XxxlimThe location is excellent n it is right in the center of medan city.
There is a big mall: delipark mall right opposite the hotel w Sogo as the anchor departal store.
There r many eateries n cinema available on the top floor.
The security of the hotel is very tight that makes me feel safe...

TTrip.com local guidesThe service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

We had a very pleasant stay at Emerald Garden Stay. The place is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. The room was comfortable, with good air-conditioning and strong Wi-Fi.
The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very smooth. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend Emerald Garden Stay to friends and family, and would be happy to stay here again.

AAnonymous UserVery nice hotel. Rooftop pool with superb view of the Medan City. In a nice area with plenty of popular restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast have a good variety of local dishes to try. Just the waiting time for checkin and checkout is a little bit long. But undoubtedly will stay here again.

西西蒙子No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers.
The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough.
Staff helped to bring luggage to the room.
The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

MM429609****The service was good for an older hotel. The facilities are a bit dated, but the price is quite affordable. The breakfast selection was decent, and the front desk service was attentive. It was a bit noisy, though, with the air conditioning unit outside the window being quite loud.

DDarwin KI had a bittersweet experience staying in this apartment. For the good things: the apartment is located strategically near city center, the room is spacious with complete basic amenities. However, there are 2 unpleasant things. First, there is no non-smoking unit except for the high-end room types. I went into a unit with leftover smoke smell, likely from previous guest. Second, the sound-proofing is terrible. My bedroom was facing a street junction, and any roaring noise from the cars/modified bikes penetrated the room as if there was no window to begin with. There was no ear plug the apartment could provide even though this was not the first feedback they have received from previous guests, and I couldn't sleep throughout the night. I booked 4 nights and immediately left after the first night. The service was pretty decent though. The customer service tried to use air purifier to suck out the smoke smell, and attempted to move me to other rooms to no avail because of similar noise problem.

AazmismeIt is a good hotel but needs to maintain its facilities. Food was good too. It says new normal but they are stuck at covid still with the barriers at the reception. Posters about covid are everywhere.

Eea003Location is very strategic, right in the middle of the city. The building is quite old, more than 40 years old. They've done some renovation but it is noticeably old. Lobby got no aircon when I arrived. The shower was leaking a bit. But my room was clean and it was big. It got a big window with view to the street. Not bad for the price that I was paying.
