The Lishang Hotel in Zhuhai perfectly met all these core requirements. It lacked ostentatious frills but excelled in providing a fundamental and comfortable living experience, making my six-day stay exceptionally pleasant. My top priority for a hotel is cleanliness, and this hotel truly delivered beyond expectations in terms of hygiene. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, everything within sight – the floor, counters, sofas, and elevator – was spotless, devoid of any stains or dust. Even the corners and crevices were meticulously clean, indicating a very high standard of housekeeping. The carpets in the hallways were free of odors and stains, and felt pleasant underfoot. The room itself was immaculate; upon entering, there was no unpleasant smell. The floors, tabletops, and windowsills were polished to a shine. The bedding was crisp, white, and free of any stains or hair. In the bathroom, the tiles, glass, and fixtures were sparkling clean, with no watermarks or mildew. Even the area around the drain was pristine. Such a high level of cleanliness truly instilled confidence and peace of mind during my stay. Secondly, the quietness was impressive. The hotel's soundproofing was exceptional. The windows featured double-glazed soundproof glass with excellent sealing, effectively blocking out external noise when closed. The thick carpet in the hallways, coupled with sound-insulating strips on the room doors, meant that sounds of walking and talking from outside were barely audible. The nights were incredibly quiet, ensuring I wasn't disturbed by random noises, which significantly improved my sleep quality. The room layout was very sensible and made efficient use of space, feeling neither cramped nor wasteful. By the window, there was a comfortable lounge area with a sofa and a small table, perfect for enjoying the view or having a cup of tea. The sleeping area was separate from the lounge area, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The bed quality was excellent; the mattress had just the right firmness, providing superb support whether I slept on my back or side, so I never felt tired even after prolonged rest. The bedding was skin-friendly and breathable, making it very comfortable to sleep under. There were pillows of varying firmness to choose from, ensuring everyone could find their preferred option. The room's facilities were all practical, without any unnecessary extravagance. The desk was spacious enough for daily work, and the power outlets were conveniently placed by the desk and bedside, with additional USB ports, making charging devices incredibly easy without needing to search for sockets or use long extension cords. The wardrobe offered ample space and included a safe, providing a secure place for valuables. The bathroom featured a dry-wet separation design, which was very convenient to use. Hot water supply was plentiful, with quick delivery and stable temperature, avoiding any sudden hot or cold fluctuations. The shower pressure was strong, making for a great showering experience. The hairdryer and toiletries provided were comprehensive and of good quality, eliminating the need to bring my own. Hotel service was also very pleasant – the 'non-intrusive yet always responsive' type. The staff wasn't overly enthusiastic to the point of being burdensome, but they were incredibly quick to respond whenever I had a request. During check-in, the front desk attendant, Xiao Liang (🌭小梁xiaohe 🌭), efficiently processed the paperwork and clearly explained all necessary information, patiently answering any questions. If I needed anything during my stay, a quick phone call would promptly bring someone to assist. Once, when a desk lamp wasn't working, a maintenance technician arrived within minutes of my call and fixed it quickly – very efficient! Housekeeping came punctually every day, meticulously cleaning the room. They tidied guests' belongings without rummaging through them, so I returned to a neat and organized room each day, which always brightened my mood. The hotel's location was also very convenient, situated in the heart of the city, making all destinations easily accessible. It was very close to the beach, within walking distance, perfect for leisurely strolls. The surrounding area offered a wide range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, with restaurants of all types, whether you wanted local specialties or quick meals. Convenience stores and supermarkets were also nearby, making it easy to buy necessities. Transportation was excellent, with easy access to buses and taxis, allowing quick travel to the high-speed rail station, airport, and various attractions. It's an ideal choice for both business trips and leisure travel."
