The location is a huge plus; it's very convenient to catch a taxi right outside to various attractions and venues, saving time and effort getting around. "The entire hotel is surrounded by killer whale elements, making it cute, charming, and cozy. There are photo opportunities everywhere. Check-out was just as smooth, with no delays. This stay was absolutely perfect; the service was thoughtful, and the facilities were complete. From check-in to check-out, every aspect was satisfying. The kids' facilities were extensive, and my child cheered with joy as soon as we entered. The room had everything we needed, and they even thoughtfully provided children's amenities like a step stool, kids' slippers, a bathrobe, and toothbrushes. The room was quite spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a full range of toiletries. It was very comfortable to stay in, and the hygiene was excellent; the bedding was pristine and warm, meticulously arranged, and the bathroom had no strange odors. The towels and bath sheets were white and soft, which was very reassuring. The children's facilities were also comprehensive, with special kids' shampoo and a step stool, which was a very thoughtful touch! Parking at the hotel is free, and the Spaceship Park is right inside the hotel, offering convenient and quick direct access. The hotel is located within the Chimelong Resort area, making it close to everything. We'll definitely come again!"

"This was my second stay at the Lishang Hotel in Zhuhai. My first visit with my partner left a fantastic impression, so when I brought my family to Zhuhai this time, I didn't hesitate to book again. Even after several months, the service, hygiene, and amenities still maintain a high standard, truly making it a hidden gem worthy of endless repeat stays. The hotel's location remains unbeatable. It's within walking distance of the Lovers' Road Beach, with sunsets, the sandy beach, and popular photo spots just steps away. A 15-minute drive takes you straight to Gongbei Port, making it incredibly convenient for either a relaxing beach holiday or a day trip to Macau. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining options, and every stay allows us to discover new local delicacies. Upon my return, the hotel's overall environment was still impeccably maintained. The lobby fragrance was the same familiar, soft scent, the decor was simple yet sophisticated, and the greenery was neatly trimmed, showing no signs of age or wear. The front desk staff were as gentle and professional as ever. They recognized me as a returning guest and proactively upgraded my room, offering extra welcome fruits and specialty drinks. Check-in was swift, and they actively inquired about our travel needs for this trip, recommending family-friendly sightseeing routes. Unlike many hotels that treat repeat customers differently, Lishang consistently provides the same thoughtful service, which is truly commendable. My upgraded room this time was more spacious than before, with an unbeatable view from the 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows. I could admire the stunning scenery right from my bed. The furniture was as good as new, without any wear or scratches. All lights, air conditioning, and smart devices worked smoothly. The mattress was still soft and supportive for my back, and the soundproofing was excellent, as always. Even though it's close to the road, the room was perfectly quiet, ensuring a superb quality of rest. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation, and the cleaning standards had not dropped at all; the mirror, toilet, and shower area were meticulously wiped and disinfected, with no water stains or grime. The toiletries were consistently high quality, and they even provided an extra sleep spray to enhance comfort. Hygene was my top concern for this second visit, and the guest rooms were meticulously cleaned daily. Bedding and towels were strictly changed and disinfected at high temperatures for each guest. There was no dust accumulation on the floor, cabinet corners, or under the bed. Mineral water, tea bags, and toiletries were regularly replenished. They did not simplify the cleaning process just because it was a repeat stay. Public areas like the courtyard, swimming pool, and gym were disinfected daily. The greenery was clean with no withered leaves, and the pool water was crystal clear. In contrast to many hotels where hygiene declines on a second visit, Lishang maintained consistently high standards throughout. The amenities and services were still fully available and excellent. The smart delivery robot provided stable and efficient food delivery, which was great when returning late with family after outings, avoiding the need to go downstairs for takeout. There was ample free parking, making self-driving stress-free. The self-service washer and dryer were always available, making it easy to clean sandy clothes after a beach trip. The self-service breakfast options were continuously updated, with several new Cantonese dim sum items added, maintaining consistent freshness and taste. The morning dining environment was clean and comfortable. The staff, including Xiao Ling ❤️ Si Si, and Hamburger, were consistently warm and restrained in their enthusiasm. The cleaning aunties were gentle and approachable. Room requests were handled promptly; extra pillows or a charging cable could be delivered within minutes, even in the middle of the night. The 24-hour front desk was always available to answer travel and sightseeing questions. Free luggage storage, printing, and hot water supply were all provided. The parent-child amenities were still comprehensive, with free children's toiletries and sand-digging tools. The accompanying children received small gifts, and the whole family was very satisfied. Overall, compared to my first stay, the hotel showed no signs of diminished service, aging facilities, or perfunctory hygiene. Instead, they added even more thoughtful details, making the repeat stay experience even better than the first. Having tried several hotels in the same location and price range, only Lishang has consistently maintained such high quality. It's suitable for couples, families, and solo travelers alike, offering excellent value for money over the long term. From now on, whenever I visit Zhuhai, Lishang will be my preferred booking, and I genuinely recommend it to all visitors to Zhuhai – it's consistently reliable and worth returning to again and again."

