"This is not my first time staying at a Pullman hotel. The location is excellent, and the hotel staff are super friendly. There are a lot more Hong Kong and Macanese guests now, and the hotel has made various improvements accordingly. The breakfast selection is much more extensive, with a great variety of fruits. Valerie provided amazing service and helped me a lot. I'll definitely be back!"

"I visited Chimelong Zhuhai seven years ago and it left a lasting impression. Back then, I stayed at the Penguin Hotel and the Hengqin Bay Hotel. This time, I chose the newly opened Spaceship Hotel, which is incredibly convenient for visiting the Spaceship Theme Park. The Spaceship Park is entirely indoors, massive, and a lot of fun, so rain is no issue. We had a fantastic three-day, two-night stay, and the package deal was excellent value. The fireworks at Ocean Kingdom are still top-tier, absolutely the best! Overall, my child had a wonderful time. On the first night, I watched the fireworks from the infinity pool on the 28th floor of the Spaceship Hotel, and on the second night, I saw them live inside Ocean Kingdom!"

"For an InterContinental at this price point, it's quite competitive, especially given its excellent location. The room size and amenities align well with InterContinental's luxury business positioning. The restaurant's food quality, however, needs improvement. The service was very good; we added a 30-day aged steak to our set meal for two, and they even provided bread for five people. The by-the-glass wine was also of good quality. There were two downsides though: first, the self-selected knife wasn't sharp enough. Second, the hot stone served with the steak was cold, which completely failed to render the beef fat – a medium-rare steak should still have a hot sear on the outside. These two points are worse than the InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun, and since the prices are likely similar, I believe the food quality should be on par. Lastly, the pool lighting is poorly done; the jacuzzi area is too dark, while the main pool is overly lit by spotlights, making the loungers in the resting area both dark and glaring. The overall pool area feels like a vast, empty space, lacking a sense of luxury."

"The Hyatt Regency Zhuhai Gongbei is definitely one of the top five-star hotels in the area. Parking is incredibly convenient; you can drive directly to level B2, and from there, take the elevator straight up to the lobby on level L. It's a seamless experience, perfect for rainy or hot days. The hotel is located within Gongbei's liveliest and trendiest shopping mall, with a large supermarket downstairs and a wide variety of cuisines, including Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Korean. At night, there's no shortage of late-night food options, from BBQ to congee stalls and stir-fries – it feels like you could eat until dawn and still not try everything. If you're tired from walking, there are plenty of massage parlors, ear-cleaning services, foot spas, head spas, and beauty salons nearby. It's the perfect way to relax after a day of shopping. My room was on the 25th floor, offering a spectacular panoramic view of Gongbei. I could even see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and the artificial islands in the distance, with Macau's nightscape right next door. The view alone was worth the price. The room was spacious, bright, and the facilities were brand new. The cleanliness was, as expected, five-star standard, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet stay. A thoughtful touch was that the room key only grants access to your assigned floor, providing superb privacy protection. The hotel staff were professional, efficient, and friendly, and most reasonable requests were handled quickly – you might even try making an 'unreasonable' one! 😉🤤 I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhuhai. I will definitely be back, I just hope the prices don't go up too much!"

"I recently stayed at the Renaissance Zhuhai Hotel with my kids, and our overall experience was absolutely fantastic – I highly recommend it for families! The location is the biggest highlight. The hotel has an internal passage directly connecting to the massive CR Land Urban Complex shopping mall. This meant we could shop, eat, grab desserts, and take the kids to the indoor amusement park without ever having to brave the sun or rain. It's a one-stop shop for all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel's overall environment is sophisticated and elegant, with a strong nautical design that creates a wonderful atmosphere. The public areas are clean and tidy, and the Qianshan River view is expansive and peaceful, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle – perfect for a relaxing vacation. Our guest room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What truly impressed me were the beds: the mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows were fluffy and soft. After a full day of sightseeing, both adults and children slept deeply and soundly. The service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and polite, and the housekeeping and concierge staff were warm, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. The attention to detail was really heartwarming, especially with all the little needs that come with traveling with children – everything was handled with care. Overall, the facilities, service, and location are all impeccable. Having a large shopping mall directly connected to the hotel is such a convenience for families. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Zhuhai, and I highly recommend it to all travelers!"

"Amazing veiw and cozy room. Actually i dont like high and new but it gave me comfortable feelings. And clean. Perfect and so cheap i feel so sorry to enjoy in this room.... I know they r people service for me th3y even never speaks english. But i can feel their kindness. They r complete all my requests through wechat. "As a frequent hotel guest, I was genuinely impressed by this hotel this time. Back in April, during a business trip, the outdoor balcony design caught my eye, and I decided to come back in July to experience it – I wasn't disappointed. As a doctor, hygiene is my top priority, and the hotel's cleanliness was absolutely exceptional. There wasn't a speck of dust on anything inside the room, nor on the elevator buttons. Kudos to the housekeeping team! The environment is super nice. The room layout is grand and comfortable, with high ceilings. All the plants are real and very well-maintained. The food was incredibly delicious! Breakfast was abundant, and my friend and I also had lunch at the 4th-floor restaurant, which was excellent. Highly recommended. The staff's service attitude was very warm and welcoming, especially Nina, who proactively called to ask if I needed any other assistance – incredibly thoughtful. The complimentary travel photography session was also fantastic. The photographer was very considerate, constantly complimenting me, and the photos turned out great. It's a shame it rained this time, so I couldn't do an outdoor shoot. I'll definitely try that next time."

