"The hotel's location is great, very close to the famous 'internet-famous' bridge. The room facilities are very new, and having a humidifier is a lifesaver in the dry winter. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating, always quick to respond to requests. Thumbs up all around!"

"We were staying in the room with camping car setting. Overall the room Is clean and new. Kids love it. Breakfast was great with a variety of western/Chinese choice. We couldn’t see any stars through the window. The check in Was slow and inefficient. Only one staff serving the whole group check in While we were not handled separately as a private family guest. The description on trip.com was wrong too. There is no bike rental and the gym room is not good. Only 3 machines and two of them were not working."

"As a transit hotel, the room had a strong odor when I entered, but it got better later. The cleanliness was average; the sheets didn't seem very clean. However, for this county, the standard was acceptable. They even provided free breakfast, so the service was decent. A good thing was the common area on the second floor, which included a meeting area, a laundry area, and a children's area – a very nice spot."

"My husband and I are photography enthusiasts. We have always wanted to go to Kanas to take pictures of the scenery. We stayed in the Fairy Tale Castle by chance. First of all, the room theme on the page attracted me. It was very unique. After checking in, I found that it was like a treasure house. The old Ou furniture was very distinctive, with a bit of Western classical fairy tale romance. I took a few photos to share with you. It is really worth the experience. The boss was very enthusiastic to take us to visit various theme rooms and upgraded our room type for free. 👍 If I have the opportunity to come to Xinjiang next time, I will definitely stay for a longer time"

"This guesthouse is easily one of the best I've stayed at in China, absolutely top-notch for under 1000 RMB. Let me start with the location: it's right on the edge of Burqin's downtown, super convenient. The surrounding area is full of new buildings, and I get the feeling a lot of young travelers come here. The neighborhood and architecture are all very new, and there are plenty of restaurants around. Now, about the guesthouse itself: it's also very new, and the decor is meticulously designed, a blend of Southern European, African, and Kazakh styles. The furniture and everything inside are brand new. The entire first floor is essentially a common area, perfect for young people from all walks of life to chat and connect. Most hotels and guesthouses lack such communal spaces, but Guli not only has one, it's also really cozy and stylish. Moving on to the rooms, they are exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. All the furniture is new, there's ample space for luggage, and the bathroom is clean with great attention to detail. Finally, the breakfast and service: breakfast was fantastic – real home-style cooking that genuinely fills you up, healthy too, with lots of choices. The yogurt felt like it was freshly made in-house. The lobby on the first floor also offers free drinks, even sparkling water, which isn't cheap. Yet, despite the high number of guests, no one takes advantage. The front desk staff are incredibly professional and thoughtful, very warm and personable. They helped us with our luggage and even walked us to the door. All in all, this truly is one of the best guesthouses we've ever stayed at in China! Our trip felt much more worthwhile thanks to Guli."

The hotel is right in the city center of Burqin, making it incredibly convenient for dining. Downstairs, there's a local specialty cold water fish BBQ restaurant, so if you want to try Burqin's famous Zander fish, you can just head downstairs! 💯 Thoughtful service, perfect attention to detail! The staff are enthusiastic and professional. Check-in and check-out are super fast, and any requests are handled promptly. The service is attentive yet unobtrusive throughout, making for an excellent experience!"

In the morning, open the window to misty mountain air, like a fairyland. In the evening, the sunset glow paints the forests, and at night, with no light pollution, you can gaze at a sky full of stars. It's an immersive experience of Kanas's untouched beauty; every photo you take is stunning, no need to specifically look for photo spots. The wooden cabin room we stayed in was full of ambiance. The natural wood decor was rustic yet sophisticated, giving off serious Nordic fairy tale cabin vibes. The room was spacious and not cramped, with a logical layout and exquisite, clean decor. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable and sound sleep. The underfloor heating throughout the room was such a thoughtful touch; the mountain weather can be chilly, but stepping inside, it was instantly warm and cozy. There was a 24-hour hot water supply, complete bathroom facilities, and high-quality toiletries. What truly deserves praise is the cleanliness; the entire place was spotless, not a speck of dust even in the corners. The sheets, duvet covers, and towels were all clean and tidy, making our stay incredibly reassuring. The housekeepers and staff were all exceptionally warm and genuine, and the service was truly meticulous. They thoughtfully sent route guides and scenic area tips in advance, and upon arrival, they helped with pick-up, drop-off, and luggage. They patiently answered all our questions about sightseeing, recommended dining spots, and helped with car rental needs. They even shared many lesser-known local spots to visit, helping us avoid crowds and tourist traps. They were sincere and easygoing, not overly enthusiastic or intrusive, yet always there to help when needed, making us feel as comfortable and warm as if we were staying with relatives."

"Upon our first check-in, we were upgraded to the 7th floor. Despite having to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to get there, the room felt quite new and the facilities were great. What's more, the front desk, seeing we were a family of three, proactively upgraded us to a family room! That was fantastic. However, on our second stay, we were given a room on the 4th floor for the same price. The room felt like it hadn't been updated in 10 years! Quite a letdown."
