"My first stop in Xinjiang was Burqin, and I chose Sanxun. It was very clean, and the room was huge with a lake view right outside the window. They even thoughtfully provided two types of pillows, soft and firm, and there were two sinks in the bathroom. The breakfast was decent, and the front desk offered complimentary drinks. I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it."

"I visited at the tail end of the snow season, and while the snow wasn't as deep as mid-winter, the upside was how few people there were. It made for an absolutely fantastic experience! The entire village felt so quiet, like I had the whole fairytale world to myself. Taking photos was a breeze, no need to worry about people getting in the way.
A horseback ride through Hemu Village is an absolute must-do. The horse team led us through the snowy plains, surrounded by a pristine white landscape with snow-capped mountains and pine forests in the distance – it was incredibly picturesque. I even brought my drone, and the aerial shots of Hemu Village from a bird's-eye view were breathtaking. Rows of little wooden cabins dusted with lingering snow, and morning mist with wisps of cooking smoke... this trip was so worth it!
I have to give a special shout-out to ARIE at the hotel; her service was incredibly thoughtful! From check-in to answering all my questions about activities, she was friendly and patient throughout. I asked about horseback riding and drone photography, and her advice was super practical. She even proactively helped coordinate times, which was really heartwarming. Running into such a dedicated service person while traveling definitely made my mood even better!
All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Both the facilities and service were top-notch. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Hemu – you can book with confidence!"

"There's a butler named Abdilaziz, and he was truly excellent and incredibly attentive. His service was outstanding, and he's definitely who left the biggest impression on me! I messaged him late at night because I was hungry and couldn't get takeout, and he brought us food from his own dorm. We also needed nail clippers, and he specifically went to the supermarket to buy them for us! My impression of Xinjiang people is getting better and better – it's truly a heart-for-heart exchange! He's an absolutely amazing butler! I hope Brother Abao continues to do well! The hotel environment is also very new and I love it. I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"Our stay this time was fantastic! We originally booked a standard room, but the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a family room for free, which was a wonderful surprise.
The room itself was cozy yet stylish. The facilities, in particular, were complete and new. The children's bed even had an adjustable safety rail, so we didn't have to worry about our child falling out of bed at night. The TV was huge and easy on the eyes, and I absolutely loved the horse-shaped bookshelf, which thoughtfully came with children's books. The bathroom was spotless and tidy, and all the toiletries and bath products were excellent, with dedicated children's products as well. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.
The lobby on the first floor blended various elements seamlessly, creating a truly artistic atmosphere. This place offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit. Highly recommend!"

"Staying at Zuowang in Hemu, Xinjiang, felt like stepping into a private sanctuary.
The window framed a picturesque village, like something out of a painting, with morning mist swirling around pointed wooden houses and aspen trees shimmering in the breeze. At night, I'd open the door and gaze at the Milky Way stretching across the sky.
But even more memorable than the scenery was the warmth provided by the staff.
Before I even arrived, a butler contacted me to confirm my arrival time and itinerary. The moment my car pulled up, someone was there to greet me, take my luggage, and escort me to my room. After check-in, warm tea and pastries were already waiting on the table. Every day after that felt like being cared for by family – incredibly thoughtful. After hiking, there was a cozy afternoon tea; before bed, a sweet night soup, and even the underfloor heating was subtly adjusted to the perfect temperature.
The beauty of Zuowang isn't just in the scenery itself, but in how it allows you to live within that scenery, and to meet people who are even warmer than the views.
I won't even try to describe the scenery; I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves. My photography isn't great, so you should check out other photos – they're much more beautiful. The beauty captured by a camera is less than one-ten-thousandth of what you'll experience in person!"

"The room is nice, the yard is clean, there is a garden, an area for drying clothes, a restaurant, and there is a front desk guy who is almost my grandfather's age, and he is very smooth when checking in. Seeing that he is older, he is super enthusiastic to help a few of us carry our luggage! ! ! ! Being warmed! Starry Sky Room is really recommended! You can really see the stars at night. "This is an excellent star-rated hotel right in the Kanas Scenic Area. It's a villa-style hotel, very clean and well-maintained, with expansive grounds. The hotel environment itself is wonderful, with small animals like sheep and cows grazing and sunbathing on the lawns. The hygiene is top-notch. The staff are also great, very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Dining at their on-site restaurant is a good choice; it's much better than the tourist restaurants you find in the bazaars. GGuest UserThe hotel exceeded my expectations. The facilities were excellent, and the room was very clean with a great separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and strong water pressure. The bed was super comfortable. We even had a beautiful sunset view from our room when we checked in! It truly surpassed all my expectations. Breakfast was also fantastic, though it was in a separate building next door, just a short walk away. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

The room is spacious, and the facilities are comprehensive. There's a gym and a large laundry room, as well as a common lounge area where you can grab a coffee. The breakfast was incredibly rich and exceeded my expectations.
There's a supermarket downstairs, and the 'internet-famous bridge' is right next door, visible from the room. It's also convenient for ordering delivery nearby. Highly recommended!

YYap Jia YuanThe rooms were clean and equipped with high-tech facilities. This accommodation is located in the transfer center area, and there's a buggy service for check-in and check-out. However, it might not be suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. For instance, after returning from the old town to the transfer center, there was no buggy service back to the hotel. During this trip, my aunt's knee was hurting so much she needed a crutch and found it difficult to walk up the slope to the accommodation. We called to ask if they could pick her up but were refused, which, while understandable, was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was just so-so. Overall, the environment of the accommodation is quite good, and they even have cute cats and dogs. The room's balcony was also very comfortable.

As a huge ski enthusiast, my stay at M hotel was absolutely divine, deserving a perfect score! The hotel's location, right in the west area of Geikieling Ski Resort, offers the ultimate ski-in/ski-out convenience. No need to lug heavy ski equipment around – you can literally ski right back to your room after a day on the slopes. For any skier, this setup is a dream come true, giving you an extra hour of skiing every day. Pure bliss!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the ski equipment storage area was spacious and dry, so no worries about gear getting damp. The most impressive part was the breakfast buffet; the variety was so extensive it was hard to choose! The freshly baked bread was crispy and delicious, the hot food section offered authentic local flavors, and there was a wide selection of fruits, yogurts, and Western cold dishes. Whether you're refueling after skiing or just grabbing a quick bite before hitting the slopes, you'll be incredibly satisfied.
I also have to praise the hotel's service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, from helping carry my skis during check-in to proactively informing me about the ski conditions and recommending the best times to ski. They were enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout. Any issues were addressed incredibly quickly, showing warmth and attention to detail in every interaction.
For ski lovers, M hotel is the ideal choice for your stay. Next time I come to Geikieling for skiing, I will definitely choose this place again!

The only downsides were the very weak water pressure for showering and the very simple breakfast. Hemu itself is a strange place; there's not much to do, yet it's so crowded and expensive – I don't quite understand why.

GGuest UserI stayed two nights, trying both a triple room and a family room. I found the family room to be larger and more comfortable, with a larger bathroom and washroom.
The family room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and noise-free, parking was convenient, and the hostess was welcoming and attentive. It was a truly wonderful experience.

JJoyceThe environment was great, and since I'm a girl, they said it wasn't good for a girl to stay in a dugout, so they upgraded me to the third floor for free.
