Guest UserThe hygiene was generally poor, especially the bathroom which wasn't cleaned properly. The toilet seat was too narrow and cheap, definitely 2-star standard, and not worth the price. There were too many tiny bugs in the room, even on the bed. I found a total of 5 of them, locally known as ”xiaoyao” (small biting gnats), which bite and cause itchy welts that take 4-5 days to disappear. The front desk told me when I checked in that these bugs don't bite, but I got 3 bites after checking in – very misleading. I later learned that these bugs are somewhat related to the local climate, but there shouldn't be so many in a hotel room, right?

Anonymous UserThe cabin is lovely and well-equipped, with spacious, clean, and tidy rooms. Its location is very close to the scenic area station, about a 5-minute walk to catch the shuttle bus, allowing you to enjoy the area until past 11 PM. Luggage pick-up and drop-off service is provided, which is very thoughtful. We had dinner and breakfast here, and the food was delicious. You can also take a one-stop bus ride to the food street for more options. Staying in the cabin is peaceful and quiet at night, yet you can experience the lively village atmosphere during the day, which truly lifts your spirits!

Guest UserStaying at Hemu Yijing was an amazing experience! The guesthouse is in a superb location, right by Qiaotou Station, making it super convenient for dining and shopping, yet it's still quiet and peaceful. The room facilities are complete and exactly as pictured on the platform – it even had a Dyson hairdryer, a projector, and a Bluetooth speaker. The toiletries were plentiful, and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Highly recommended!

China Traveller
Located n the Hemu scenic area, so you must have a ticket to enter the area to stay here. Access is via a couple of mandatory buses (you cannot drive directly here) so best not to bring heavy luggage. The suite is basically a self-contained 2 storey wooden hut. Adequate but a little cramped despite the 55sqm claim. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful, the room is well heated, and the breakfast is ok. WiFi very bad though. (Note that all the hotel rooms in Hemu village are wooden huts.) Close to the local free bus stop, so easy to get around. But note that it’s a 20+ minute walk home from the night market area because the buses stop running at around 9pm. To be honest, it’s expensive for what you get but I guess Ok for a one-night experience.

Guest User
This was my first time staying in an RV, and it was better than expected. It's spacious and makes great use of the available space, plus it was very clean. The water heater has a large capacity, so two people can shower one after another. I felt it offered excellent value for money in Jiadengyu. The hotel front desk staff were also very helpful. I asked the front desk attendant where I could buy the delicious apricot peel tea from the RV, and without a word, he just gave me five bottles! 😁 The RV's location is also great – it's quiet, and cows often pass by. If there are no clouds at night, you can really see a lot of stars.

Diaozhuoshiguang-huanlexingBy chance, I booked a stay at You Shan Ya Ju, and my experience far exceeded expectations. It's located in the core area of Jiadengyu, making it very convenient to catch shuttle buses to Kanas and Hemu, saving you the fatigue of back-and-forth travel. The room was clean and spacious with complete amenities, and it was quiet at night, perfect for resting after a day of exploring. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an excellent base for a trip to Kanas. Highly recommended for those traveling by car.

Anonymous UserThe room is quite nice, and the location is excellent, right opposite the Jiadengyu Tourist Service Center. It's very convenient to catch a bus to the Kanas scenic area in the morning. There are also dining options inside the tourist service center, and small shops selling food and other items downstairs from the hotel.
However, the lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback for me, though I'm not sure if it bothers other guests. We stayed on the second floor, and it was noisy if we kept the windows open. If we closed them, it got stuffy. Even though we asked the front desk for a fan, it wasn't very effective, and it was still too hot to sleep comfortably. Before leaving in the morning, I noticed two puddles on the floor in front of the wardrobe and saw water stains above both light fixtures, indicating a leak. I was in a rush to catch the bus, so I didn't take any pictures.
Also, the welcome fruit that was promised when I booked the room was never delivered. All the other hotels we stayed at brought it directly to our room.

BiyaluojiayanghuGiven how spread out the attractions are in Kanas Scenic Area, you need to take different shuttle buses from the transfer center to get around. So, a hotel right next to the transfer center is an excellent location, especially for travelers with luggage, and it saves a lot of transfer time. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive; they called me in advance and added me on WeChat to provide detailed check-in information, and then even escorted me to my room after check-in. The wooden cabin rooms have a natural, rustic feel, yet are fully equipped, clean, and hygienic. The breakfast was quite varied for a hotel within the scenic area. I hope to come back next time to enjoy the most beautiful autumn scenery here.

emilydingThis hotel is a hidden gem! It's perfectly located – the back entrance is just a two-minute walk to Hemu Bridge, and the front is on a quiet, peaceful street, so it's very tranquil at night. The breakfast is simple but features fresh, homegrown vegetables and corn. The room was decent, though a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning would be a plus. The courtyard was nice but lacked a bit of finesse, and some of the lounge chairs were a bit worn. Overall, I'd still recommend it; it's quite good value for money in Hemu.
