Guest UserOne of the best location in Barcelona. It is the center of many tourist spots and there are many restaurants, cafes, shops near the hotel.
And room was very clean and well-maintained. The pool area was also very relaxing and the staffs were very kind, especially a man at the bar.

Upon arrival, staff were helpful with luggage, and generally very friendly. Stepping into the room, the view from the window was a pleasant surprise. The room layout was well-designed and fully equipped, with ample space to unpack, a proper desk and chairs, a kettle with tea bags, complimentary bottled water, and even slippers. For travelers arriving in Barcelona after a long journey, the amenities provided were incredibly reassuring. The bathroom had an excellent wet/dry separation, easily the most practical and well-designed I encountered on this trip, keeping everything tidy. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from a Mercadona supermarket, and about a 15-minute walk to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà.
The only downside was that the WiFi was down on the day I checked in. It was later repaired, but unfortunately, I wasn't informed.

Guest UserOverall, I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. For a four-star establishment, I expected more.
Some areas of the hotel seem a bit dated, giving it the impression of a package tour hotel rather than a modern city hotel. The pool area is decent, but nothing special. The artificial turf doesn't look particularly high-quality, and the pool's atmosphere didn't win me over. Guests often sit in the water with cocktails, which doesn't exactly contribute to a relaxed ambiance.
The lobby and lounge also feel rather cold and uninviting. While there is a bar, it unfortunately lacks a genuine bar atmosphere or coziness. I believe there's significant room for improvement here.
The room itself was tidy, but the refrigerator could be a bit larger. It would be practical if it could accommodate ice or larger drinks.
On the positive side, I'd like to highlight the beds – they were really comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.
One point that particularly bothered me: the hotel descriptions barely mention that it's located directly next to a highway or a highway exit. Vehicles pass practically right by the hotel. This is less noticeable on weekends, but during the week, the traffic is clearly audible. I found the traffic noise particularly disturbing when having breakfast outdoors.
Ultimately, I made the best of my stay and had a pleasant time. Nevertheless, I wouldn't classify this hotel as a particularly high-quality four-star establishment, and I would likely choose a different accommodation for my next visit to Barcelona. Overall, it was a solid, but rather average experience.

Hotel maniac
This hotel, being new in 2024, is clean and tidy, and the kitchenette is a convenient touch. The food at Amani restaurant was delicious. The breakfast buffet, however, was just average. The downside is that the staff aren't particularly friendly and don't seem to care about the guests. To be precise, at check-in, an employee named Jenia made a mistake and undercharged me. I didn't know about it, but the next day I received a text asking me to pay the remaining balance. I didn't mind paying the extra, but that evening, when I tried to enter my room, my key card didn't work. When I went to reception, I found out they had deliberately blocked my room to ensure I'd pay the outstanding amount. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel that treats guests this way. They could have called me, or left a message in the room, but instead, they chose this petty method of intentionally preventing me from entering my room. The staff just have a cheap mentality. I had to pay card fees twice for two transactions, and the exchange rate was rising. I explained it was a loss for me and asked why I should fix their employee's mistake, but they just said I had to pay. They wouldn't offer any compensation. Furthermore, the gym is small, and they keep all the doors closed, so the air is very stuffy. When I opened a window, they told me to close it for safety reasons. They kept coming to close it themselves. What's more, when I complained about the payment issue, they deflected by giving a ridiculous explanation that the problem was caused by me opening the gym door. When I requested to speak with the general manager, the female staff member I thought was the GM turned out to be just the Executive Housekeeper. We arranged a meeting, but there was no response, and she kept postponing it with excuses about having other meetings. Later, when I finally met her, she claimed she had been looking for me. They could have called, come to my room, or sent a text message. I'm really annoyed by the utterly unreasonable behavior of the staff. They say Tembo means 'elephant' and the building resembles an elephant, which is why it's named Tembo, but the staff have hearts smaller than ants.

海迷丽The hotel was nice overall except two noise generating problems, I had three young people as my neighbors in the next room, they were heard perfectly from my room. All their conversations, music, tv, laughs... I felt like I was living with them... Another noise problem was lift's renovation, my room 129 was just next to lifts, It was unbearable noise... I wasn't warned about this renovation, so when I felt how walls are shaking and loud drilling, I called reception desk, they didn't offer any solutions or apologies and explained it's all a part of lifts renovation. I asked them how long will this go on, they answered me that it's gona take a few days...

Guest UserConvenient location with easy access to taxis, the metro, and the train. The facilities are comprehensive. The mattress is comfortable, and there are plenty of power outlets in the room. Customer service is efficient; I called in the middle of the night for an extra item, and the staff handled it efficiently. The lobby offers complimentary fruit-infused water and Cava daily.

Guest UserThe room was quite spacious; my friend and I had no problem opening up both our suitcases. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, making showers and hair washing quite comfortable. The location is pretty good too – a bit far from the subway but there's a bus stop right outside. It's super convenient for getting to Casa Milà, Casa Batlló, and Sagrada Família. The area feels safe, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The staff were very friendly and spoke English fluently, so communication was a breeze.
However, there were a few issues. Firstly, there was no shower curtain for the bathtub, so the bathroom floor was soaked every time we showered, and it got quite chilly after a while. Secondly, the duvet didn't have a proper cover; instead, two sheets were used above and below it, and all three layers were tucked in so tightly under the mattress by the staff that we had to struggle to pull the duvet out every night. We ended up asking the front desk not to make our beds for the rest of our stay. Though, I hear this duvet cover situation might be common in Europe. Lastly, the soundproofing was really poor. We were lucky our neighbors weren't too noisy, and my friend and I aren't particularly sensitive to sound, but you could honestly hear every little thing happening next door. All in all, it was a mixed bag, but for the price and location, we couldn't really expect much more.

Guest UserAfter a lot of deliberation and some safety concerns, I finally booked this place, and it was absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient, really close to the subway. The residential area is clean and safe, and there's a supermarket right across the street, which was incredibly handy for getting food. The biggest surprise was booking a room with a terrace – totally worth it! Every evening, I'd enjoy a drink on the terrace while taking in the mountain views. Such a lovely experience, and amazing value for money!

刘星广州柏林Well not satisfied with the stay. The cleaner didnt come two days to clean room. Complained to the manager and they compensated witb 60 Euro dinner voucher and some hotel redeem points.
Maybe I have stayed more in hotels in Asia where there is different and higher standards of service so I am bit disappointed.
Any ways manager was gracious to accept the mistake and on their part this is extreme peak season so maybe the housekeeping staff was on their toes.
But another piece to grind is their aggressive marketing as a hotel for families with kids particularly on trip.com but i felt this was not accurate. I had two kids 4 year and 1 year old and the room was bit small for me.
The AC worked well though. The view from window was nice (could see Sagrada Familia) .
In anycase mixed reactions.

The hotel is conveniently located, everything is within walking distance. The staff is friendly.
It's important to note that the spa is an additional fee and is accessible to children over 14 (I don't remember exactly).
But most importantly, it's not allowed with small children.
I recommend it for a stopover; it's also suitable for walks.
