"This is not my first time staying at a Pullman hotel. The location is excellent, and the hotel staff are super friendly. There are a lot more Hong Kong and Macanese guests now, and the hotel has made various improvements accordingly. The breakfast selection is much more extensive, with a great variety of fruits. Valerie provided amazing service and helped me a lot. I'll definitely be back!"

"Our Changlong trip this time, choosing the Spaceship Hotel, satisfied both adults and kids beyond measure! The hotel's architecture is grand and imposing, with an interior design that's refined and tasteful. The lobby is incredibly spacious with excellent natural light, and the refreshing, subtle aroma instantly puts you in a good mood upon entry. The room design is full of space-themed fun, and my child was so excited, running all over the room. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the duvet light yet warm, and the pillows offered just the right support, leading to excellent sleep quality. The bathroom was clean and bright, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower, and the drain worked perfectly with no odors. All the kid-friendly amenities like bathrobes, slippers, dental kits, and a step stool were provided – truly thoughtful details. The hotel is seamlessly connected to Spaceship Park; you just go downstairs and you're in the park, making it completely stress-free with kids. Shuttle buses to Ocean Kingdom are frequent, so you barely have to wait. The Sailor Buffet restaurant was amazing! The variety of dishes made it hard to choose – seafood, hot dishes, desserts, and fruits were all abundant. The kids' meals were adorable and nutritious, and the servers were diligent in clearing plates and had excellent attitudes. The gym equipment was new and diverse, and the infinity pool had crystal-clear water and an unbeatable view. Watching the fireworks and park night views from there in the evening was incredibly romantic. The lobby bar was comfortable and quiet, the laundry room clean and convenient, and the internet stable with no lag. The parking lot had ample free spaces and even charging stations, so no worries if you're driving. The hotel's greenery ensured fresh air, public areas were neat and orderly, and the staff were responsive and accommodating to every request. We had such a comfortable stay this time, I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll definitely be back!"

"Five-star review for the InterContinental Zhuhai! The hotel boasts direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and incredible first-line sea views. The infinity pool is huge, spacious, and bright, making it perfect for swimming and taking photos. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – truly matching the InterContinental luxury brand standard. It's also super convenient for crossing the border at Gongbei Port, just a 10-minute journey. What truly stood out during this stay was the consistently excellent service from all staff. I especially want to commend Miya: she has an outstanding demeanor, is gentle and polite, and her service is meticulous, proactive, and perfectly balanced. Communicating with her was a pleasure, and she efficiently helped me with all my check-in needs throughout my stay. Her professionalism was top-notch and added so much warmth to my trip. From the lobby reception and room maintenance to the public area facilities, you can see the hotel's refined management everywhere. This was a truly hassle-free and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!"

"Newly opened this year, the facilities are brand new and the room has no unpleasant odors. The biggest plus is that all the children's amenities were fully stocked – no need to pre-order or call the front desk to send them up. Slippers, bathrobes, and toiletries were all readily available. The location is close to the Gongbei Port, and there's a shopping mall with Hema downstairs, making it convenient for both kids and shopping. The view is just average, but that's not a deal-breaker for me. I'd definitely return with kids; it's the top choice for a high-value family stay near the border crossing."

"Environment: The room was excellent, and the view was great too. Service: Every staff member was enthusiastic. Fulbert, in particular, was attentive and thoughtful, taking care of our needs. Dining: It was full even on weekdays. Breakfast was relatively rich. We arrived a bit late for happy hour, so some items were already gone. The only minor flaw was that the TV kept freezing a few times. Next time I visit Zhuhai, Renaissance will definitely be my first choice for accommodation!"

"Amazing veiw and cozy room. Actually i dont like high and new but it gave me comfortable feelings. And clean. Perfect and so cheap i feel so sorry to enjoy in this room.... I know they r people service for me th3y even never speaks english. But i can feel their kindness. They r complete all my requests through wechat. "As a frequent hotel guest, I was genuinely impressed by this hotel this time. Back in April, during a business trip, the outdoor balcony design caught my eye, and I decided to come back in July to experience it – I wasn't disappointed. As a doctor, hygiene is my top priority, and the hotel's cleanliness was absolutely exceptional. There wasn't a speck of dust on anything inside the room, nor on the elevator buttons. Kudos to the housekeeping team! The environment is super nice. The room layout is grand and comfortable, with high ceilings. All the plants are real and very well-maintained. The food was incredibly delicious! Breakfast was abundant, and my friend and I also had lunch at the 4th-floor restaurant, which was excellent. Highly recommended. The staff's service attitude was very warm and welcoming, especially Nina, who proactively called to ask if I needed any other assistance – incredibly thoughtful. The complimentary travel photography session was also fantastic. The photographer was very considerate, constantly complimenting me, and the photos turned out great. It's a shame it rained this time, so I couldn't do an outdoor shoot. I'll definitely try that next time."

It's conveniently located within walking distance of the seaside swimming area, making it perfect for an evening stroll, yet the hotel itself provides a quiet escape from the outside hustle and bustle—a truly standout advantage of being in a lively area but maintaining inner serenity. Cleanliness and hygiene are among this hotel's biggest advantages; every space is immaculately maintained. Sofa crevices in the lobby, charging stations, and coffee table surfaces are wiped repeatedly, free of dust and stickiness. Elevator cabs are cleaned and disinfected multiple times daily, with no trash or debris on the floor, and sparkling, smudge-free mirrors. Water stations and umbrella stands on each floor are constantly tidied of water stains and clutter. Guest room cleaning details are impeccable: the floor shines upon entry, bedding is changed for every guest with no hair or stains, and the dry/wet separation areas in the bathroom—glass, toilet, and floor drains—are thoroughly cleaned with no residual odors. The vanity storage area is wiped dry, and disposable toiletries are neatly arranged. Daily room cleaning follows strict procedures, organizing scattered items, replenishing drinking water and toiletries, and cleaning every corner and crevice, making the cleanliness visibly apparent. The hotel's hardware facilities are comprehensive, well-maintained, and in pristine condition, with no signs of age or malfunction. "The hotel opened in 2015, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, but they're still functional and everything is very clean. The front desk even upgraded us to a Macau sea-view room when we checked in. We had a minor issue with the room during our stay, but the housekeeping department resolved it very quickly and courteously, and they even called afterwards to follow up and apologize, which was excellent service. The hotel's location and environment are also great. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money; it's at least half the price you'd pay in Macau itself."
