GGuest UserMy recent stay at the Grand Cityhall Hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately greeted by a warm, welcoming, and elegant atmosphere. This was evident in every corner of the hotel, from the exquisite interior design, a blend of classic and modern touches, to the thoughtful details within the rooms.
However, what truly made this experience unforgettable was the quality of service. The team at Grand Cityhall exemplified 5-Star hospitality standards. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt truly valued as a guest.

SsunshineonmeThe hotel staff is nice and polite. Check in was fast. Breakfast is normal. The location is near to shopping centre. By grabs, it takes abt 1 hour frm airport.
However, the room need to be renovated as quite old. Not the usual jw mariott standard.

AAnonymous UserOur 2 nites stay was comfortable. Fluffy pillow and great bed. Buffet breakfast on Sat morning was great but it was not that good on Sunday morning. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

GGuest UserRoom is huge and super clean. Toilet come with bathtub and shower in different cubicle. Absolutely posh. The breakfast is above and beyond. I really enjoy the food as the have so many different varieties and the breakfast also serve on the top floor where the view of the surrounding of medan is part of the meal. Just breathtaking! I would come to this hotel if i were to visit medan in near future!

Bboon22Room is clean with all amenities including a safe box but is small. Some distance away from major happenings except the malls( Cambridge/Sun plaza), which also need 15-20 min walk. Breakfast is not good. Parking is provided though.

AAuric LimTrip.com is bad rating 8.5 / 10 for cleaningness. My children entering hotel request to change hotel. Badly cannot change hotel. Trip.com simply promoting a hotel without audit another word blindly recommendation. The picture show tidy and clean and comfort but end up my children told me the bedsheet supposed to be white but in actually is grey.
