huafa Mall, so if you find the hotel's dining options a bit pricey, you can walk a few hundred meters to the mall for a wider range of choices to suit any budget. A morning stroll by the sea is also incredibly pleasant.

Five-star recommendation for the Zhuhai Grand Bay Hotel! My stay this time absolutely exceeded my expectations – truly living up to its reputation as a classic five-star seaview hotel in Zhuhai!
The location is superb, nestled on Gongbei Lovers' Road South, with General Mountain at its back and the sea in front. High-floor rooms offer floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. In the evening, you can just wait for the Macau nightscape to light up, and every photo you take will be stunning. You can walk to the seaside on Lovers' Road for a stroll, and it's very close to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Station. The hotel also provides free scheduled shuttle services to and from the port and station, which is very convenient and saves a lot of hassle. For those driving, there are ample free charging parking spaces, making getting around super easy.
Check-in at the front desk was efficient and friendly. The staff were attentive and polite throughout, proactively informing me about breakfast times and pool/gym operating hours. Bellhops helped with luggage, and housekeeping was meticulous and thorough. The entire room was clean and odor-free, with soft and skin-friendly bedding. It was exceptionally quiet at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The seaview room I stayed in came with a private jetted tub, where I could enjoy sea views while bathing. The bathroom was dry-wet separated, and toiletries were well-stocked. The hardware facilities are very well-maintained.
The hotel amenities are abundant and complete: an open-air infinity seaview pool directly facing the coastline, a mountain-view gym with new and well-equipped machines. For families with children, there's a huge kids' club with childcare and play facilities, perfect for a hands-free family vacation. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety, with Chinese and Western dishes, and Cantonese dim sum, all delicious. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offers yoga and sound healing classes, which I love.
It’s perfectly suited for couples on vacation, family trips, or even business stays. The service is thoughtful and warm, and the sea views are irreplaceable. When I visit Zhuhai again, the Grand Bay Hotel will still be my top choice. I sincerely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Zhuhai!

Guest UserFirst off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash.
Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K.
The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!

YindunzhilongThis hotel was my choice for a summer family trip, booked in advance with a 'stay + play' package. We arrived around 4 PM and I was still surprised by how massive it is. The penguin theme is really distinct, and it was packed with people – clearly a popular place! There were staff members everywhere. We took their advice and went to the Ocean Kingdom first, entering in minutes through the hotel's exclusive pass. When we returned after 6 PM, it was indeed less crowded, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and odor-free, with child-friendly toiletries. The air conditioning worked great, the bedding was comfortable, and we had a view of the Ocean Kingdom from the window. We even discovered we could see the fireworks show at night, though unfortunately, a heavy rain that evening meant we had to miss Lang Lang's performance. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, explaining everything we needed to know about our stay and the park. For breakfast, they sent a QR code via WeChat, so no need to check at the front desk. Breakfast offered a huge variety, both Chinese and Western, and even though there were many people, it didn't feel chaotic. There was plenty of seating, and after a satisfying meal, we headed back into the park, full of good cheer. It was a very satisfying travel experience.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is quite central, making it easy to catch a taxi. I stayed for two days this time, and even though I originally booked a room without a window, the receptionist Xiaoyu was really nice and upgraded my room type. There's also a laundry room on the second floor, which was very convenient.

My child loved it and wants to stay here again next time.
Chimelong Ocean Kingdom has several hotels: Penguin Hotel, Spaceship Hotel, and Hengqin Bay. Each has its unique features. Hengqin Bay's main draws are its water park and dolphins. The water park opens at 9:30 AM, and that's when the dolphins are fed, allowing for close-up viewing.
The package ticket offers unlimited entry to Ocean Kingdom for two days, which is incredibly good value. Especially in the hot summer, you can get tired after half a day of playing, so it's great for kids to return to the hotel to rest and then come back the next day to finish exploring. Plus, you get one-hour early entry, avoiding the 10 AM queues at the main Chimelong entrance by using the hotel's exclusive通道.
Breakfast at the hotel is also very extensive, with a wide variety of steamed dim sum, noodles, and more. Everything is of excellent quality! My child had a blast eating and playing.
Hengqin Bay is absolutely massive, divided into Dolphin and Seahorse sections. Upon entering, you're almost shocked to see about a dozen counters with staff checking people in – it gets incredibly crowded! Naturally, during breakfast, two large restaurants serve food simultaneously.
There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but the concierge discreetly delivered four picture books and puzzles to the children, which was a very nice touch!
We also had an experience ordering takeout. Everyone waited at the takeout handover point, and we were all assigned four-digit codes, making it feel like a secret agent rendezvous – quite amusing.

Guest UserTo be honest, my stay at Zhuhai ADV C was a mixed bag of pleasant surprises and minor annoyances. Here’s my candid review.
Let’s start with the room. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade due to my birthday, which resulted in a spacious room. Upon entering, I noticed they provided Bama Baiquan mineral water – the kind from the 'longevity village.' It genuinely tasted smoother than regular purified water, without that chlorine aftertaste. Finding such quality water while traveling was unexpected and a definite plus.
For smart voice control, they use 'Xiao Du.' It can turn off lights and close curtains with a voice command, though it occasionally lags and requires a second prompt. However, after a long day of walking, the mugwort foot bath was a true savior. Soaking my feet in hot water and sipping on some Bama Baiquan significantly eased my fatigue.
The hotel’s location is near Lovers' Road, about a ten-minute bike ride to the Zhuhai Grand Theater (Sun & Moon Bay). However, there aren't many large shopping areas downstairs, so you'll need to walk a bit for dining options. On the upside, the free parking and laundry facilities were a huge convenience for us as self-drivers.
The lobby, which functions as a 'day coffee, night bar,' was quite interesting. You can grab coffee during the day, and in the evening, you can exchange your room card for a cocktail. The atmosphere was relaxed, unlike a traditional, stuffy hotel.
In conclusion, if you're expecting a luxurious five-star experience, you might be disappointed. But if you're looking for good design, smart technology, and thoughtful details like foot baths and quality water, it offers excellent value for money. My honest take: it's worth a try, but don't set your expectations too high. A balanced mindset might just lead to a pleasant surprise.

Guest UserThe hotel is super close to the park entrance, just a 5-minute walk. The hotel environment is also excellent; as soon as you step in, you get a strong family-friendly vibe. Everything is exquisite, and the facilities are brand new. Great environment, great service. Check-in was very organized, with all necessary information provided. Check-out was super easy, just self-returning the key card. There's also a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient. Waking up in the morning, I could see the amusement park shrouded in mist from the room – a truly beautiful view.

The sea view suite was absolutely fantastic. Both the bedroom and living room had large windows offering stunning views of the sea and beach. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was incredibly relaxing.
On Saturday morning, they offered a complimentary island tour and an aromatherapy session, which was a lovely bonus.
The hotel restaurant's cuisine was excellent; the squid was particularly delicious! It's also the closest resort to the pier, just a 10-minute walk away.
