Guest UserOur hotel concierge, Serena, was incredibly responsive and helpful, almost always anticipating our needs. This Marriott might just be the best value-for-money hotel in Zhuhai. The complimentary set dinner included in our package was genuinely impressive, not just an afterthought, and of very high quality. We also received bonus perks like tickets to the By-Health exhibition. The views are lovely, and the outdoor pool has a great vibe. The only minor inconvenience is needing to switch elevators after parking.

Guest UserColin and Jenny were incredibly attentive to our needs, responding promptly to all our room requests with a consistently warm and natural demeanor. Their service felt genuine and thoughtful, never forced. Brian was also on hand throughout our stay, handling any issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring we had a completely worry-free experience. The room itself was high-quality with a strong design aesthetic, and the facilities were well-maintained. Stepping onto the balcony, we were greeted by stunning sea views, offering both privacy and an incredible vista. Overall, the exceptional service from these three staff members truly enhanced our stay, their professionalism and dedication were impressive. This hotel perfectly embodies the high standards of the Alila brand. If you're visiting Dong'ao Island, choosing this place is a no-brainer – five stars highly recommended. Ben from the concierge team was also excellent.

Guest UserFirst off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash.
Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K.
The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!

YindunzhilongThis hotel was my choice for a summer family trip, booked in advance with a 'stay + play' package. We arrived around 4 PM and I was still surprised by how massive it is. The penguin theme is really distinct, and it was packed with people – clearly a popular place! There were staff members everywhere. We took their advice and went to the Ocean Kingdom first, entering in minutes through the hotel's exclusive pass. When we returned after 6 PM, it was indeed less crowded, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and odor-free, with child-friendly toiletries. The air conditioning worked great, the bedding was comfortable, and we had a view of the Ocean Kingdom from the window. We even discovered we could see the fireworks show at night, though unfortunately, a heavy rain that evening meant we had to miss Lang Lang's performance. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, explaining everything we needed to know about our stay and the park. For breakfast, they sent a QR code via WeChat, so no need to check at the front desk. Breakfast offered a huge variety, both Chinese and Western, and even though there were many people, it didn't feel chaotic. There was plenty of seating, and after a satisfying meal, we headed back into the park, full of good cheer. It was a very satisfying travel experience.

Guest UserThey upgraded our room for free! It was a one-bedroom suite, very clean, and the entire stay was pleasant and reassuring. I really liked the room's layout too; it was simple and fresh. All the facilities were complete, and the hygiene was meticulously done. Overall, a very satisfying stay, highly recommend!!!! I accidentally burned myself with a curling iron, called them, and they immediately sent burn cream to my door. I'll definitely stay here again!

遊子身上衣I've stayed here many times before, and I really appreciate the lobby manager helping us adjust our room. The room was still comfortable and spotless, and breakfast, as always, was of a high standard. I especially recommend the fresh fruit juice – it's genuinely freshly squeezed and delicious! Plus, the biggest advantage is the convenient transportation. You can reach the Macau border crossing in just 100 meters, which is so handy, especially with the heavy rain these past few days. Being able to cross the border completely sheltered was a huge plus! 👍

Guest UserWalking into the hotel lobby was immediately a pleasant experience. Our two-bedroom suite was immaculately clean and located on a high floor, offering a lovely view of the Zhuhai Fisher Girl statue. The living room also had an extra half-bathroom, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for four people. It was only about a ten-minute stroll to City Balcony, and we were absolutely delighted with everything.
The breakfast buffet was also very extensive, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. Moreover, the staff all seemed to have a wonderful attitude, which made our stay even more satisfying.

Anonymous UserPerched 300 meters high, the 42nd-floor lobby, with its dazzling crystal chandeliers, creates an incredibly atmospheric vibe. I booked a sea-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the Cross Gate waters and the Macau skyline. The sunset at dusk and the neon lights at night were all within sight. The bathtub by the window was perfect for photos, and I could simply relax in the room and admire the stunning night views of the Greater Bay Area.
The St. Regis's signature butler service was a perfect 10 – requests were answered quickly, and every detail felt special and仪式感 (a sense of ritual). The bedding was so comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, making it ideal for couple anniversaries or short getaways. It truly lived up to expectations and is a must-stay hotel when visiting Zhuhai!

Guest UserThe hotel is super close to the park entrance, just a 5-minute walk. The hotel environment is also excellent; as soon as you step in, you get a strong family-friendly vibe. Everything is exquisite, and the facilities are brand new. Great environment, great service. Check-in was very organized, with all necessary information provided. Check-out was super easy, just self-returning the key card. There's also a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient. Waking up in the morning, I could see the amusement park shrouded in mist from the room – a truly beautiful view.

Guest UserThe front desk staff proactively upgraded my room, and the view was stunning—I could see the port hall and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The breakfast was quite rich; even for someone as picky as me, it was very satisfying. After checking out, I forgot some beef in the fridge, and the front desk kindly called to remind me.
