BBairimengkelaThe hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The lobby is grand and sophisticated, with a minimalist yet luxurious design that creates a wonderful ambiance as soon as you step in. The front desk staff were professional and courteous. Check-in was very quick, and they proactively upgraded our room after understanding our travel needs. They patiently explained the operating hours for breakfast, the swimming pool, and the executive lounge – such thoughtful details. Our room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and completely odor-free. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear any corridor noise at all. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including Chinese pastries, Western baked goods, freshly cooked noodles, and a full selection of fruits and drinks. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was consistently good. The constant-temperature pool had crystal-clear water, and the gym was well-equipped, perfect for relaxing during downtime. Every staff member we encountered along the way greeted us proactively, room service was prompt, and the turndown service even included a thoughtful fruit delivery. Overall, we felt completely at home throughout our stay. This hotel is perfectly suited for both business trips and family vacations, consistently delivering the reliable Marriott standard.

MMr. MoThe hotel is beautiful. The location on the cliff is wonderful. There is a picture to be taken at every corner. You don’t notice the service people at all, but you notice their work. For this I give them the highest of praise. Room service is quite fast. The food selection they have is super high quality, whether at dinner or breakfast. The reception are helpful and are quite reasonable people, when there is a disagreement. I have informed them earlier that it was our wedding anniversary, and they prepared the room accordingly and even prepared a cake for us. 2 areas of improvement. 1- English speaking staff. -2- The hotel needs to put night owls in their consideration. The restaurant closes at 12, which is fair enough. But no snacks or vending machine way before that time. What if I get hungry late at night? Besides that, I would definitely visit this place again. Is perfect for couples who want a get away, or people who just want a place to find serenity or inspiration.

MMan______The room was spacious, and the afternoon tea was exquisite and delicious. Due to the rain, we had the buffet dinner directly at the hotel, and the food was fresh and tasty. Our butler, Holly, added me on WeChat in advance. Since we had two babies, she helped arrange bed rails for us. Her service during our stay was attentive, and she proactively asked about our needs – it was excellent! We'll definitely choose to stay at Angsana again next time we visit Zhuhai.

I'd recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Chimelong. The room was thoroughly cleaned daily and was spotless. All toiletries were provided, and any missing items were delivered very quickly. The clean and comfortable room made for a worry-free stay. Overall, the performance was excellent and highly recommended. The room had full WiFi coverage with smooth and stable internet speed. All indoor appliances worked perfectly without any issues. The basic living amenities were comprehensive and reassuring. The overall superior performance makes this my top choice for travel. The buffet restaurant offered a full range of hot and cold dishes and desserts. Food was replenished quickly, so there was no need to queue for meals. The diverse selection catered to all tastes, old and young. The comprehensive facilities and great experience are worth another visit. Self-parking was free, with a spacious lot and plenty of spaces. Public areas were cleaned daily, staying fresh and tidy. Hardware facilities were regularly inspected, ensuring stability and safety. The overall value for money was excellent and worth recommending to friends and family. There were plenty of restaurants and shops along the street, making dining convenient. With dining and accommodation integrated, and easy access to shopping and attractions, there's no need to travel far. The entire stay was smooth and hassle-free. It was a perfect experience, and this will definitely be my go-to for future vacations. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserI rarely give full marks, but for 800 yuan for Regency Club access, what more could you ask for? Thank goodness for the owner's initial aggressive expansion. Even though the hotel has been open for six or seven years, everything still looks new, and the cleanliness is exceptional. Hyatt's design, as always, is superb; this particular hotel's design is truly outstanding. Both the rooms and public areas have a great vibe. The dining is also quite good, with plenty of variety and well-prepared dishes—definitely up to standard for a five-star hotel. The happy hour is one of the best I've experienced in this category, offering three hot dishes, soup, congee, and a noodle station. The alcoholic drinks are decent. The service is excellent, and I'd like to specially thank Victoria, Emily, and Olivia. They even decorated my room and sent a small cake and fruit platter, although I was too full after happy hour to eat much of it.

The room was well-ventilated, with no dampness or strange odors, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The entire resort boasts beautiful scenery; the flamingo viewing area and dolphin pool are perfect for snapping Instagram-worthy photos. The hotel's water park was far less crowded than the one at Ocean Kingdom, making for a much more enjoyable experience. Strolling along the seaside promenade at sunset was simply breathtaking, creating an absolutely magical atmosphere. The room cleaning standards were impeccable. The floors, windowsills, nightstand crevices, and even the bathroom glass were spotless, free of water stains or hair, and the bathroom had no unpleasant smells. All the bedding was fresh and new, with no stains on the pillows or mattress. The room's private balcony provided excellent ventilation, effectively mitigating any dampness from the sea. The hotel's yacht shuttle service offered a unique experience, transporting us directly to Ocean Kingdom. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, with surprisingly delicious dishes made from fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly, and their service was prompt and attentive. At the buffet, all tableware was high-temperature sterilized, the food was neatly arranged, and staff were quick to clear table waste. The front desk staff were thorough in their communication, checking in on our stay and promptly resolving any issues. This vacation was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, with thoughtful details showing genuine care. Our stay was absolutely perfect. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back if I get the chance.

FForever_yingThe room was clean and hygienic. Although Zhuhai's weather is unpredictable and quite humid, the room had no strange odors. The service was excellent. The cleaning staff were very warm and attentive. Because my flight was earlier than expected, I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. The lady at the front desk processed my check-in without a word, which was a great help. The male staff I encountered on the following two days were clearly not as professional as her, but their attitude was very friendly. The hotel's location is superb. It's just across the road from Hengqin Port. You can also walk through an underpass behind the hotel directly to勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza). As for the food, I didn't find many great options in the nearby food street, but there are plenty of dining choices in 勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza), all very convenient. Definitely avoid the pre-cut fruit sold in the underpass!

During my stay, I called multiple times to inquire about dining reservations, parking, directions to attractions, and room facilities. Each time, I was greeted by a gentle and polite voice, and her responses were clear and concise. Winnie is very professional; she never brushed off complex requests. Instead, she meticulously coordinated with various departments to handle them quickly, and her response time was incredibly fast. Even with multiple repetitive inquiries, she remained exceptionally patient, and all communication was fluent and appropriate. She perfectly embodies the service standards of a Marriott five-star hotel. The hotel environment and room amenities were already excellent, but with Winnie's thoughtful and heartwarming service, my overall stay experience was significantly enhanced. This will be my top choice for business trips or holidays in Zhuhai. Thank you, Winnie, for your dedicated service!

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the amusement park, making parking and dining very convenient. Ocean Kingdom exceeded my expectations! The Whale Shark Exhibit was absolutely stunning, and the beluga whale show was so adorable it melted my heart. The evening fireworks display was definitely worth the price of admission. One day isn't enough to explore with kids, though it was a bit crowded during the summer holidays. My tip is to enter the park early.

Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax.
