"A high-value Pullman experience with an excellent location and perfect service! I've always had a soft spot for the Pullman brand. This time, I didn't even realize it was this hotel before checking in (the Chinese translation almost made me miss it) until I drove into the parking lot. What's even more surprising is that getting to stay at a Pullman for this price is an absolute steal! From the parking attendant's guidance and the doorman's reception to the front desk check-in, every step was professional and friendly. The room's facilities, cleanliness, and comfort fully met brand standards – I couldn't find a single fault. The location is an even bigger bonus: right next to two major shopping malls, with countless options for dining and taking the kids out. The children had a blast, and the adults enjoyed their shopping. The parking lot has plenty of spaces, so driving was completely stress-free. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning temperature wasn't very easy to adjust precisely, but the actual feel was within acceptable limits and didn't affect the overall experience. I highly recommend this Pullman and will definitely choose it again next time!"

The warm lighting in the room creates a great ambiance, and the bedding is quite comfortable. The bathroom even has toiletries specifically for children, and the mouthwash cups are adorable. The room service is excellent, and all hotel staff provide great service. It's very close to Ocean Kingdom, just a 5-minute ride away, which is incredibly convenient. There's plenty of free parking available. The package deals are very cost-effective. Overall, our stay was very good; the location is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are complete. The dining is also outstanding, with a rich variety and reassuring hygiene. The hotel's exterior is high-end and grand, with a unique design featuring ocean and spaceship elements everywhere. "Came to Zhuhai for a weekend staycation and booked a one-bedroom suite. The overall experience was excellent. The suite was incredibly spacious, with a living room and desk area, making the layout very practical and never feeling cramped. Since it was the summer holiday, there were many guests, and the Executive Lounge was very popular, but the experience exceeded expectations. Happy Hour was a delightful surprise; the hot dishes were varied, flavorful, not too heavy, and absolutely delicious. The afternoon tea selection was also sufficient, and the TWG tea was wonderful! The lounge's window seats offered direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, providing an amazing vista. Breakfast was on the second floor, and it was extremely crowded on Saturday and Sunday; we even had to queue for breakfast on Sunday morning. This time it was a Southeast Asian theme (Singapore, Thailand), and the overall taste was quite standard. During peak hours, there was a long wait for omelets, and the coffee was just okay – this was probably the most noticeable drawback of our stay. The food quality in the lounge was definitely much better than the second-floor Western restaurant. Secondly, the service was excellent throughout our stay. Our requests were almost always promptly addressed. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, and the staff handled it quickly and appropriately. During check-out, Rona at the front desk proactively followed up with us, listened carefully to our feedback, and took our comments seriously, which left a very positive impression. The hotel has an infinity pool that looks stunning, but unfortunately, it was too crowded during the summer holidays for us to use. The location right by the sea is perfect for evening strolls or cycling along the beach. Overall, it was a highly rated holiday stay. My only wish is that the hotel can improve the efficiency of breakfast service during peak hours in the future. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back if I have the chance."

"Service: Five-star service, very attentive. Before my booking, I received a call asking if I had any special requests. I mentioned it was for my best friend's birthday, and the hotel arranged decorations and provided a cake. The cake was surprisingly delicious – a definite plus! Cleanliness: Being a new hotel, it was clean and odor-free. The separate toilet and shower room were a great feature. Facilities: It's right next to Guanghehui, which is convenient for shopping. There's a swimming pool and gym, and parking is free. Only drawback: Getting takeout was a bit inconvenient as I had to go to the 1st floor to pick it up myself. Hopefully, they'll have robots deliver to the door in the future."

"I'll give an objective review. For the price, I'm quite satisfied. I'd heard from friends that it was boring, but I personally didn't find it so. It's great for family trips, especially if both adults and children play together – that's when you really feel it's worth the money. I highly recommend trying all the slides. We arrived during a rainy spell. The hotel informed us that only the indoor ball pit was open in the park area. The water park also closes during thunderstorms. Other attractions would only be available after the rain stopped and puddles were cleared. They offered to extend the validity of our park tickets for up to three months. The hotel also provided a canvas tote bag. Since it was a trip, we still went in to try our luck. Once inside, we realized it was practically closed – zero staff, barely any other visitors. On the first day, we only managed to play in the indoor ball pit and ride the pedal carts. In the afternoon, the rain stopped, and we headed straight for the water park (which I highly recommend; it's best enjoyed as a family. Note: lockers only support Apple Pay; Android users need to pay cash, but staff can help with change. Small lockers are 20, large are 30). There are also many other complementary games within the park. The staff at check-in gave a very detailed explanation of everything. However, you need to time things carefully, and the attractions are spread out, so definitely consult the map. On the second day, the weather was surprisingly good. We played in the maze and the Maya Adventure Park, which definitely gives you a workout. Regarding accommodation, I stayed in the Xianyeju. There were no mosquitoes, and the hotel even provided mosquito repellent at check-in. When checking out, the front desk also gave a departure gift, which made the kids very happy. At this price point, I still highly recommend it."

"This was my second stay at this 5-star hotel, both times for my birthday, and the experience was drastically different and very disappointing. Throughout my stay, only the concierge and breakfast staff had good attitudes; the experience with other departments was indescribable. Given it was my birthday, there was no room upgrade, no birthday amenities, not even a simple 'Happy Birthday' wish. I felt no sense of birthday celebration at all. The front desk staff clearly lacked training; their attitude was cold and communication was perfunctory. This is a huge contrast to other 5-star hotels of the same caliber I've stayed in. I specifically requested turndown service, but the room wasn't tidied at all, and my clothes weren't folded. Even basic services weren't up to par, and the attention to detail was very poor. The breakfast also didn't live up to the 5-star hotel's pricing. There was very little variety, the dishes were ordinary, and nothing stood out. The value for money was very low. Only the concierge and breakfast service were decent; everything else was truly disappointing. I won't consider staying here again."

The room layout, aesthetics, and functional design are all fantastic! It created wonderful memories for our whole family! The staff were warm and attentive; whether checking in or just passing by in the morning, their genuine smiles really touched us! All in all, highly recommended! Great value for money. "I have to give a huge shout-out to Sponge Steward! Their service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, and they responded to messages super quickly. I needed to go to Hengqin Port for transport, and they arranged a free pick-up and drop-off simply by booking in advance. It was such a relief not to worry about transportation with my luggage. Any questions I had during my stay were answered patiently, and they even provided helpful transportation tips. Their demeanor was always warm and considerate. They also told me about the lovely princess dresses available at the front desk for a complimentary photoshoot with a photographer. I didn't get to experience it due to time constraints, but I really appreciate such thoughtful and thorough service. Next time I'm in Hengqin, I'll definitely be looking for Sponge Steward again!"
