"The hotel was excellent! Located in a quiet spot in the inner part of the village, it was very peaceful. The hotel was managed by a group of warm and attentive young people. I contacted them about two weeks prior to booking, and their advice was comprehensive and practical! Since we arrived at the hotel half a day later than expected, we were a bit worried about how to enjoy the scenic area without disrupting our later itinerary. The hotel provided a lot of helpful information, helping us make the best decisions. As a result, we had a fantastic time in Kanas!
Regarding the hotel facilities, everything was top-of-the-line. They turned on the underfloor heating early, even though the nights in Kanas at the end of September are quite chilly, especially with the rain, the rooms were very warm and comfortable!
The only slight regret was not sitting in the hotel lobby bar after our evening sightseeing to chat with the people around us. We were just too tired and wanted to collapse into a warm, soft bed."

The waiters were all handsome men and beautiful women, kind, gentle and considerate; the daily afternoon tea, coffee and tea, exquisite and delicious snacks, and fresh fruits... Especially for ladies, there are unexpected gains. High-quality facial masks, essential oils, and moisturizing sprays are delivered every day, which are must-haves for beauty-loving ladies in Xinjiang. Thank you hotel for providing us with such perfect service!

GGuest UserFacilities: The house is new, the quilts are changed after each guest, and the beds are comfortable to sleep on. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Beautiful, you can even swing at the door. Service: The lady boss is very nice, and she also gave us breakfast. The food was delicious. We had 4 meals in a row, and we finished every meal. There is a pick-up service. It is close to Xincun Station, so it is very convenient to take the bus.

YYap Jia YuanThe rooms were clean and equipped with high-tech facilities. This accommodation is located in the transfer center area, and there's a buggy service for check-in and check-out. However, it might not be suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. For instance, after returning from the old town to the transfer center, there was no buggy service back to the hotel. During this trip, my aunt's knee was hurting so much she needed a crutch and found it difficult to walk up the slope to the accommodation. We called to ask if they could pick her up but were refused, which, while understandable, was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was just so-so. Overall, the environment of the accommodation is quite good, and they even have cute cats and dogs. The room's balcony was also very comfortable.

Any skier knows the struggle! M Hotel has perfected ski-in/ski-out convenience right at the west side of Jikpurin Ski Resort. Just clip on your skis, and it's a matter of minutes from the slopes to the hotel entrance. No more lugging heavy gear around, which means I can squeeze in a couple more runs each day – this experience is truly top-notch!
The breakfast buffet is a true energy station for skiers, with such a dazzling array of choices. Hot, freshly-made noodles, fragrant local baked buns, fresh fruit and yogurt, plus various Western options. After a morning of skiing, a hearty meal here instantly recharges you, fueling up for an afternoon of endless runs.
And the service? Absolutely impeccable. The staff are all enthusiastic and reliable. Upon check-in, they proactively helped us with our skis and stored our equipment, even thoughtfully reminding us about the day's open slopes and weather changes. When we rushed out for early morning skiing, the restaurant specifically reserved seats for us. And when we returned late at night, the front desk was always on duty, ready to assist with any request – truly warm and thoughtful service throughout.
I wholeheartedly recommend M Hotel to all friends coming to ski at Jikpurin. Staying here doubles your skiing enjoyment. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip!

MM228173****The room faces the Populus euphratica forest with snow-capped mountains behind it – the location is absolutely fantastic! The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. The owner is very thoughtful, providing full guidance throughout our trip, which greatly enhanced our experience. This trip was definitely worth it!

GGuest UserThere's a butler named Abdilaziz, and he was truly excellent and incredibly attentive. His service was outstanding, and he's definitely who left the biggest impression on me! I messaged him late at night because I was hungry and couldn't get takeout, and he brought us food from his own dorm. We also needed nail clippers, and he specifically went to the supermarket to buy them for us! My impression of Xinjiang people is getting better and better – it's truly a heart-for-heart exchange! He's an absolutely amazing butler! I hope Brother Abao continues to do well! The hotel environment is also very new and I love it. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

GGuest UserFacilities: There's a washing machine, microwave, and a sterilizing cabinet. Cleanliness: Clean. The room comes with a small sofa and is decorated in a Kazakh style. The exterior of the room is wooden. It's not huge inside, but feels very cozy. There's also a sofa and a small table right outside the door. Environment: You can see snow-capped mountains in the distance, and there's a small garden by the door. The most convenient thing is the bus stop, which is only three meters from the room. When the bus arrives, you can just hop over the wooden fence and get right on! There's also a lazy little ginger cat that sunbathes at the bus stop every day. Service: The proprietress's service was out of this world! The owner personally picked us up from the transfer center and brought us to our room; it was truly refreshing. They had the warmth of the Chinese people, the Kazakh people, the Russian people, and the Mongolian people – I guess that's what you get when you're at the crossroads of four countries! Anyway, the owner smiled with every word they spoke. The best part was when the owner taught us how to say 'hello' in Kazakh!

GGuest UserI stayed two nights, trying both a triple room and a family room. I found the family room to be larger and more comfortable, with a larger bathroom and washroom.
The family room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and noise-free, parking was convenient, and the hostess was welcoming and attentive. It was a truly wonderful experience.

GGuest UserThe most rip-off hotel during the National Day holiday. This room cost 1,652 yuan. I can't blame the hotel owner for this, as all hotels in Hemu are so expensive. The overall structure is quite beautiful. Hemu was so popular during the National Day holiday that I could only book a small room in the semi-basement several days in advance. It was really crowded with two children sleeping on a 1.2-meter bed. Not only did I spend so much money, but the room was small, but the experience was really bad. In the first half of the night, there were bursts of barking outside the window, and when it was almost dawn, cars were coming and going, whizzing by. I didn't sleep well all night. The most disgusting thing was the toilet. When the toilet 🚽 was flushed, fecal water came out of the floor drain. It was so disgusting 🤮

GGuest UserThe front desk staff and housekeeping team were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Since it was the low season, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, our stay was comfortable and satisfactory. However, one aspect that could be improved is the room lighting. While the bathroom and vanity area were adequately lit, the main room relied on only a few small lamps, making it feel quite dim, especially in the evening. Better lighting would significantly enhance the guest experience.
The hotel's location is very convenient, situated close to the bus station, also known as the second entrance to Kanas. One of the highlights was the beautiful view right in front of the hotel, featuring open grasslands, colorful wildflowers, and stunning mountain scenery.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.
