In the remote Hemu, it was unexpected to enjoy a warmer, more romantic and more considerate service than a five-star hotel. The waiters were all handsome men and beautiful women, kind, gentle and considerate; the daily afternoon tea, coffee and tea, exquisite and delicious snacks, and fresh fruits... Especially for ladies, there are unexpected gains. High-quality facial masks, essential oils, and moisturizing sprays are delivered every day, which are must-haves for beauty-loving ladies in Xinjiang. Thank you hotel for providing us with such perfect service!

miamia0220The owner was really nice and upgraded our room. The view from the window was great. However, the neighboring guesthouse looked a bit messy, which detracted from the beautiful scenery.
The room was huge and even had a starlit ceiling. Unfortunately, the windows weren't working properly; one just wouldn't close. Since it was so early, around 5 AM, I didn't feel comfortable bothering the owner for help.
The hotel offers breakfast, which was good. The price wasn't expensive either, so it's pretty good value for money. It's also very convenient, only about 300m from the bus stop.
The bedding seemed clean, as I often get itchy at other guesthouses. Out of all the places I've stayed, including this one, only two haven't made me itch.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied! If you're wondering where to stay, I recommend this place. Though I feel guesthouses in Hemu are generally quite beautiful. Kanas was the worst, definitely not recommended! Go for either Baihaba or Hemu.

Guest UserFive-star rave! M Hotel is an absolute must-stay for skiers at Jikpurin, a magical ski-in/ski-out hotel.
Any skier knows the struggle! M Hotel has perfected ski-in/ski-out convenience right at the west side of Jikpurin Ski Resort. Just clip on your skis, and it's a matter of minutes from the slopes to the hotel entrance. No more lugging heavy gear around, which means I can squeeze in a couple more runs each day – this experience is truly top-notch!
The breakfast buffet is a true energy station for skiers, with such a dazzling array of choices. Hot, freshly-made noodles, fragrant local baked buns, fresh fruit and yogurt, plus various Western options. After a morning of skiing, a hearty meal here instantly recharges you, fueling up for an afternoon of endless runs.
And the service? Absolutely impeccable. The staff are all enthusiastic and reliable. Upon check-in, they proactively helped us with our skis and stored our equipment, even thoughtfully reminding us about the day's open slopes and weather changes. When we rushed out for early morning skiing, the restaurant specifically reserved seats for us. And when we returned late at night, the front desk was always on duty, ready to assist with any request – truly warm and thoughtful service throughout.
I wholeheartedly recommend M Hotel to all friends coming to ski at Jikpurin. Staying here doubles your skiing enjoyment. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip!

Guest UserBefore my trip, I browsed through many hotels and finally chose this one because of its convenient location. I took some beautiful photos along the Kanas River. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, helping with my luggage and proactively offering tips on local attractions and things to look out for. The facilities in this new village area are quite comprehensive, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes, and the attention to detail is excellent overall. Highly recommend!

The room faces the Populus euphratica forest with snow-capped mountains behind it – the location is absolutely fantastic! The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. The owner is very thoughtful, providing full guidance throughout our trip, which greatly enhanced our experience. This trip was definitely worth it!

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it.
Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station.
Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

Hemu Hilton
If you haven't been to Hemu, you can never imagine that there's truly divine intervention in this world. Staying at the Hemu Hilton, surrounded by mountains, every breath feels like bliss. And every friendly face, from the young men to the young women you meet, makes you want to linger longer in Hemu.
🧳 As soon as you step off the car, they eagerly help you with your luggage, and check-in is incredibly fast, ensuring you can shed your travel fatigue immediately.
🍽️ The breakfast spread was the highlight of our Xinjiang trip! The specialty 'Gangzi Rou' (pot-stewed meat) and 'Kao Baozi' (baked buns) meant we could savor authentic Xinjiang cuisine without even searching for it.
👍 If you're also staying at the Hilton, you absolutely must chat with the lovely young man in Picture 1. He's not only warm and polite in his interactions but also witty and humorous, making you feel so welcome that you'll want to come back again!
[Sun] A special thanks also to Geng Geng for our room upgrade and thoughtful arrangements. And thanks to the kind, bespectacled young woman in the restaurant whose name I've forgotten. Her meticulous and warm service was truly impressive; when she saw me about to take an unfinished croissant 🥐, she appeared in front of me in less than five seconds to ask if I needed a takeaway box. I sincerely hope to see her again on my next visit to Hemu!

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and we received a free room upgrade. The service was warm and attentive. It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, with a dedicated car pick-up and drop-off. We didn't even have to wait in line at the front desk; check-in was directly in our room. They patiently introduced us to local attractions and activities. The overall experience for dining, accommodation, and touring was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I truly recommend it to everyone!

Guest UserThe front desk staff and housekeeping team were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Since it was the low season, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, our stay was comfortable and satisfactory. However, one aspect that could be improved is the room lighting. While the bathroom and vanity area were adequately lit, the main room relied on only a few small lamps, making it feel quite dim, especially in the evening. Better lighting would significantly enhance the guest experience.
The hotel's location is very convenient, situated close to the bus station, also known as the second entrance to Kanas. One of the highlights was the beautiful view right in front of the hotel, featuring open grasslands, colorful wildflowers, and stunning mountain scenery.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.