"I'm very sensitive to light, and what annoys me most about hotels is either lights that are as bright as an operating room, hurting my eyes, or as dark as a secret chamber, requiring me to use my phone's flashlight to find anything. However, the lighting at Li Shang truly made me feel that the designer understands life. The moment I opened the door, the hallway light was a warm yellow, with just the right brightness – not too bright to dazzle, nor too dark to obscure the path. I could clearly see where my shoes were when changing, and it wasn't harsh after coming in from a bright area. Walking further in, the main room light was diffused, not a direct spotlight that creates shadows on your head. It provided enough light for reading or finding things without causing a headache. The bedside lamp was the most thoughtful, offering adjustable warm light. At its dimmest, it allowed me to get up at night without fumbling in the dark, and without chasing away sleep. When brighter, it was perfect for reading in bed without straining my eyes. What surprised me most was the bathroom lighting. The mirror light illuminated my face directly, unlike many hotels where overhead lights cast unflattering shadows, making one's complexion look sickly and making it impossible to even draw eyebrows properly. Here, the mirror light provided a perfectly natural glow, so makeup colors were spot-on, and I could even draw eyeliner neatly. The shower light was a waterproof warm light, unlike the cold white light found in many hotels, which makes you feel cold just looking at it in winter. There was even a motion-sensor light in the wardrobe; it lit up as soon as I opened the door, so I didn't have to grope in the dark to find clothes, nor did I waste electricity by turning on a large wardrobe light. It was these little details of the lighting that made me feel incredibly comfortable the moment I entered the room, without that sense of detachment you often get in hotels – it felt as relaxed as being at home. Besides the lighting, all the other details were also exceptionally well done. All the switch placements in the room were perfectly designed; I could reach all the light switches without getting out of bed, so I didn't have to get up to turn off the lights before sleeping. The outlets were also perfectly placed; there were USB and five-pin outlets on both sides of the bed, making phone charging incredibly convenient without having to move the nightstand to find an outlet. The curtains were double-layered, one sheer and one thick. If I wanted to sleep in late, I'd draw the thick curtains, and the room would be as dark as night, with no light seeping through. If I wanted to enjoy the sun, I'd draw the sheer curtain, letting in soft, gentle sunlight that wasn't too harsh. As for cleanliness, it was impeccable; even someone with a slight潔癖 (germophobia) like me couldn't find fault. Everything was spotless, without a speck of dust or stain. The mirrors were gleaming, the towels soft and odor-free, and the bedding was freshly changed, making for a very comfortable sleep. The mattress was from Mousse, and the pillows were also very comfortable. I usually don't sleep well, but here I slept soundly every night. The hotel's environment was also excellent. The lighting throughout the courtyard was soft; walking in the courtyard at night, it wasn't glaringly bright nor too dark to see the path, and the shadows of the trees on the ground created a wonderful ambiance. The lobby lighting was also very comfortable, not a dazzling, opulent brightness, but a warm, inviting glow. Sitting on the sofa waiting for someone or reading a book felt very relaxed. The restaurant lighting was also well-designed, with a small pendant lamp above each table, the light perfectly illuminating the dishes without making people's faces look greasy. Photos also turned out well, creating a lovely dining atmosphere. The service was also just right – comfortable and not overly enthusiastic, but prompt when needed. Check-in with 🧀 Xiao Liang, Swan, and Xiaomei 🧀 was very efficient. They provided welcome fruits and a handwritten card, telling me where to find good food and fun places nearby. When going to the beach, they provided a beach bag with towels, sunscreen, water, and small snacks, which was incredibly thoughtful. The cleaning staff were very considerate, never disturbing me when I was resting, and organizing my belongings without moving them around unnecessarily. The breakfast was delicious: freshly cooked rice noodles, perfectly steamed shrimp dumplings, freshly ground coffee, and fresh fruit. Eating breakfast in the softly lit restaurant, looking at the tree shadows outside, even mornings became beautiful. Honestly, often, whether a hotel stay is comfortable or not is determined by these small details. It's the just-right lighting, the perfectly placed outlets, the curtains with just the right thickness. These things might seem insignificant, but they directly determine how comfortable your stay is. The most impressive thing about Li Shang is how they've perfected these small details that others often overlook, making everything feel so natural and comfortable. There's no flashy marketing, no 'influencer hotspot' gimmicks; they simply focus on doing every detail that impacts the guest experience perfectly. It's hard not to like a hotel like this. The next time I come to Zhuhai, this will be my go-to place."

"The hotel opened in 2015, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, but they're still functional and everything is very clean. The front desk even upgraded us to a Macau sea-view room when we checked in. We had a minor issue with the room during our stay, but the housekeeping department resolved it very quickly and courteously, and they even called afterwards to follow up and apologize, which was excellent service. The hotel's location and environment are also great. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money; it's at least half the price you'd pay in Macau itself."
