TTiAmo2873Booked this B&B last minute, and it was a fantastic find! It's a charming wooden cabin with a superb design – every photo op turned out amazing. Stepping inside, you're greeted by a stunning view of the white birch forest and thick powder snow in the distance. Pure bliss! For breakfast, they offered both Western and Chinese options, and I tried both – absolutely delicious! The service was also top-notch. Staying here for just one night felt like visiting a close friend's home. 🥳

Sune Yue, all restaurant staff and waitress Hannan, and the guy who carved the delicious lamb meat and drove us to the bus station sorry forgot his name ) will see you guys again. Ssnow_spreadThis B&B is one of the best in Kanas Old Village. The clerk contacted us in advance to tell us how to take the bus and pick us up at the station to provide us with travel tips. The courtyard is beautiful and very artistic. From the location of our room, we can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. , the room facilities are complete, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet towels are all provided with disposable cotton soft non-woven fabrics, clean and sanitary staff, the service is very warm and thoughtful, and the meals are delicious. Especially the large plate chicken is comparable to a star hotel.

Surroundings: The hotel's exterior looks like a small Switzerland, super beautiful, see pictures
Room facilities: Beautiful, clean and well designed. The electric heater is very warm and it is not cold at all at night.
Restaurant: The chef at dinner cooked delicious dishes, and we went back to the hotel for dinner every night. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm on the first day. The chef worked overtime and waited for us to arrive before cooking. It was so considerate.
Breakfast: The breakfast included in the room rate could be richer. The coffee and snacks we ordered were very good. Thank you to the chef for working overtime early in the morning on the first day to make delicious brown sugar rice cakes for us. Unfortunately, there were too many customers the next day and we couldn't order snacks, but we could still order coffee. The latte tasted very fragrant and the milk was very pure.
Service: Enthusiastic and thoughtful, proactive in helping with luggage delivery, very satisfied

GGuest UserFacilities: There's a washing machine, microwave, and a sterilizing cabinet. Cleanliness: Clean. The room comes with a small sofa and is decorated in a Kazakh style. The exterior of the room is wooden. It's not huge inside, but feels very cozy. There's also a sofa and a small table right outside the door. Environment: You can see snow-capped mountains in the distance, and there's a small garden by the door. The most convenient thing is the bus stop, which is only three meters from the room. When the bus arrives, you can just hop over the wooden fence and get right on! There's also a lazy little ginger cat that sunbathes at the bus stop every day. Service: The proprietress's service was out of this world! The owner personally picked us up from the transfer center and brought us to our room; it was truly refreshing. They had the warmth of the Chinese people, the Kazakh people, the Russian people, and the Mongolian people – I guess that's what you get when you're at the crossroads of four countries! Anyway, the owner smiled with every word they spoke. The best part was when the owner taught us how to say 'hello' in Kazakh!

11501143****I arrived a bit late and was worried I wouldn't be able to enter the scenic area. I called the front desk several times, and they all reassured me that everything would be fine, without any hint of impatience. The young ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes, and the room was exceptionally clean. I was really surprised to find such a clean hotel inside a scenic area, and it even has an elevator – a truly pleasant surprise! It's very suitable for families with children and elderly people. If I come to Hemu again in the future, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the location in the old village is perfect. It's right by the Hemu Bridge, just off the Qiaotou station. You can see the Hemu River from the window and hear the sound of the flowing water, which was incredibly convenient for catching the morning mist at Haden (the second picture was taken right outside the room). They also have a restaurant, and I highly recommend their fried rice noodles, stir-fried noodles with shredded pork, baked buns, and spicy roasted naan – all delicious! The prices were quite reasonable for a scenic area. Finally, a huge thank you to the hotel manager and the Hemu Scenic Area staff! After leaving the scenic area and heading onto the Ahe Highway, I realized my bag was missing, and my ID was inside. I urgently contacted the hotel manager, who helped me find it. Then, the scenic area staff connected me with someone who brought it to the visitor center, allowing me to catch my flight! I'm truly, truly grateful!

GGuest UserThe hotel is new and clean, with a separate wet and dry area. For Hemu, it's probably quite good value for money. The only downsides were the very weak water pressure for showering and the very simple breakfast. Hemu itself is a strange place; there's not much to do, yet it's so crowded and expensive – I don't quite understand why.

GGuest UserI stayed two nights, trying both a triple room and a family room. I found the family room to be larger and more comfortable, with a larger bathroom and washroom.
The family room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and noise-free, parking was convenient, and the hostess was welcoming and attentive. It was a truly wonderful experience.

It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, with a dedicated car pick-up and drop-off. We didn't even have to wait in line at the front desk; check-in was directly in our room. They patiently introduced us to local attractions and activities. The overall experience for dining, accommodation, and touring was fantastic.
