"The hotel was fully booked on the day of my check-in, so the owner kindly upgraded me to a large river-view room with a round bed. The room was spacious and very clean, and they even provided a toilet seat cover. It doesn't get dark here until 11 PM in June, so I also took the opportunity to use their gym in the evening 🏋️. Breakfast was quite varied; I especially enjoyed the soy milk and shredded potatoes."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel environment was excellent and beautiful. The front desk service was also good. A special thanks to the hotel manager. Initially, we were given a room in building four, but I had a fractured ankle and was in a wheelchair. When the staff member pushed me there, we were discussing if they could lift me over the steps, but I couldn't manage it on my own. Coincidentally, the hotel manager, who was passing by, saw us and immediately said it wouldn't work. He promptly went to the front desk and assigned us a new room, then guided us through the back entrance to the room, making it much easier for us to get in and out. For our convenience at breakfast, the hotel manager also suggested we use the staff entrance to the dining area. Although breakfast was on the second floor today with no elevator, making it hard to get upstairs, yesterday's breakfast was on the first floor and was also made convenient for us, for which we are very grateful to the hotel manager. I also want to thank the guest who helped me carry my wheelchair upstairs for breakfast today. Overall, this is a hotel with beautiful scenery, and I'd like to commend everyone, from the lovely front desk staff to the handsome bellhop who helped with luggage, and especially the incredibly helpful and handsome hotel manager who truly made our stay exceptional."

"Clean hotel and good location! The check in process is so easy for foreigner. Easy to communicate with the person in charge at the hotel. Walking distance to go to Kanas Bridge Tower and food area, only 2 traffic lights away from the hostel. They helps me to call for a carpool taxi to go to Kanas National Geopark with the good price, same as local price even you are foreigner! Thats the most i love about travelling around Xinjiang! 10/10 will come again for sure!"

"Overall, it's pretty decent, but I have to be honest about a few things.
0. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is located right above a food street, and the parking lot is there too. The hotel entrance faces the underground scenic area entrance directly, and you can get to the Jiadengyu Tourist Center by simply walking through it.
1. Breakfast is provided by a partner vendor, not the hotel itself, so there's no such thing as a complimentary breakfast. There's plenty of food downstairs, and the hotel entrance is right in front of the scenic area entrance, with lots of eateries just below. Regarding breakfast, the hotel owner isn't an amateur; it's simply that breakfast is becoming less profitable.
2. The shower room wasn't very clean; there was a bad smell and drainage issues.
3. The water wasn't purified and was noticeably yellow, which made me question it when flushing the toilet, haha.
4. The location is fantastic, but management might be too focused on maximizing profits."

"Our stay this time was fantastic! We originally booked a standard room, but the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a family room for free, which was a wonderful surprise.
The room itself was cozy yet stylish. The facilities, in particular, were complete and new. The children's bed even had an adjustable safety rail, so we didn't have to worry about our child falling out of bed at night. The TV was huge and easy on the eyes, and I absolutely loved the horse-shaped bookshelf, which thoughtfully came with children's books. The bathroom was spotless and tidy, and all the toiletries and bath products were excellent, with dedicated children's products as well. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.
The lobby on the first floor blended various elements seamlessly, creating a truly artistic atmosphere. This place offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit. Highly recommend!"

"Very satisfied with the cleanliness, the room was spacious, and the temperature was just right—unlike other hotels where it's so hot you have to open the windows. The disposable toiletries were of very high quality. It was a great deal for the price. They even deliver takeout to the door.
The only downside was that the lobby wasn't lit up when I entered during the off-season, which made it a little desolate, haha."

"It is rare to find a parent-child hotel so convenient for parking! The parking lot is large and the self-driving is completely worry-free. The room was quiet, the mattress was comfortable, and the deep sleep was full of vitality. The vegetation outside the window is dense and green. Children have to look at the ”white birch forest” outside the window every day. The old pier style street of China and Russia is within walking distance, and it is convenient to take a taxi to go to the snack street. It is worth two brushes to have such a close accommodation experience in Burqin County!"

"Staying at the New Journey Songguo Hotel this time, the cleanliness really exceeded my expectations! From the floors and bedding to the bathroom, everything in the room was immaculately cleaned, spotless, with not a single detail overlooked, even in the corners. Public areas like the corridors, elevators, and lobby were also very clean, with no trash visible, which made me feel very reassured. The bedding was changed for every guest, and it felt clean and soft to the touch. The bathroom facilities were free of limescale and odors, making me feel especially comfortable when washing up. For someone with a bit of a潔癖 (germaphobe tendencies) like me, this level of hygiene is a huge plus. When traveling, staying in a clean place is so important, and this hotel completely met my needs. It was truly a comfortable and worry-free stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who prioritizes cleanliness!"

