Burqin Hotels with Gym

Due to the seasonal change, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, and as someone from the south, I was so hot I couldn't sleep at all! The higher I set the fan speed, the hotter it got... I called the front desk in the middle of the night, and they immediately sent up a fan and explained the reason for the AC issue! They also sent staff to check the room, and offered solutions and actual compensation! Although I ended up being sleepless the entire night, the room's environment and the hotel's breakfast were both good! The only reason I want to give a good review is because of the staff! The service staff at this hotel deserve a six-star rating! They were even more thoughtful than staff at some higher-rated hotels I've stayed at. Plus, the hotel is right next to the ski resort, and the view from the room is beautiful. If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose to bring my kids here again.

The front desk staff, Willa and Yiyi, provided excellent service; they were very gentle and patient. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. Sunny noticed we hadn't eaten and immediately contacted the restaurant to arrange something for us. She also helped plan my itinerary for local attractions, saving me the hassle of researching. The hotel is located inside a construction site, so the road conditions aren't great, and getting to the visitor center isn't very convenient. Also, the 'view room' doesn't really offer much of a view right now. However, I still really appreciate their service. I'll definitely be back to Altay in the winter.

The hotel's location is very convenient, and we received a free room upgrade. There's a food court a few hundred meters behind the hotel, and a bus stop right at the intersection. As we were about to drive out, the concierge kindly reminded us that we could leave our car at the hotel, as the visitor center had no parking available for the next two days. When we arrived at the visitor center and saw '0 parking spaces' everywhere, we were so glad we listened to the advice. The concierge also knew we missed breakfast and packed some pastries for us to take away. Thumbs up for the hotel's warm service!

I highly recommend this hotel – for its service, cleanliness, facilities, and convenient transportation. We were on a road trip with our child and just happened to discover there was a meteor shower over the next two days, so we booked a 'stargazing RV'. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive, worried that the RV might not be up to par. However, once we settled in, we found that despite its compact size, it was fully equipped and even had two air conditioners that could both cool and heat. **Facilities:** The hot water came on quickly, and there was a swinging chair where you could sit, enjoy the breeze, and take in the view. The ceiling above the large bed could open and close, featuring a glass dome that completely kept out mosquitoes and other insects. In the common area, there were 9 washing machines and 9 dryers. The washing machines finished in 30 minutes, while the dryers took two hours. We managed to get all our clothes sparkling clean and perfectly dry there. **Cleanliness:** The RV was very clean and well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors. **Environment:** This hotel is quite large, with one section for traditional hotel rooms and another for RVs. Next time, I think I'd try staying in the hotel rooms; one RV experience was enough. Our child absolutely loved it. **Service:** The service was absolutely outstanding. We had purchased two-day tickets, and parking at the attraction was very difficult. So, we pre-arranged for them to pick us up and drop us off, which they did very promptly and enthusiastically. Thanks to them, we were able to complete our early morning hike on the second day. The restaurant next door, called 'White Birch Kitchen' (Bai Hua Xiao Chu), was also delicious. It seemed to be their partner restaurant, and I found the food quite good, especially the scrambled eggs with tomatoes – our child ate three bowls of rice! The prices were also very reasonable, and the ambiance was great. After our dinner for three, they even gave us three breakfast vouchers. Breakfast was from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, which worked out perfectly for our early departure to the scenic area the next morning. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. After hearing our description, our family decided they'd definitely stay here on their next visit. **Facilities (A Small Suggestion):** Since we booked a 'stargazing RV' specifically to watch the stars, we noticed that a very large light, possibly for safety reasons, illuminated the entire RV area. This did slightly interfere with stargazing.

It is cost-effective. It is in the same courtyard as Lavande Hotel. It has a parking lot and is convenient for self-driving. It is very convenient to eat downstairs. It is also close to the old pier. It is clean and hygienic and has a good view.

We drove to Altay for this trip, and after doing a lot of research, we decided on this hotel. After staying there, I feel like we made the right choice. We arrived at the hotel in the evening after a full day of driving. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive and quickly helped us check in. The room was even better than the pictures; it was meticulously cleaned, with not a single stain on the floor or in the bathroom, and the bedding felt dry and comfortable. The biggest surprise was the environment. The temperature in the mountains was perfect for summer, and when we opened the window, all we saw were lush mountains and forests. It was so quiet at night, with no bothersome noise, so after a long day of travel, we slept incredibly soundly.

I arrived a bit late and was worried I wouldn't be able to enter the scenic area. I called the front desk several times, and they all reassured me that everything would be fine, without any hint of impatience. The young ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes, and the room was exceptionally clean. I was really surprised to find such a clean hotel inside a scenic area, and it even has an elevator – a truly pleasant surprise! It's very suitable for families with children and elderly people. If I come to Hemu again in the future, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is new and there are no major problems with hygiene. The hardware is new but not a big brand. But the service is equal to 0! ! ! There was no one to greet us or carry our luggage. There was not even a shower cap when we asked for it. They couldn't deliver anything. The worst thing was that such an expensive hotel only had two bottles of water in each room! ! ! If you want more water, you have to pay! ! ! This is really outrageous!

Traveling to Xinjiang by car, my biggest fear is always finding parking, but this Lu Feng Hotel completely takes that worry away! The parking lot is huge and easy to park in, and you can drive right up to the hotel entrance, making it super convenient for unloading luggage. Besides the stress-free parking, breakfast was also a big surprise. There was a good variety and the food tasted great, totally exceeding my expectations for a typical hotel breakfast. I was very satisfied!

The room is quite nice, and the location is excellent, right opposite the Jiadengyu Tourist Service Center. It's very convenient to catch a bus to the Kanas scenic area in the morning. There are also dining options inside the tourist service center, and small shops selling food and other items downstairs from the hotel. However, the lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback for me, though I'm not sure if it bothers other guests. We stayed on the second floor, and it was noisy if we kept the windows open. If we closed them, it got stuffy. Even though we asked the front desk for a fan, it wasn't very effective, and it was still too hot to sleep comfortably. Before leaving in the morning, I noticed two puddles on the floor in front of the wardrobe and saw water stains above both light fixtures, indicating a leak. I was in a rush to catch the bus, so I didn't take any pictures. Also, the welcome fruit that was promised when I booked the room was never delivered. All the other hotels we stayed at brought it directly to our room.
