"The entire hotel is surrounded by killer whale elements, making it cute, charming, and cozy. There are photo opportunities everywhere. Check-out was just as smooth, with no delays. This stay was absolutely perfect; the service was thoughtful, and the facilities were complete. From check-in to check-out, every aspect was satisfying. The kids' facilities were extensive, and my child cheered with joy as soon as we entered. The room had everything we needed, and they even thoughtfully provided children's amenities like a step stool, kids' slippers, a bathrobe, and toothbrushes. The room was quite spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a full range of toiletries. It was very comfortable to stay in, and the hygiene was excellent; the bedding was pristine and warm, meticulously arranged, and the bathroom had no strange odors. The towels and bath sheets were white and soft, which was very reassuring. The children's facilities were also comprehensive, with special kids' shampoo and a step stool, which was a very thoughtful touch! Parking at the hotel is free, and the Spaceship Park is right inside the hotel, offering convenient and quick direct access. The hotel is located within the Chimelong Resort area, making it close to everything. We'll definitely come again!"

"Let's start with the location. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley in the Jida area. A few minutes' walk to the left leads you to the beach, while turning right brings you to a bustling local snack street. You'll find everything from dessert shops and seafood stalls to tea restaurants. It was pure bliss to grab a bowl of mango sago after an evening stroll to enjoy as a late-night snack. The hotel itself isn't on a main road, so there's absolutely no traffic noise. The courtyard is filled with lush greenery and bamboo, rustling softly in the breeze. Waiting for someone on the sofa by the lobby's floor-to-ceiling windows, watching the light and shadows dance outside, brought a wonderful sense of relaxation. We stayed in a twin room, which was much more spacious than we expected. Two 1.5-meter beds were placed side-by-side, still leaving plenty of room to move around. All three of our suitcases could be spread out on the floor without getting in the way. The large window offered excellent natural light; pulling back the blackout curtains during the day flooded the room with bright sunshine, perfect for taking photos. Cleanliness was definitely the most critical aspect for us three girls, as the biggest fear when staying in a hotel is that it might look clean but be dirty underneath. Upon entering the room, we habitually wiped the bedside tables, TV remote, and door handles with wet wipes, and they all came away spotless, with no black grime. The bedsheets and duvet covers were neatly made, and when we sniffed them, they had that dry, sun-kissed smell, with no strange perfume or musty odors. We checked the edges of the pillows, and the pillow inserts were pristine white with no yellow stains. The bathroom was a key area of inspection. The light-colored stone countertop was free of water stains and toothpaste residue, and the mirror was sparkling clean without a single fingerprint. The shower glass door had no water marks, there was no mold in the corners, and I specifically bent down to check near the drain – it was perfectly clean, not a single hair. The inside of the toilet bowl was gleaming white, and the seat had a 'sanitized' seal, which made us feel completely at ease. Even the trash can had a freshly changed liner, and the exterior of the bin had been wiped clean. All the facilities we needed were there, and everything was very convenient to use. I must first praise the beds and pillows. The mattress had just the right firmness – supportive for the lower back but allowing the shoulders to sink in comfortably. All three of us slept incredibly soundly every night, and we didn't want to get up even when the alarm rang in the morning. Each person was given two pillows, one soft and one firm, so we could choose what suited us best. I prefer a firm, high pillow, while my friends like a soft, low one, and both preferences were accommodated. The shower had great water pressure, and the hot water came on very quickly, so the three of us could take turns showering without waiting for the water to heat up. After showering, the bathroom would be steamy, but the exhaust fan cleared it quickly. The hairdryer was powerful; my hair is thick and long, usually taking over ten minutes to dry at home, but here it was dry in just a few minutes, saving a lot of time. The room had a mini-fridge where we kept fruits and drinks. Coming back after a day out and having a cold Coke instantly revived us. The TV could mirror our phones, so at night, the three of us huddled in bed watching variety shows together, which was much more enjoyable on the big screen than on a phone. The WiFi signal was full and fast; even with three people simultaneously scrolling through short videos, it didn't lag. Each bedside had two USB ports, so we didn't have to fight for chargers and could each charge our phones at night, which was incredibly convenient. Additionally, there was a self-service laundry room downstairs with a washer-dryer combo. We washed and dried our clothes halfway through our trip, so we had clean clothes to wear the next day, saving us from packing a lot of extra luggage. The service, in particular, was incredibly heartwarming. When we checked in, the front desk ladies, Xiao Liang, Xiao Yan, and Xiao Mei, noticed we had a lot of luggage and proactively asked if we needed help taking it to the room. Although we politely declined, they still carefully explained the room number and elevator location twice. When we asked where to find good seafood, instead of giving a casual recommendation, one of them took out her phone and scrolled through her photo album for a long time, showing us menus and actual photos of places she had eaten at and liked. She even marked them on a map for us, clearly explaining which places served spicy dishes and which served mild ones. Following her recommendations, we definitely didn't have any bad experiences. One evening, my throat felt a bit uncomfortable, and I wanted some hot water. I called the front desk, and within two minutes, someone delivered a kettle of hot water to our door, thoughtfully accompanied by a small packet of brown sugar ginger tea, advising me to drink it while it was hot. On the last day, we were quite slow packing up and only finished close to afternoon, but the front desk didn't rush us and even offered to help call a taxi to the station. As we were leaving, my friend left her earphones in the room. We realized this about ten minutes after we had left. When we called back, the front desk had already had the cleaning staff put them away and said we could either have them couriered to us or come back to pick them up, and their attitude was excellent. This kind of personal and considerate service elevated the joy of our entire trip by several notches. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like finding a temporary home in a city where we had old friends. The next time we visit Zhuhai, Li Shang will definitely be our go-to spot."

