DDaochuluanbendemiaoThe location right next to Kanayama Station is super convenient for getting around (I prefer it over Nagoya Station and Sakae). However, because of the single-pane windows, even on the 18th floor, you can still hear the train. Luckily, the noise level stays under 40 decibels, so it won't wake you up. There's also a shuttle bus nearby that goes to the Aeon Atsuta store. From the window, you can see an Aeon store, distant snow-capped mountains, and a little figure holding an umbrella on the roof of the building opposite. The twin beds can be pushed together, but there's a bunch of wires and equipment under the nightstand that prevents it from moving completely. This leaves a gap of about 20cm between the bed and the wall at the head, which is fine for a family of three to sleep comfortably. The mattress is a Simmons, and it's quite comfortable to sleep on, though the pillows are a bit too narrow. The bathroom looks a little older than it actually is, but it's perfectly functional.

GGuest UserThis hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

GGuest UserI rarely write reviews, but this hotel made our family trip in Nagoya a complete disaster. We booked for two adults and two children. At check-in, the staff said our booking only allowed four people and refused to let my husband even step into our room to help us unpack — even though he wasn’t planning to sleep there that night! I explained, again and again, that we were traveling as a family and were more than willing to pay extra for one more person. But the staff kept repeating the same rule with zero flexibility or empathy. My husband had no choice but to book another hotel for the night, leaving me and the kids alone for what was supposed to be a happy family holiday. The next morning, things got worse. They continued to treat us coldly and wouldn’t allow my husband to enter, even just to help with the luggage. After so much stress, I decided to check out early—losing one night’s payment—because I simply couldn’t stand how heartless and unaccommodating they were. Only when we were packing to leave did they suddenly offer to “upgrade” us to a larger room for extra money. But by that point, the damage was already done. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Japan and always admired the hospitality here, but this was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. They showed no kindness, no understanding, and no respect toward families. I strongly urge anyone traveling with family to avoid this hotel.

GGuest UserExcellent value for over 1600. The front desk staff spoke good English and gave us a room with a view facing Legoland. The hotel facilities are very kid-friendly, and the restaurant serves food that children love. Don't forget to open the safe in your room – it comes with a bag of LEGO toys! For dining, I recommend the street behind the hotel, Maker's Pier, which offers a wide variety of choices. The hotel also has a children's pool where kids can play and even build their own life raft. Be sure to book in advance; reservations for the afternoon or evening slots open at 12 PM, and each session is 30 minutes long. There's also a small children's playground next to the restaurant.

HHuizhuochibangdexiangrikuiService: It was raining when we arrived, and the front desk staff proactively informed us that we could borrow umbrellas for free from the lobby. They also provided information about the hot springs and even gave our child a yukata and toiletries, which was very thoughtful. Public Bath: It was clean and tidy. It's truly rare to find hot springs in the city center. My daughter was thrilled to try it out for the first time. They also offered ramen for a late-night snack and free popsicles. The location is also excellent. It's about a 5-minute walk to the Sakae shopping district, and the subway station is right outside. It's only two stops to Nagoya Station. It's lively yet quiet – we would definitely visit again if we come back to Nagoya.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Minn Station Ai Nagoya! The rooms were surprisingly spacious — much larger than many city hotels in Nagoya — which made it really comfortable, especially for longer stays or if you’re travelling with luggage. The hotel has a very modern design and feel, with clean, stylish interiors and up-to-date facilities throughout. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed — from a comfortable bed and good lighting to convenient storage and a well-appointed bathroom. Everything felt thoughtfully placed and easy to use. One of the best things about this property is the convenience factor: there’s a Family Mart right on the ground floor, which was super handy for quick snacks, drinks, or late-night essentials without having to walk around after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, Minn Station Ai Nagoya offers spacious, modern rooms with every amenity you need — plus the bonus of a convenience store right below. Great choice for both short trips and longer stays in Nagoya!

PPweshiThe Apartment Hotel 11 Nagoya was a very convenient stay. It was super clean and comfortable. It's a walk to the subway and a short walk to other spots. There's lots of stores and restaurants close to the hotel as well. We used the airport bus from Sakae station to Nagoya airport NGO and it was super convenient (cashless service). They also have a bus from the airport that stops at Nagoya Tokyu hotel, which will be even more convenient. Looking forward to the next stay in Nagoya.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit dated overall, its location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Nagoya Station, and the rooms are quite spacious. The service was very thoughtful; on our second stay, they had already opened the connecting door between our two rooms based on our preferences from our first visit and had placed our luggage, which we had stored at the hotel, into the room beforehand.

ССаргылана ТимофееваThe hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly. But our choice of hotel wasn't very logical. We arrived from Nagoya to visit the Toyota Museum for a day and were leaving for Tokyo the next day. Overall, it ended up being a hassle to get to the hotel after the Shinkansen, then back, and then to the museum, which involved transfers. I then chose a traditional-style room for a change, but sleeping on the floor was a bit hard. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Those are my mistakes, not the hotel's.

GGuest UserI'm a local and I stayed this hotel because I had a meeting with my close friend at a restaurant near here. I didn't want to go back home in the midnight by taxi. The location is good enough, close to Chikusa station. You can arrive at the entrance through the underground pass from the station. The facilities are good, but not new, not super excellent. To stay here one or two nights for a business might be fine, but I do not recommend you for tourism. Good enough as a business hotel.
