The room was exactly as shown on the booking page. What you see is what you get. Toiletries and disposable slippers were also provided. We arrived late on our first day and didn't have time to buy water, so the hotel gave us a bottle, which was very nice! We booked a standard double room, but it had a small balcony overlooking the pool and outdoor restaurant. The view was lovely.
The security was also very good; nothing was lost during our several nights. We also noticed that the automatic door at the entrance was manually controlled by the front desk, so unauthorized people wouldn't be able to get in.

Guest UserOverall, I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. For a four-star establishment, I expected more.
Some areas of the hotel seem a bit dated, giving it the impression of a package tour hotel rather than a modern city hotel. The pool area is decent, but nothing special. The artificial turf doesn't look particularly high-quality, and the pool's atmosphere didn't win me over. Guests often sit in the water with cocktails, which doesn't exactly contribute to a relaxed ambiance.
The lobby and lounge also feel rather cold and uninviting. While there is a bar, it unfortunately lacks a genuine bar atmosphere or coziness. I believe there's significant room for improvement here.
The room itself was tidy, but the refrigerator could be a bit larger. It would be practical if it could accommodate ice or larger drinks.
On the positive side, I'd like to highlight the beds – they were really comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.
One point that particularly bothered me: the hotel descriptions barely mention that it's located directly next to a highway or a highway exit. Vehicles pass practically right by the hotel. This is less noticeable on weekends, but during the week, the traffic is clearly audible. I found the traffic noise particularly disturbing when having breakfast outdoors.
Ultimately, I made the best of my stay and had a pleasant time. Nevertheless, I wouldn't classify this hotel as a particularly high-quality four-star establishment, and I would likely choose a different accommodation for my next visit to Barcelona. Overall, it was a solid, but rather average experience.

海迷丽The hotel was nice overall except two noise generating problems, I had three young people as my neighbors in the next room, they were heard perfectly from my room. All their conversations, music, tv, laughs... I felt like I was living with them... Another noise problem was lift's renovation, my room 129 was just next to lifts, It was unbearable noise... I wasn't warned about this renovation, so when I felt how walls are shaking and loud drilling, I called reception desk, they didn't offer any solutions or apologies and explained it's all a part of lifts renovation. I asked them how long will this go on, they answered me that it's gona take a few days...

The reception staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, which made our stay feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We also truly loved the rooms—they were beautiful, well-maintained, and added a lot to the overall experience. The team was generally very helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
However, there was one small disappointment. I had requested a birthday arrangement for my husband on three separate occasions, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I completely understand that such requests are not always guaranteed, but it would have been appreciated to at least receive a reply or update.
Overall, we had a lovely stay, and with a bit more communication on special requests, the experience could have been perfect.

Guest UserMany Chinese people book this place.
The room is pretty good, spacious, and has a window. The closet design and everything are quite nice.
There are a few minor issues, but they don't impact the stay too much:
1️⃣ The bathroom doesn't seem to have an exhaust fan?
2️⃣ The showerhead's water pressure is a bit strong, and it's hard to adjust the spray mode. You have to keep pressing the showerhead, which is a bit tiring.
You absolutely must try the breakfast; it's very rich and delicious. A €12 breakfast in Paris isn't even half as good as what you get here.

emimemmaThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right above Sants train station, so you step out and you're at the station. Public transport, including buses and the metro, is also very accessible nearby, and it's close to Plaça d'Espanya.

Guest UserThe room was quite spacious; my friend and I had no problem opening up both our suitcases. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, making showers and hair washing quite comfortable. The location is pretty good too – a bit far from the subway but there's a bus stop right outside. It's super convenient for getting to Casa Milà, Casa Batlló, and Sagrada Família. The area feels safe, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The staff were very friendly and spoke English fluently, so communication was a breeze.
However, there were a few issues. Firstly, there was no shower curtain for the bathtub, so the bathroom floor was soaked every time we showered, and it got quite chilly after a while. Secondly, the duvet didn't have a proper cover; instead, two sheets were used above and below it, and all three layers were tucked in so tightly under the mattress by the staff that we had to struggle to pull the duvet out every night. We ended up asking the front desk not to make our beds for the rest of our stay. Though, I hear this duvet cover situation might be common in Europe. Lastly, the soundproofing was really poor. We were lucky our neighbors weren't too noisy, and my friend and I aren't particularly sensitive to sound, but you could honestly hear every little thing happening next door. All in all, it was a mixed bag, but for the price and location, we couldn't really expect much more.

The room is airy with a window, and the balcony gets plenty of sunlight. Besides breakfast, the bar on the 3rd floor is open until 11 PM, so you don't need to go out for lunch or dinner. There's also a Spanish national supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient, just remember it's closed on Sundays. The location is great; it's not only close to the high-speed rail station but also very near the metro station, making it easy to get to the convention center, stadium, city center attractions, and the airport. The rooftop restaurant offers beautiful views and delicious food.

Room is modern, spacious and clean. The freebies in the mini fridge were much appreciated as well. Location is great, 5-6 min walk to Glories Station. Staff were professional but not friendly at all. Check-in supposed to be at 2 pm but was told on site that room was not ready and check-in will be between 2-3 pm instead. After informing receptionist that we would like to include breakfast for the next 3 days, we were told that we did not purchase breakfast on days 2 and 3 🤷🏻♂️

Guest UserIt was a very clean accommodation and plenty of towels were provided.
It was a little inconvenient because laundry was done in a shared facility on the 5th floor, and I was a little disappointed that they assigned me a room with a rear view without even asking how many rooms had a view of the Sagrada. There is a rest area and a pool on the rooftop, so it would be nice when the weather is nice. The location is far from major tourist attractions, so it's a bit inconvenient to take the subway every day, so if I had to do it again, I think I'd pick it near Plaza Catalunya.
