The hotel exceeded my expectations. The facilities were excellent, and the room was very clean with a great separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and strong water pressure. The bed was super comfortable. We even had a beautiful sunset view from our room when we checked in! It truly surpassed all my expectations. Breakfast was also fantastic, though it was in a separate building next door, just a short walk away. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

The room was clean and tidy, and the view was fantastic – right opposite the winter ski slopes. They even gave us complimentary cable car tickets to go up to the mountain top, and the scenery was beautiful. The hotel service was excellent; the butler was very responsive, enthusiastic, and friendly. Breakfast was also great, a blend of Western and Chinese cuisine, and it was the most satisfying breakfast I've had during my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This luxury glamping site truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The tent rooms are nestled among flowers and trees, making for fantastic photo opportunities. The dedicated parking with charging stations is super convenient. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, and the breakfast spread is varied and delicious. Plus, you can even feed little lambs! The staff were patient and attentive throughout our stay. It's perfect whether you're traveling with kids or just looking to relax. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Burqin!

This was my first time staying in an RV, and it was better than expected. It's spacious and makes great use of the available space, plus it was very clean. The water heater has a large capacity, so two people can shower one after another. I felt it offered excellent value for money in Jiadengyu. The hotel front desk staff were also very helpful. I asked the front desk attendant where I could buy the delicious apricot peel tea from the RV, and without a word, he just gave me five bottles! 😁 The RV's location is also great – it's quiet, and cows often pass by. If there are no clouds at night, you can really see a lot of stars.

The front desk staff, Willa and Yiyi, provided excellent service; they were very gentle and patient. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. Sunny noticed we hadn't eaten and immediately contacted the restaurant to arrange something for us. She also helped plan my itinerary for local attractions, saving me the hassle of researching. The hotel is located inside a construction site, so the road conditions aren't great, and getting to the visitor center isn't very convenient. Also, the 'view room' doesn't really offer much of a view right now. However, I still really appreciate their service. I'll definitely be back to Altay in the winter.

I didn't have high expectations for my trip to Kanas, but my stay truly lived up to the online reviews. There's free parking, and someone helped carry our heavy luggage. We even received complimentary homemade pastries upon arrival, which were delicious! The hygiene was excellent, and the room was spacious. We brought our child along, and the experience was fantastic. The charming staff even sent us a Kanas travel guide in advance. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a free bus to the Jiadengyu Tourist Center less than 200 meters away, making getting around a breeze. The hotel breakfast was also very much to our liking, with freshly ground soy milk and other non-pre-made dishes. There's even a coffee shop downstairs. I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay.

It is cost-effective. It is in the same courtyard as Lavande Hotel. It has a parking lot and is convenient for self-driving. It is very convenient to eat downstairs. It is also close to the old pier. It is clean and hygienic and has a good view.

This hotel, Hemu Jikebulin, added so much beauty to our trip. Waking up to a view of rolling green mountains and swirling clouds right outside the window was absolutely stunning. The room layout was well-designed, with plenty of storage space, which was perfect for storing luggage during a long journey. The hotel facilities are excellent; the lounge areas are comfortable, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. It truly has a fantastic vacation vibe – easily a five-star standard!

I arrived a bit late and was worried I wouldn't be able to enter the scenic area. I called the front desk several times, and they all reassured me that everything would be fine, without any hint of impatience. The young ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes, and the room was exceptionally clean. I was really surprised to find such a clean hotel inside a scenic area, and it even has an elevator – a truly pleasant surprise! It's very suitable for families with children and elderly people. If I come to Hemu again in the future, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The room is quite nice, and the location is excellent, right opposite the Jiadengyu Tourist Service Center. It's very convenient to catch a bus to the Kanas scenic area in the morning. There are also dining options inside the tourist service center, and small shops selling food and other items downstairs from the hotel. However, the lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback for me, though I'm not sure if it bothers other guests. We stayed on the second floor, and it was noisy if we kept the windows open. If we closed them, it got stuffy. Even though we asked the front desk for a fan, it wasn't very effective, and it was still too hot to sleep comfortably. Before leaving in the morning, I noticed two puddles on the floor in front of the wardrobe and saw water stains above both light fixtures, indicating a leak. I was in a rush to catch the bus, so I didn't take any pictures. Also, the welcome fruit that was promised when I booked the room was never delivered. All the other hotels we stayed at brought it directly to our room.
