NNovikovaI don't understand why there is no information that is building around the hotel?
The room with the terrace was a fiasco-building dust and dirt in the air, building noise.
Instead of a planned rest-shock. Canceled not all days-I lost my pay for one day.
Inside the hotel is matched by the photo, staff is welcome.
But this does not cover the disappointment received. 😭

WWanfeng～Near the university town, quite convenient. A standard Vienna hotel, like other Vienna hotels across the country, no surprises, the environment and sanitation are OK, and the breakfast is satisfactory. The bathroom has a huge water, which is the largest one among the hotels I have stayed in at home and abroad. The only drawback is that the 2.4-meter bed is made up of two 1.2-meter beds.

Hygiene: The room is very clean, and the housekeeper did an excellent job. The room is also very spacious.
Service: The front desk service is excellent, truly outstanding.

GGuest UserLocation: Probably the best area in Pingsha area to stay for foreigner as there is a walk-able familiar mall and outside shops to meet your purchasing needs
Do try to ask reception during check-in for a smoke-free room and good chance they will provide rooms dedicated for smoke-free for better enjoyment.
Service: Friendly staff that tried to help. There was a time when I had trouble with Taobao orders and the hotel staff was helpful to assist. I was able to speak chinese so I can't comment if english is communicable, translate app might help.
Wifi: The free WIFI sign-in require a china mainland phone number, so you may not able to use the wifi in your room. Though this problem of not having a mainland number to receive verification code is quite common in china. Looking back, you may try to check with reception if they have solution.
Smart Toilet, the flush water system might be too big as it may splash the butt when sitting down
Rooms aren't completely sound-proof, can heard beside neighbours room talks. But this problem is quite common, only way is to book a higher premium room where there is more space between neighbours.

GGuest UserBringing my child to a competition near Chimelong this time, choosing this guesthouse was truly a wise decision! The room decor was cozy and adorable, and the environment was comfortable and pleasant. My child especially loved the decorations and dolls in the room. The competition ended late, and the customer service was very thoughtful to allow a late check-out. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserThe owner is friendly, the housekeeper is responsible, and provides travel itineraries attentively. The villa is large and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. It is suitable for family and friends to get together for many activities. There are free game consoles, electric mahjong, and karaoke speakers. There are just no restaurants nearby. You have to call a car to go out for 20 minutes. There are many restaurant choices in large malls. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: After a long journey, it was incredibly satisfying to lie on the soft bed with the AC on and stream SVT's Nana show!
Environment: The location couldn't be more convenient! It's super easy to go to Xiwan for food, to the Love Post Office or Guan'ao Platform to see the sea, or to Gongbei Qingmao to cross into Macau. Taxis are usually just the starting fare. If you get hungry at night, there are plenty of late-night food options nearby!
Service: The staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service! When we checked in, our booked single-bed room wasn't ready, so they upgraded us to a twin-bed room for free, which was super comfortable! They also gave us a bunch of guides upon check-in, including recommendations for good restaurants downstairs, haha.
Since we stayed for two nights, on the second day, they even messaged us to ask if we wanted our room cleaned. We figured we'd be leaving the next day anyway, so we didn't bother the cleaning staff with an extra visit.
I would definitely consider staying here again next time I go to Macau for a concert or just to visit!

The room is clean and bright, clean, no messy, the kitchen area is oil-free, the bathroom is dry and clean, there is no smell, the corners are cleaned very clean, the details are handled very well, and the overall is very satisfied.

GGuest UserExcellent! It's very convenient and close to Macau. The price was also very cheap and affordable for a Saturday. I was so exhausted from playing in Macau that I wanted to check out at 1 PM, and the owner didn't charge me anything extra. I'll definitely come back again and again!

Hha****Just a few hours' layover at the airport, but what a wonderful experience it was. Clean and hygienic environment, and a local custom where people leave their doors unlocked at night. Nearby, there are charming bubble tea shops and sweet potato stands, not much worse than those at Heyan Yuese. The big banyan tree behind the hotel and the lion dance practice I saw in the evening, all with the kind and friendly owners. It's as if this inn encapsulates the warmth and customs of Guangdong. You stay in a hotel, but you witness life and time itself. If you're transiting or staying overnight at Zhuhai Airport, choose this place without hesitation.
