GGuest UserThe guesthouse boasts an old-fashioned, understated, and cozy atmosphere. The common areas are perfect for relaxing with tea and conversation, far superior to those cheaply made trendy spots. It's conveniently located near the Hemu River and the Yuanjiang Bridge, ideal for families and photoshoots. On our second day, which happened to be Laba Festival, they thoughtfully provided Laba porridge for breakfast. The most delightful surprise was the overall experience. The owner was incredibly talkative, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the two cats, Xiaobai and Huaban, were exceptionally well-behaved – the best guests in the common areas. We even bumped into their dog, Dahuang, at the Hemu Bridge. Despite never having met him before, he recognized us by scent alone and led us back to the guesthouse. I'd never encountered such an intelligent dog before. They say pets resemble their owners, and the owner is clearly a gentle and warm-hearted person.

GGuest UserIn the remote Hemu, it was unexpected to enjoy a warmer, more romantic and more considerate service than a five-star hotel. The waiters were all handsome men and beautiful women, kind, gentle and considerate; the daily afternoon tea, coffee and tea, exquisite and delicious snacks, and fresh fruits... Especially for ladies, there are unexpected gains. High-quality facial masks, essential oils, and moisturizing sprays are delivered every day, which are must-haves for beauty-loving ladies in Xinjiang. Thank you hotel for providing us with such perfect service!

YYap Jia YuanThe rooms were clean and equipped with high-tech facilities. This accommodation is located in the transfer center area, and there's a buggy service for check-in and check-out. However, it might not be suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. For instance, after returning from the old town to the transfer center, there was no buggy service back to the hotel. During this trip, my aunt's knee was hurting so much she needed a crutch and found it difficult to walk up the slope to the accommodation. We called to ask if they could pick her up but were refused, which, while understandable, was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was just so-so. Overall, the environment of the accommodation is quite good, and they even have cute cats and dogs. The room's balcony was also very comfortable.

Any skier knows the struggle! M Hotel has perfected ski-in/ski-out convenience right at the west side of Jikpurin Ski Resort. Just clip on your skis, and it's a matter of minutes from the slopes to the hotel entrance. No more lugging heavy gear around, which means I can squeeze in a couple more runs each day – this experience is truly top-notch!
The breakfast buffet is a true energy station for skiers, with such a dazzling array of choices. Hot, freshly-made noodles, fragrant local baked buns, fresh fruit and yogurt, plus various Western options. After a morning of skiing, a hearty meal here instantly recharges you, fueling up for an afternoon of endless runs.
And the service? Absolutely impeccable. The staff are all enthusiastic and reliable. Upon check-in, they proactively helped us with our skis and stored our equipment, even thoughtfully reminding us about the day's open slopes and weather changes. When we rushed out for early morning skiing, the restaurant specifically reserved seats for us. And when we returned late at night, the front desk was always on duty, ready to assist with any request – truly warm and thoughtful service throughout.
I wholeheartedly recommend M Hotel to all friends coming to ski at Jikpurin. Staying here doubles your skiing enjoyment. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip!

GGuest UserThe guesthouse was fantastic, and the location was excellent. I must commend their exceptional service; they contacted us in advance to provide directions and even picked us up from the station. Knowing there were three of us, they upgraded us to a family room.
The complimentary watermelon and cantaloupe were incredibly delicious, and their restaurant recommendations were superb. I highly recommend them to my friends. Hemu is a must-visit destination; it made our long journey and all-day trip absolutely worthwhile.

__M1363631****The environment is wonderful, the facilities are complete, and the cleanliness is excellent. The decor is tasteful, preserving the feel of a log cabin while also adding a touch of luxury. It's warm and comfortable, with no odors at all. It was a wonderful experience, a very comfortable stay, and it greatly enhanced my travel experience. The B&B has its own restaurant, which is delicious and very popular. We arrived after 9 PM, and there were still many people dining, so we didn't have to find another place late at night, which was very convenient. I stayed in Hemu, Kanas, and Baihaba Scenic Areas for a total of four nights, experiencing various B&Bs, and this one was the best. I highly recommend it.
The hostess was also very helpful. She proactively contacted me early to remind me about check-in information and scenic area precautions. When I arrived before 9 PM, she even contacted me to check in. She even drove to the transfer center to pick me up, fearing we might get lost. She even offered to make coffee for us at breakfast.

YYunwuFlyerI booked a standard room with a terrace, and it was clean and tidy. The towels looked brand new. After checking in, a staff member proactively helped us with our luggage and guided us to our building. The hotel offers complimentary apricot skin water which was delicious, and the freshly ground coffee was rich and fragrant. The parting gifts they provided were also excellent. The hotel's location is great, not far from the visitor center.

TTwinkledThe best part of the stay was the service of the staff. They helped us with our luggage, fixed the washing machine once we reported it wasn’t working, helped us boil hot water to throw in the air. That was the saving grace of the hotel.
The bad part of the stay was the room view wasn’t great, you look out of the window and you see other wooden cabins, so not much of the mountain and the room is quite small. The breakfast option was terrible as you have to walk to a nearby restaurant for food and they only give you one option of tomato egg noodles and that was it. They said because it is winter so there is no option. For the amount you pay for the hotel, the room and poor option for breakfast is really not value for money.
Not sure why the reviews are great for this hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is new and there are no major problems with hygiene. The hardware is new but not a big brand. But the service is equal to 0! ! ! There was no one to greet us or carry our luggage. There was not even a shower cap when we asked for it. They couldn't deliver anything. The worst thing was that such an expensive hotel only had two bottles of water in each room! ! ! If you want more water, you have to pay! ! ! This is really outrageous!

GGuest UserMandarin Cloud Lodge (Manyunjian) absolutely deserves five stars! Check-in was quick and efficient, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Our butler proactively answered all our questions and recommended local delicacies. The environment and hygiene were impeccable; our room was spotless and odor-free, and the bedding was changed for every guest. The underfloor heating was strong, and the hot water supply was stable. It's truly rare to find such a clean and comfortable cabin in Kanas. Our experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!
