"Overall room and bed consider clean, but not their toilet 😥 The cloths hanger is rusty and you will feel disgusting to hang your cloths. And the wall and floor tiles, toilet bowl are super yellowish which I think they have not maintanence well. The most important is THERE IS NO WATER HEATER while the weather is freaking cold there 😥 But, this is budgetary hotel, depend on your choose. We just stay for like few hours and leave to continue our journey."
