"This is an older five-star hotel, so some of the facilities are a bit dated. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, and it's super convenient for dining with a commercial area right downstairs. I specifically chose a hotel with a pool, but it was absolutely packed with people – all taking swimming lessons from outside, not many hotel guests at all. It was so crowded I couldn't even swim. For a five-star hotel to outsource its facilities like that, it really detracts from the guest experience. If I had known, I would have picked a different, newer hotel."

Our trip to Zhuhai Chimelong was filled with pleasant surprises, thanks to the Spaceship Hotel. Its exterior exuded a strong futuristic and space-themed vibe. The interior lobby was spacious and grand, beautifully decorated to reflect a whimsical ocean theme, with a well-planned layout that put us at ease. The elevators were fast and efficient. The room facilities were excellent, with a wet and dry separated bathroom and comprehensive toiletries. Even the towels had cute submarine embroideries. The hotel's entertainment facilities were also incredibly rich. The ball pit in the lobby and the Spaceship Park allowed the children to play to their hearts' content and enjoy a wonderful time. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable; it was spotless, and the bedding was soft and pristine, offering maximum comfort. The bedding was also cute and comfortable, and slippers and bathrobes were provided. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and professional. Whether answering questions or providing assistance, their service made us feel incredibly well-cared for."

"This time, I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel in Zhuhai. I've traveled extensively and stayed in many different hotels, but the InterContinental remains my favorite, especially for its unobstructed view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. I was a bit disappointed not to catch the sunrise this morning, but the view truly is unbeatable. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, and the executive lounge offers not only afternoon tea but also evening happy hour, with all the food being delicious. I want to give a special shout-out to Doris. I remember her name because we were in and out of the executive lounge quite a bit. My husband and I enjoy staying active, so whenever we're at a hotel, we spend most of our time around and within the hotel, doing things like working out and swimming. This meant frequent visits to the executive lounge for drinks or to ask questions. Doris was consistently enthusiastic and helpful in answering all our inquiries. Today, when we checked out, she even went out of her way to make me an orange-C Americano. So, next time I'm in Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose the InterContinental again. Thank you again, Doris!"

"This Hyatt hotel, newly opened in 2026 in Gongbei, boasts an absolutely fantastic location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Gongbei Port, making trips to and from Macau incredibly convenient. Downstairs, you'll find the extensive Guanghehui mall, offering a one-stop shop for dining and retail, which is especially great for cross-border travelers and families with kids. The rooms feature a cozy Lingnan-style design, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering superb views. My room even had direct distant views of the Macau Tower and the New Lisboa casino's night lights. The bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, and amenities like a capsule coffee machine and a bathtub showed great attention to detail. The sky lobby on the 16th floor and the pool on the 15th floor are perfect for photos, really enhancing the vacation vibe. Breakfast at the cafe was excellent, with freshly made wontons and char siu bao that tasted authentic. Vivian at the front desk provided warm service, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Overall, it was a five-star experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Zhuhai! The only minor improvement could be the air conditioning in the room."

They paid attention to daily necessities, had a kind and natural demeanor, and provided meticulous service that was both professional and warm. They patiently answered questions and proactively offered practical advice, making me feel right at home. The hotel environment is grand and elegant, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are tidy and quiet with complete amenities. Such a comfortable and reassuring stay wouldn't be possible without the staff's dedicated service. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend returning."

First off, it's situated in a prime spot on Lovers' Road, right next to Shijingshan Cable Car, and just across the street from the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's not far from Gongbei Port, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, sightseeing, and dining. Secondly, the hotel boasts excellent hygiene and service. The rooms are well-equipped, smart, and have great soundproofing. The high-quality bedding ensured I, someone who usually struggles to sleep in unfamiliar beds, had a very comfortable night's rest. Lastly, the breakfast is definitely worth mentioning – it's extensive and of good quality. If I had to nitpick, the only minor inconvenience is the lack of a foot-washing station outside the hotel, which would be handy after a trip to the beach. All in all, it's a highly recommended hotel."

"My husband and I planned an overnight stay in Beishan, Zhuhai, so I booked this Sheraton hotel. To my surprise, it was their grand opening day when we checked in! We were incredibly lucky to encounter a fantastic front desk agent named Kim. He was super funny, charming, and genuinely enthusiastic. Not only did he upgrade our room, but he also proactively offered us umbrellas when we headed out, even though it wasn't raining yet. The entire check-in process was incredibly thoughtful. The location is also pretty good. While it's about a 15-minute walk to Beishan, it's not a strenuous one at all. The room was spacious and very clean, and as a Marriott property, it met all our expectations. Overall, we were very satisfied. I think this hotel would be an excellent choice even for older guests who don't speak Mandarin, as Kim, the front desk agent, can effortlessly switch between Cantonese and Mandarin, which made us feel really comfortable."