The hotel is connected to the Fuhuali commercial area, which was very convenient for a stroll and some shopping. A special shout-out to Valerie, who was incredibly nice and professional, making my Pullman experience perfect."

"This hotel is an apartment-style hotel with a washing machine, making it more suitable for families with children. It's located in the Pengrui Zhuyue Bay Center, right by the river. The rooms are on high floors with great views, and the location is excellent, very close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, so transportation is convenient and it's easy to get anywhere. We were a family of four, two adults and two children, and after looking at several places online and comparing reviews, we chose this one – and we definitely made the right choice! The kids absolutely loved the room we booked, which had two 1.8-meter beds, one of which was in a separate room – very nice. It was clean and hygienic, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel boasts an elegant environment. Irene proactively contacted us and helped reserve a room with an unbeatable sea view. After check-in, she frequently checked in to see if we needed anything, which we greatly appreciated! The hotel is right next to Gongbei Port and Guanghehui, with plenty of great food options nearby, making the location super convenient. The breakfast spread was also excellent, and my family especially loved the seafood congee. We'll definitely stay at InterContinental Zhuhai again on our next trip to Zhuhai and Macau."

"The Hyatt Regency Zhuhai Gongbei is definitely one of the top five-star hotels in the area. Parking is incredibly convenient; you can drive directly to level B2, and from there, take the elevator straight up to the lobby on level L. It's a seamless experience, perfect for rainy or hot days. The hotel is located within Gongbei's liveliest and trendiest shopping mall, with a large supermarket downstairs and a wide variety of cuisines, including Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Korean. At night, there's no shortage of late-night food options, from BBQ to congee stalls and stir-fries – it feels like you could eat until dawn and still not try everything. If you're tired from walking, there are plenty of massage parlors, ear-cleaning services, foot spas, head spas, and beauty salons nearby. It's the perfect way to relax after a day of shopping. My room was on the 25th floor, offering a spectacular panoramic view of Gongbei. I could even see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and the artificial islands in the distance, with Macau's nightscape right next door. The view alone was worth the price. The room was spacious, bright, and the facilities were brand new. The cleanliness was, as expected, five-star standard, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet stay. A thoughtful touch was that the room key only grants access to your assigned floor, providing superb privacy protection. The hotel staff were professional, efficient, and friendly, and most reasonable requests were handled quickly – you might even try making an 'unreasonable' one! 😉🤤 I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhuhai. I will definitely be back, I just hope the prices don't go up too much!"
