Apartment is in Medan City, around 1h car ride from Kualanamu airport. It is next to DeliPark Mall which has everything you need. View from the room is calming.

Things I like: The bed, shower and cozyness of the room. Water supply (hot water) and air circulation in the bathroom - closet have no smell at all, As well as the fact that they provide a free parking space for the guest who brings car, Things I love: Breakfast menu...... more than enough options, all of those foods I ate are delicious (If not super delicious), Provision of drinking water with a water dispenser As well as the staffs hospitality - top notch... Things I dont really like: TV program, nothing interesting for me and not useful at all Too less power outlet and the fact that there is too small table for the kettle and water bottle.....

We stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

I stayed here with my family during our holiday in Medan. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has its own charm. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated the nice swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable.

First of all .. they gave me smoking room even though they knows we have babies. Second I’ve complained about this luckily they handle it very well . And the chairs in the room has nail exposed and almost cut my finger. Such a this issue basically they can handle . Overall everything good .

Overall, the best! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a doorman, the receptionist is friendly, and the room is clean. My only minor complaint is that it's not very soundproof, so I could hear the housekeeping staff cleaning the room next door. Other than that, everything else was great. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious, and the location is strategic. I've even been able to check in early without any extra charge before. I've stayed here many times and will likely continue to be a regular guest. Keep up the excellent work! 👍

In addition, the furniture appears old and worn out, making the room feel outdated. I would recommend that the management carry out renovations and regular maintenance to improve cleanliness, comfort, and provide a more modern experience for future guests.
