GGuest UserThe room decor was incredibly thoughtful, warm, and beautiful—every angle was perfect for photos. There was plenty of hot water for showers, so two people never had to wait for each other. The owner gave us great advice on daily sightseeing, especially suggesting we watch the Milky Way and meteor showers at Hongbas Prairie at night, which was spectacular and romantic. The front desk staff thoughtfully prepared dried fruits, floral tea, and nuts for us, and even treated us to Hami melon and gave us lavender essential oil when we left. The breakfast was rich, and the living environment was quiet and comfortable. A perfect experience!

LLvxingmiaowu～The location is very good. It is the first stop after getting off at Xincun. There are flowers, ponies and rabbits in the yard. You can order dishes without spiciness (really not spicy), and the taste is also very good. The cabin has just been renovated and has a slight smell. It provides a water heater, a smart toilet, a projection device, and electric curtains. With the blessing of Xiaodu Xiaodu, the cabin instantly has a modern interior. The breakfast is too simple, but I am very satisfied with the meal in the evening and don't really need breakfast. Good review!

GGuest UserIf you go to Hemu, I strongly recommend this accommodation. The young B&B staff are considerate and thoughtful, which makes me feel that they are taking care of this B&B seriously. The free breakfast is not perfunctory and the coffee is delicious. Especially their rooms are all equipped with Parma products. If you have requirements for accommodation, Yijing is still a good choice. I don't write reviews very often, but this B&B managed by young people deserves my praise.

GGuest UserXiao Wang, the housekeeper at the B&B, was very responsible and enthusiastic, gave me a lot of travel suggestions, and was also very concerned about personal safety. He took the initiative to ask me when he didn't come back after 10 o'clock after hiking. Thank you, handsome guy Xiao Wang! The location of the B&B is convenient and clean. It is more convenient to stay in the old village. Moreover, his chef is also very good at cooking. I had dinner at his house all the time. The room is not big but very cozy. The towels and bath towels are all disposable, there is a smart toilet, and the floor is heated with constant temperature. There is also a fat dog who is very good. I left wonderful memories in Kanas, see you next time!

AAnonymous UserGetting to the accommodation is quite an experience and would have been confusing without a local, especially since these details are not available on Trip.com - entry tickets first need to be purchased to access the area. Thereafter, one needs to drive to a pick up point to board a public bus. The public bus will then send passengers to a drop off point where most hotels are located. This hotel had a vehicle to pick guests up from the drop off point but this would not have been known without prior communication with the local guide who was with us. The accommodation also gave us quite a scare when we were en route by telling us that another group had already occupied the rooms we booked - it later turned out that an error had been made on their end. Hotel is located within the self-contained tourist town which has a small provision shop and which is also where the pick up point for another mountain top tour is.
An upgraded room is what is reflected in this review. Otherwise, the actual room - much smaller without many of the amenities, would have been rather pricey. Bed was comfortable but water quality suspect at times. Room has heated flooring instead of air conditioning - it was rather cold (about 8 degrees) in the mornings.
Hotel provides a two-way private bus to see the sunrise on the mountain top, which was a real treat. There was some miscommunication between the bus driver and non-China tourists, which almost resulted in all of us not being picked up after the morning hike. Hotel also has complimentary jackets but this could have been made known.
Breakfast thereafter had a good spread. Booking also came with an afternoon tea, which the hotel staff gave discretion to be used at any time - for all drinks below 50 RMB. Also came with some nuts and mango cake.
A decent stay overall albeit with some hiccups.

GGuest UserThere's a butler named Abdilaziz, and he was truly excellent and incredibly attentive. His service was outstanding, and he's definitely who left the biggest impression on me! I messaged him late at night because I was hungry and couldn't get takeout, and he brought us food from his own dorm. We also needed nail clippers, and he specifically went to the supermarket to buy them for us! My impression of Xinjiang people is getting better and better – it's truly a heart-for-heart exchange! He's an absolutely amazing butler! I hope Brother Abao continues to do well! The hotel environment is also very new and I love it. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

AAnonymous UserOne of the best accommodations we stayed at this trip. This was a really new 民宿 & the exterior gardens were not planted yet. The room was immaculately decorated. Really love the design of the room. The bathtub was huge & wonderful to use. There was also a sauna room which we sadly didn't utilize fully as it took too long to heat up. Perhaps better instructions could have been posted on how to operate the sauna. We had to leave early the next day & we were given breakfast vouchers to use at an adjacent restaurant for a nice breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff. it was also conveniently located in the main area of the village but far away enough for peace & quiet. We had a great sleep that night.

GGuest UserThe room was huge, located in Xincun. There were bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, but they had a strong odor; they really should add some air fresheners. Breakfast offered about a dozen items. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Hemu Villa, and the driver was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle drops you off about 300 meters away. The front desk staff, however, were very cold and lacked any service awareness. They wouldn't respond to my WeChat messages about anything other than checking in. It was quite frustrating, to be honest. To get to the old village, you need to take the scenic area shuttle for three stops. The old village is much livelier and has more dining options.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! They upgraded our room to a log cabin, which was spacious and beautifully designed. During winter, however, it was a bit inconvenient since the cabin is separate from the main building, making it harder for our kids to go for breakfast. I requested a transfer to a room in the main building, and the staff arranged it promptly — very helpful.
We also had an early departure, and the hotel thoughtfully packed breakfast and snacks for our kids. The only minor issue was that the bidet in our room (1217) was broken, but overall, the service was superb. Breakfast buffet was decent as well. Highly recommend for their excellent service and accommodating staff!
I hope they can also have a small playroom inside

Any skier knows the struggle! M Hotel has perfected ski-in/ski-out convenience right at the west side of Jikpurin Ski Resort. Just clip on your skis, and it's a matter of minutes from the slopes to the hotel entrance. No more lugging heavy gear around, which means I can squeeze in a couple more runs each day – this experience is truly top-notch!
The breakfast buffet is a true energy station for skiers, with such a dazzling array of choices. Hot, freshly-made noodles, fragrant local baked buns, fresh fruit and yogurt, plus various Western options. After a morning of skiing, a hearty meal here instantly recharges you, fueling up for an afternoon of endless runs.
And the service? Absolutely impeccable. The staff are all enthusiastic and reliable. Upon check-in, they proactively helped us with our skis and stored our equipment, even thoughtfully reminding us about the day's open slopes and weather changes. When we rushed out for early morning skiing, the restaurant specifically reserved seats for us. And when we returned late at night, the front desk was always on duty, ready to assist with any request – truly warm and thoughtful service throughout.
I wholeheartedly recommend M Hotel to all friends coming to ski at Jikpurin. Staying here doubles your skiing enjoyment. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip!
