Inspired by 'My Altay' reaching Hemu, our journey to Hemu Village was picturesque, filled with stunning scenery and cheerful songs. I thought I might be experiencing 'aesthetic fatigue' from all the surprises along the way, but upon arriving at Hemu Village, I discovered another hidden gem. The hotel's location is convenient, and the shuttle service is excellent. From the moment we checked in, we felt right at home. The front desk lady was warm, generous, and meticulously explained all the local attractions and tips for exploring. My girlfriend and I both had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend everyone to visit and find their own 'Altay'.

The hotel boasts a superb location, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and bright, with plenty of room to move, and the 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the forest, showcasing luxury in every detail. A special thank you to the duty managers, Kenny and Huang Jingjing! Kenny was professional and efficient, showing us the rooms and ensuring a seamless check-in process, providing attentive follow-up throughout our stay. Huang Jingjing's service was warm and thorough; she patiently answered our questions, offered timely weather and road condition alerts, and was wonderfully gentle and thoughtful.