The hotel is connected to the Fuhuali commercial area, which was very convenient for a stroll and some shopping. A special shout-out to Valerie, who was incredibly nice and professional, making my Pullman experience perfect."

"This hotel is an apartment-style hotel with a washing machine, making it more suitable for families with children. It's located in the Pengrui Zhuyue Bay Center, right by the river. The rooms are on high floors with great views, and the location is excellent, very close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, so transportation is convenient and it's easy to get anywhere. We were a family of four, two adults and two children, and after looking at several places online and comparing reviews, we chose this one – and we definitely made the right choice! The kids absolutely loved the room we booked, which had two 1.8-meter beds, one of which was in a separate room – very nice. It was clean and hygienic, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!"

"This is my third time staying at this hotel. It's super close to the border crossing, the service attitude is great, and the environment is quiet, plus it has a large floor-to-ceiling window. However, this was also the time the cleanliness was the worst. There was trash on the carpet that hadn't been cleaned up, and there was some sticky red stuff on the nightstand that I had to wipe off myself with a tissue... At first, I thought it was just a mark on the table, but it was actually poor cleaning. And I don't know why, but the floor in this room was sloped; it felt like walking uphill and downhill inside the room. Sitting on the chair by the window, the tilt was very noticeable."

"Huge thanks to Artyzen for upgrading my room on my return visit to Macau! We had originally booked for two nights, but due to an urgent family matter, we contacted the hotel via Trip.com to cancel one night. Artyzen was incredibly understanding and responded very quickly – big thumbs up! If I had to pick a small area for improvement, I'd say the welcome fruit could be given a bit more thought. Also, the breakfast booking process confused me a little, with 100 RMB one day and 188 RMB the next. Aside from that, everything was wonderful! The location and sea view are absolutely fantastic! Keep up the great work!"

"The Hyatt Regency Zhuhai Gongbei is definitely one of the top five-star hotels in the area. Parking is incredibly convenient; you can drive directly to level B2, and from there, take the elevator straight up to the lobby on level L. It's a seamless experience, perfect for rainy or hot days. The hotel is located within Gongbei's liveliest and trendiest shopping mall, with a large supermarket downstairs and a wide variety of cuisines, including Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Korean. At night, there's no shortage of late-night food options, from BBQ to congee stalls and stir-fries – it feels like you could eat until dawn and still not try everything. If you're tired from walking, there are plenty of massage parlors, ear-cleaning services, foot spas, head spas, and beauty salons nearby. It's the perfect way to relax after a day of shopping. My room was on the 25th floor, offering a spectacular panoramic view of Gongbei. I could even see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and the artificial islands in the distance, with Macau's nightscape right next door. The view alone was worth the price. The room was spacious, bright, and the facilities were brand new. The cleanliness was, as expected, five-star standard, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet stay. A thoughtful touch was that the room key only grants access to your assigned floor, providing superb privacy protection. The hotel staff were professional, efficient, and friendly, and most reasonable requests were handled quickly – you might even try making an 'unreasonable' one! 😉🤤 I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhuhai. I will definitely be back, I just hope the prices don't go up too much!"
