The underfloor heating was wonderfully warm. You could open the window or the door and immediately see the snow-capped mountains. The service was enthusiastic and proactive, the facilities were brand new, and everything was clean and hygienic. The bathroom amenities smelled lovely, and the courtyard was beautifully designed.

Nice place higher up than the main tourist zone so it's quiet and there's great views of the mountains. You can walk the shortcut down and take the bus back up which is super convenient. The lovely staff greeted us at the bus stop and had good tips and recommendations. The rooms were clean and spacious with great views from the upstairs bedroom. Breakfast was tasty and diverse too. And the resident dogs are friendly and might follow you into town. Would stay again.

This hotel really exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely stunning, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of choices, and the price is very reasonable. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff, particularly the lovely Miss Jiang Xue, even upgraded us to a room overlooking the popular scenic bridge – it was truly beautiful! She was so patient and thoughtful. The afternoon tea here is also quite good. The hotel is super close to the scenic bridge, just a 5-minute walk, and there's a musical fountain nearby too. It's also not far from Wucai Beach, perfect for catching the sunset a bit later. This hotel added such a wonderful surprise to our trip, we're so happy! Thank you so much! 🙏

The room was clean and tidy, and the view was fantastic – right opposite the winter ski slopes. They even gave us complimentary cable car tickets to go up to the mountain top, and the scenery was beautiful. The hotel service was excellent; the butler was very responsive, enthusiastic, and friendly. Breakfast was also great, a blend of Western and Chinese cuisine, and it was the most satisfying breakfast I've had during my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

My stay at Hemu Hilton was very comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Yiyi at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and friendly, processed my check-in efficiently, and even thoughtfully provided information about local attractions. The only minor drawback is that the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle service to and from the Hemu Tourist Center, which is a bit inconvenient for solo travelers. It would be perfect if they could add a shuttle service in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it. Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station. Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

After a previous bad experience in Hemu, I was a bit hesitant about switching rooms and checking in on the same day, but my stay completely changed my mind. The cleanliness, which was my biggest concern, was truly impressive. Every corner of the room was spotless, the bedding was pristine, and the bathroom had no water stains or odors. The hotel's overall environment is very well-maintained, clean everywhere you look. The tourist spots are conveniently located, so you don't waste a lot of time traveling. For the price, this experience truly exceeded my expectations. If I ever come back to Altay, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

I arrived a bit late and was worried I wouldn't be able to enter the scenic area. I called the front desk several times, and they all reassured me that everything would be fine, without any hint of impatience. The young ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes, and the room was exceptionally clean. I was really surprised to find such a clean hotel inside a scenic area, and it even has an elevator – a truly pleasant surprise! It's very suitable for families with children and elderly people. If I come to Hemu again in the future, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The room is quite nice, and the location is excellent, right opposite the Jiadengyu Tourist Service Center. It's very convenient to catch a bus to the Kanas scenic area in the morning. There are also dining options inside the tourist service center, and small shops selling food and other items downstairs from the hotel. However, the lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback for me, though I'm not sure if it bothers other guests. We stayed on the second floor, and it was noisy if we kept the windows open. If we closed them, it got stuffy. Even though we asked the front desk for a fan, it wasn't very effective, and it was still too hot to sleep comfortably. Before leaving in the morning, I noticed two puddles on the floor in front of the wardrobe and saw water stains above both light fixtures, indicating a leak. I was in a rush to catch the bus, so I didn't take any pictures. Also, the welcome fruit that was promised when I booked the room was never delivered. All the other hotels we stayed at brought it directly to our room.

The room size was decent. There's no air conditioning, but they provide a cooling fan. It was a bit warm in the early part of the night, but it cooled down later. I wanted to watch CCTV live on the TV, but the operation was too complicated, so I gave up. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can go to another hotel nearby for breakfast, which is open to the public. If you walk a few more minutes, there's also a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering noodles and stir-fries at reasonable prices. About 500 meters away are the Grand Bazaar and a dining center with many shops. You can take the free No. 2 express bus near the hotel, but be aware that the stops for going and coming back are different, so don't get confused.