The building's exterior design is restrained and understated, free from exaggerated, 'influencer-style' aesthetics. Minimalist lines are paired with large floor-to-ceiling windows, complemented by varying heights of greenery at the entrance, blending cool and warm textures. Upon entering the lobby, a unique, gentle, and lingering fragrance greets you – not overpowering or cloying. The lighting in the public areas is layered, with soft ceiling lights and accent lights on decorative items, providing just the right amount of brightness without causing visual fatigue even after sitting for a long time. The floor is covered with thick, sound-absorbing carpet, minimizing the sound of footsteps. Even if people are conversing in the lobby, the seating area remains quiet and peaceful, free from any chaotic noise. The front desk staff didn't use templated, perfunctory language or mechanically recite hotel descriptions. Instead, they offered simple recommendations for nearby attractions based on my length of stay. The check-in process was smooth and comfortable, with a cool drink offered while I waited. The process was efficient. Later, when I needed extra drinking water or to borrow items, the front desk staff, Liang and Siyuan, and Xiao Feng, were prompt in their replies and communicated naturally and comfortably. They were warm and helpful without being overly intrusive or distant. My experience in the guest room completely shattered my preconception that coastal hotels only prioritize views and neglect practical living. The room's layout was meticulously planned, with a sensible flow that prevented cramped aisles or furniture blocking the way. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered rich, layered views: nearby, I could see the green courtyard below, while in the distance, the city skyline met the ocean. The light and shadow changed beautifully throughout the day; soft light poured into the room in the morning, and the setting sun cast a warm glow on the walls in the evening, making every glance outside a unique experience. The bedding was key to my comfort. The mattress provided just the right amount of support, so my back and waist didn't feel suspended or strained when lying down. The pillows varied in height and firmness, accommodating both side and back sleepers. The curtains had excellent blackout capabilities, completely blocking out light during the day, perfect for a peaceful catch-up sleep after a late night. The in-room storage was clearly segmented: the wardrobe had non-slip hangers, and the drawers were spacious enough to neatly organize various personal belongings and travel essentials. There was ample desk space, more than enough for temporary work, or placing small bags and electronic devices. The bathroom space truly showcased thoughtful design. The glass partition for the wet/dry separation was perfectly sealed, preventing water from splashing out during showers. The counter space was generous, with a two-tiered shelf for organizing various toiletries and beauty products, so nothing had to be cluttered on the main counter. The toiletries had a subtle, high-end fragrance that was light and pleasant, not cloying, and left my skin feeling hydrated. A Laifen hairdryer was provided, which had strong airflow and dried my long hair quickly. The floor was treated with anti-slip material, and the anti-slip performance of the tiles was reliable. Drainage was smooth, with no unpleasant odors or standing water throughout my stay. The hardware fixtures felt solid and well-made, and the switches operated smoothly, feeling great to use daily. The entire room supported smart control, with one-touch adjustments for lighting and electric curtains. There was no need to fumble for switches during night-time bathroom trips, and the night lighting was soft and non-glaring. Daily housekeeping was very thorough, going beyond just surface cleaning. The bedding was straightened, and table corners, bathroom crevices, and window sill corners were meticulously cleaned. There was no hair or dust on the floor, and the bath towels were fluffed and soft after drying, making the hygiene stand up to close inspection. The hotel's corridors had a unique ambiance, with small, niche art paintings on the walls and greenery accentuating the turns on each floor, regularly maintained and refreshed. Walking through was quiet and pleasant. There was a small outdoor seating area in the courtyard where guests could relax and enjoy the breeze. The hotel also provided free parking, making it convenient. This hotel doesn't follow the same old 'influencer' trends or rely on flashy decorations to attract attention. Instead, it focuses on the meticulous details of everyday living. Many seaside hotels on the market are either noisy and commercialized or have outdated amenities that are just 'good enough.' This hotel, however, balances scenery, tranquility, and practicality, with unique attention to detail. It avoids mainstream marketing tactics, relying instead on tangible comfort to win over guests. Whether it's for a short stay or a slow-paced extended trip, this place allows you to shed the tension of travel and settle in with a relaxed and secure feeling. When I return to Zhuhai, I won't blindly switch hotels; this one will definitely be on my re-booking list. It's perfect for those who prefer quiet, value attention to detail and quality, and reject cookie-cutter accommodation experiences."

"We've stayed at this hotel more than once, and that alone speaks volumes. It's one of the best hotels for us when visiting Zhuhai, particularly for its location between Xiangzhou District and Hengqin. The sea-view rooms are especially wonderful; just opening the balcony door (or even just looking through it) will captivate you with the stunning views of the Haojiang River and Macau. You can fully enjoy events like the Macau fireworks in September or watch the sunrise in the morning without even leaving your room. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the lobby downstairs is a great spot for photos. It's also quite close to the Shizimen Huafa Mall, so if you find the hotel's dining options a bit pricey, you can walk a few hundred meters to the mall for a wider range of choices to suit any budget. A morning stroll by the sea is also incredibly pleasant."
