The underfloor heating throughout the room was such a thoughtful touch; the mountain weather can be chilly, but stepping inside, it was instantly warm and cozy. There was a 24-hour hot water supply, complete bathroom facilities, and high-quality toiletries. What truly deserves praise is the cleanliness; the entire place was spotless, not a speck of dust even in the corners. The sheets, duvet covers, and towels were all clean and tidy, making our stay incredibly reassuring. The housekeepers and staff were all exceptionally warm and genuine, and the service was truly meticulous. They thoughtfully sent route guides and scenic area tips in advance, and upon arrival, they helped with pick-up, drop-off, and luggage. They patiently answered all our questions about sightseeing, recommended dining spots, and helped with car rental needs. They even shared many lesser-known local spots to visit, helping us avoid crowds and tourist traps. They were sincere and easygoing, not overly enthusiastic or intrusive, yet always there to help when needed, making us feel as comfortable and warm as if we were staying with relatives."
