UUshi EngelAt late evening check-in they had no non-smoking room available. They upgraded me free of charge into a non-smoking room - very good service attitude.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A safety deposit should be added and may also some painting/photo as wall decoration.
Breakfast for IDR 100,000 is good value.
Laundry service is excellent and fair priced

KKite01Location was strategic as it was just a short walk away from the train station from KNO airport. It also has access to Centrepoint mall which is very convenient for some air cond in need during hot travel weather
Best service I've encountered as my wife misplaced her glasses during a spa therapy the night before us checking out. The staff went above and beyond to contact the night shift personnel to enquire and we found the glasses with housekeeping.
We can't simply just put our gratefulness into mere words. But thank you so much to all the staff in Karibia.

ZZafarullah MuftiThis is my second stay in this hotel. I booked again as my previous experience was good. Reception staff is good and cooperative. Although, I had to face a couple problems which had been resolved, but it was good. The food is very tasty and comperatively reasonable. I would prefer to book again if I happen to come again to Medan.

- managed to do online video meetings as wifi was strong
- comfortable and large bed, however bedding was a little stained
- only one lift worked which meant slight wait times, but the second elevator was fixed by our departure
- good location, hectic but as expected, can get all food delivered
- gym was decent, not good enough for a proper heavy gym sesh but good to get a little workout in
- pool area was nice and not too busy

西西蒙子No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers.
The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough.
Staff helped to bring luggage to the room.
The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

SSyasya yuslaniThis hotel is located exactly at the center point between Merdeka Walk and Kesawan, which makes the location very strategic.
During our stay, there happened to be the 80th TNI anniversary celebration, so the roads were closed and we couldn’t check out on time that’s how close and central this hotel is.
The check-in process was smooth and fast. The hotel is clean, and our deluxe room was quite spacious. However, the interior is quite old. From the photos it looks modern, but in reality, most of the furniture is dated.
The breakfast was decent. they served roti jala with curry, and honestly, it tasted really good! My Malay taste buds totally approved 😋
The building itself looks nice and not gloomy, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a good location, clean rooms, and friendly service just keep in mind that it’s an old hotel in terms of interior design.

AAnonymous UserThe room was very spacious for a family, although it felt a bit old-fashioned. We were very comfortable staying there for almost a week. The three rooms made us feel at home. However, there were no kitchen utensils. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. We will be back again.

AazmismeIt is a good hotel but needs to maintain its facilities. Food was good too. It says new normal but they are stuck at covid still with the barriers at the reception. Posters about covid are everywhere.
