"This is my second time visiting Chimelong Zhuhai, and since my main purpose this trip was to see the killer whales at the Spaceship Park, I booked a stay at the Spaceship Hotel. Overall, it's not the most impressive hotel in the Chimelong series, but it still maintains the standard quality you'd expect from Chimelong. Room Facilities: The front desk upgraded us to a Moon Exploration King Room. The room size was moderate, perhaps a bit smaller than the room we stayed in at Chimelong Qingyuan, but overall, it was comfortable. The facilities looked well-maintained and new, with vibrant colors that are kid-friendly. Value for Money: The package deal (scenic spot + hotel) was slightly more expensive than at Chimelong Qingyuan, but the price felt acceptable, especially considering the excellent tourist facilities and service quality at Chimelong. Breakfast: My expectations were high, but I was a little disappointed. Perhaps the breakfast variety at the Chimelong Qingyuan hotel was just too extensive, as the selection here at the Spaceship Hotel felt somewhat limited. However, the quality of the breakfast was still very good. Wi-Fi: Fast and stable signal. Bed: Neither too soft nor too hard, very comfortable. Restaurant: We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the top floor, and it was a great experience, much better than at Chimelong Qingyuan, and the service quality was also superior. Cleanliness: Exceeded expectations; it was extremely clean and tidy. Parking: You can park directly in the underground parking lot. During the off-peak season, there were plenty of available spaces. Room View: From the room, you can directly see the roof of the Spaceship Park, offering an expansive view. Location and Transportation: This is something Chimelong excels at; each park is tightly integrated with its respective hotel. You can access the park directly from the hotel by just going downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. Service: Overall good, though the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming; they seemed a bit stone-faced. Swimming Pool: There's an infinity pool on the top floor which looked nice, though it's a bit small. Guests can use it for free. Gym: Well-equipped and very functional, but it seems to close at 9:30 PM."

"Better than I expected but I got upgraded though to a higher floor! It's in a commercial/residential building and it's very new. Has all the amenities you need; daily 2 bottle water, toothbrush, body wash, shampoo - no conditioner though, huge fridge and even a washer and detergent with area to hang your clothes to dry. I had the river view which was amazing day and night! It's about 2km walk to the Gongbei border but Zhuhai is cheap and convenient with Didi, plus many taxis and restaurants downstairs with Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC if you need your western fix. Cleaning is done daily if needed, they will send you a wechat message to ask. All the staff are amazing, so friendly and will help you if you need anything. Highly recommend and will be back!"

"Facilities: The hotel pool was great fun, especially since the weather was good. The kids absolutely loved it. Hygiene: Good. Ambiance: This time, I tried the buffet dinner. The selection was rich, and the desserts were quite good. However, the seafood replenishment wasn't sufficient; the crayfish, though not expensive, ran out very quickly. The lobster at the carving station tasted quite good, but it would have been even better to get a whole one. I bought a 3-day, 2-night package from Trip.com this time, which can be split up. I'll definitely come back to stay again during the summer holiday!"

The hotel directly connects to the Gongbei Port Shopping Plaza.The hotel has a total of 22 floors with 262 luxurious rooms. All the mattresses in the rooms are with double cushion which come from a famous brand called Hong Kong Yalan. The rooms have refreshing high-density sheets, velvet quilts and plush pillows. In addition, lobby is on the 5th floor of the building, the 19th floor is equipped with a gym and self-service laundry room. There has a multifunctional conference room on the 20th floor with sea views. It is a hotel with a function of integrating business, dining, entertainment, leisure and shopping.

"The hotel room was spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the friendly front desk staff who made a great first impression. A special mention goes to Mr. Yip at the concierge— his kindness and attentive assistance, truly adding a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommend!"

The hotel environment is quite good, blending in with the local culture, which made me feel the romance of Zhuhai and the charm of the Qianshan River. 🪩 The lobby, illuminated by lights at night, was dazzling and colorful. I couldn't resist doing a little dance. 🧹 The room was clean and tidy. 🎩 Most of the hotel staff were warm and polite, especially the young man in the black uniform, wearing glasses, who was responsible for opening car doors – he was exceptionally enthusiastic and courteous. 👻 Only a few staff members were a bit quirky. "How do I put this? We traveled on the weekend before Children's Day, so it was crowded, and the experience wasn't ideal, but you could tell the hotel staff tried their best to manage. First, the pros: for over 1500 RMB, it included the room, unlimited two-day admission to the Spaceship Park and Water World for two people. Both days, we could enter an hour early, which was great for enjoying ourselves. Plus, on the first day, we could activate the tickets ourselves and enter, which was a nice touch! The Spaceship Park had plenty of fun rides and attractions, and the queues weren't too long – the longest wait was about 30-45 minutes, which is acceptable. The Water World staff were very vigilant about safety; they had eyes like hawks, especially for kids who can swim and were with their parents – it felt a bit overly cautious, to be honest. (Overall, good feedback.) We had already spent a full day playing when we checked in, bought the buffet dinner, and even got a room upgrade. The buffet dinner was also very crowded, but the food quality was good, and the staff service was excellent. Two regrets: first, the Water World was too packed, the shower facilities were insufficient, and the drainage was too slow. The entire shower area, I mean the *entire* shower area, was flooded. Second, the upgraded room had a severe air conditioning leak! We couldn't switch rooms because it was so busy, but a maintenance technician arrived quickly and fixed it. Overall, I feel that since the hotel has been operating for many years, some facilities are showing their age and need timely maintenance and updates. All in all, the value for money is good. I'd give the hardware 70 points and the soft service 100 points."

"Just a 5-minute walk from Gongbei Port, this newly opened luxury 5-star hotel is right next to the large integrated shopping complex, Grand View Mall. It offers the ultimate in dining, shopping, and convenience. Before my arrival, the hotel called to confirm my reservation and room preferences. On check-in day, the front desk clearly explained everything, and I got my room card quickly. The design style is elegantly modern and fashionable, blended with delicate classical art. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered views of the sunrise over the sea, the port, and a distant glimpse of Macau. Heading downstairs, you have direct access to the mall for shopping, dining, entertainment, and convenient transportation. The only slight inconvenience was that the self-pickup locker for food delivery was located in the lobby on the first floor. To pick up an order from your room, you had to go to the lobby and switch elevators to go up and down. Still stressing about where to stay? Looking for the perfect hotel? I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center!"

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax.