"We stayed at the Jikeplinn Resort to escape the summer heat, and overall, our experience was great. Anna at the front desk provided excellent service. The area is currently undergoing an overall upgrade and construction, with several construction sites nearby. This is understandable as it's a transitional period aimed at creating a better tourism environment in the future. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent; once the windows are closed, there's virtually no noise disturbance, and our rest was completely undisturbed.
The hotel's location is superb, very close to the Yunxiao Peak sightseeing cable car, making travel and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Right outside, you can admire the forest and meadow landscapes of the Altai Mountains, and opening the window reveals continuous snow-capped peaks. The summer climate is cool and comfortable, making it an ideal summer retreat in northern Xinjiang. Our room was clean and tidy, with new and complete facilities, soft bedding, stable 24-hour hot water, and excellent ventilation and lighting. Anna, a staff member, provided attentive and thoughtful service, making check-in efficient and responding promptly to our requests. The breakfast was well-balanced and had a pleasant, home-style taste.
Despite the ongoing construction outside, the hotel's interior is meticulously maintained, and the overall comfort level is very high. Once the construction in the area is complete, the environment will be even better. Whether you're transiting for a Hemu or Kanas loop tour, or heading up the mountains for sightseeing and to escape the heat, this is a worthwhile place to stay. We will definitely choose to stay at Jikeplinn again on our next visit."

GGuest UserThe hotel exceeded my expectations. The facilities were excellent, and the room was very clean with a great separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and strong water pressure. The bed was super comfortable. We even had a beautiful sunset view from our room when we checked in! It truly surpassed all my expectations. Breakfast was also fantastic, though it was in a separate building next door, just a short walk away. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

The waiters were all handsome men and beautiful women, kind, gentle and considerate; the daily afternoon tea, coffee and tea, exquisite and delicious snacks, and fresh fruits... Especially for ladies, there are unexpected gains. High-quality facial masks, essential oils, and moisturizing sprays are delivered every day, which are must-haves for beauty-loving ladies in Xinjiang. YYap Jia YuanThe rooms were clean and equipped with high-tech facilities. This accommodation is located in the transfer center area, and there's a buggy service for check-in and check-out. However, it might not be suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. For instance, after returning from the old town to the transfer center, there was no buggy service back to the hotel. During this trip, my aunt's knee was hurting so much she needed a crutch and found it difficult to walk up the slope to the accommodation. We called to ask if they could pick her up but were refused, which, while understandable, was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was just so-so. Overall, the environment of the accommodation is quite good, and they even have cute cats and dogs. The room's balcony was also very comfortable.

Any skier knows the struggle! M Hotel has perfected ski-in/ski-out convenience right at the west side of Jikpurin Ski Resort. Just clip on your skis, and it's a matter of minutes from the slopes to the hotel entrance. No more lugging heavy gear around, which means I can squeeze in a couple more runs each day – this experience is truly top-notch!
The breakfast buffet is a true energy station for skiers, with such a dazzling array of choices. Hot, freshly-made noodles, fragrant local baked buns, fresh fruit and yogurt, plus various Western options. After a morning of skiing, a hearty meal here instantly recharges you, fueling up for an afternoon of endless runs.
And the service? Absolutely impeccable. The staff are all enthusiastic and reliable. Upon check-in, they proactively helped us with our skis and stored our equipment, even thoughtfully reminding us about the day's open slopes and weather changes. When we rushed out for early morning skiing, the restaurant specifically reserved seats for us. And when we returned late at night, the front desk was always on duty, ready to assist with any request – truly warm and thoughtful service throughout.
I wholeheartedly recommend M Hotel to all friends coming to ski at Jikpurin. Staying here doubles your skiing enjoyment. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip!

GGuest UserThe room was huge, located in Xincun. There were bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, but they had a strong odor; they really should add some air fresheners. Breakfast offered about a dozen items. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Hemu Villa, and the driver was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle drops you off about 300 meters away. The front desk staff, however, were very cold and lacked any service awareness. They wouldn't respond to my WeChat messages about anything other than checking in. It was quite frustrating, to be honest. To get to the old village, you need to take the scenic area shuttle for three stops. The old village is much livelier and has more dining options.

The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. GGuest UserFacilities: There's a washing machine, microwave, and a sterilizing cabinet. Cleanliness: Clean. The room comes with a small sofa and is decorated in a Kazakh style. The exterior of the room is wooden. It's not huge inside, but feels very cozy. There's also a sofa and a small table right outside the door. Environment: You can see snow-capped mountains in the distance, and there's a small garden by the door. The most convenient thing is the bus stop, which is only three meters from the room. When the bus arrives, you can just hop over the wooden fence and get right on! There's also a lazy little ginger cat that sunbathes at the bus stop every day. Service: The proprietress's service was out of this world! The owner personally picked us up from the transfer center and brought us to our room; it was truly refreshing. They had the warmth of the Chinese people, the Kazakh people, the Russian people, and the Mongolian people – I guess that's what you get when you're at the crossroads of four countries! Anyway, the owner smiled with every word they spoke. The best part was when the owner taught us how to say 'hello' in Kazakh!

The family room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and noise-free, parking was convenient, and the hostess was welcoming and attentive. It was a truly wonderful experience.

While the bathroom and vanity area were adequately lit, the main room relied on only a few small lamps, making it feel quite dim, especially in the evening. Better lighting would significantly enhance the guest experience.
The hotel's location is very convenient, situated close to the bus station, also known as the second entrance to Kanas. One of the highlights was the beautiful view right in front of the hotel, featuring open grasslands, colorful wildflowers, and stunning mountain scenery.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.
