This is the best hotel I've ever booked in the scenic area! The service, the responses, the front desk, the assistance—everything was impeccable. It truly deserves its highest rating and best reviews in Kanas. The owner is a leader in Kanas, and this is the best hotel I've booked in Xinjiang in recent years!
Facilities: Very new. The hotel is in the new village, so it hasn't been open long, and the decor is perfect for tourists.
Cleanliness: Excellent. A very comfortable stay. I slept warmly all night in the cold scenic area.
Environment: The environment is great. The new village is beautiful and picturesque.
Service: The reason I say the service is so good is because it was the last straw after my disappointment with Hemu and Kanas yesterday. Even though I rushed to Hemu overnight to get vaccinated, they picked my wife up from Moon Bay and provided her with dinner that night. Thank you so much!!! [Tingbo Ziyi] Welcome Tea Gift: Excellent

GGuest UserThe hostess at the B&B contacted us in advance with directions and booking instructions, which was super convenient! 🥰 I was initially worried that the wooden cabins inside the scenic area might not match the pictures, but when we arrived, it was exactly what we were hoping for. The design style of the B&B was lovely, and the scents of the diffusers and essential oils were unique. 🥰 The three hostesses at the B&B were all so patient, telling us about the little shops and attractions in Hemu, and the breakfast was exquisite and delicious! Next time, if I have more time, I'll definitely stay for a few more days! 🥹

The waiters were all handsome men and beautiful women, kind, gentle and considerate; the daily afternoon tea, coffee and tea, exquisite and delicious snacks, and fresh fruits... Especially for ladies, there are unexpected gains. High-quality facial masks, essential oils, and moisturizing sprays are delivered every day, which are must-haves for beauty-loving ladies in Xinjiang. Sune Yue, all restaurant staff and waitress Hannan, and the guy who carved the delicious lamb meat and drove us to the bus station sorry forgot his name ) will see you guys again. YYap Jia YuanThe rooms were clean and equipped with high-tech facilities. This accommodation is located in the transfer center area, and there's a buggy service for check-in and check-out. However, it might not be suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. For instance, after returning from the old town to the transfer center, there was no buggy service back to the hotel. During this trip, my aunt's knee was hurting so much she needed a crutch and found it difficult to walk up the slope to the accommodation. We called to ask if they could pick her up but were refused, which, while understandable, was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was just so-so. Overall, the environment of the accommodation is quite good, and they even have cute cats and dogs. The room's balcony was also very comfortable.

As a huge ski enthusiast, my stay at M hotel was absolutely divine, deserving a perfect score! The hotel's location, right in the west area of Geikieling Ski Resort, offers the ultimate ski-in/ski-out convenience. No need to lug heavy ski equipment around – you can literally ski right back to your room after a day on the slopes. For any skier, this setup is a dream come true, giving you an extra hour of skiing every day. Pure bliss!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the ski equipment storage area was spacious and dry, so no worries about gear getting damp. The most impressive part was the breakfast buffet; the variety was so extensive it was hard to choose! The freshly baked bread was crispy and delicious, the hot food section offered authentic local flavors, and there was a wide selection of fruits, yogurts, and Western cold dishes. Whether you're refueling after skiing or just grabbing a quick bite before hitting the slopes, you'll be incredibly satisfied.
I also have to praise the hotel's service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, from helping carry my skis during check-in to proactively informing me about the ski conditions and recommending the best times to ski. They were enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout. Any issues were addressed incredibly quickly, showing warmth and attention to detail in every interaction.
For ski lovers, M hotel is the ideal choice for your stay. Next time I come to Geikieling for skiing, I will definitely choose this place again!

The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. The owner is very thoughtful, providing full guidance throughout our trip, which greatly enhanced our experience. This trip was definitely worth it!

The boss also asked me if I would send my uncle to the tourist service center hahahaha, it is too troublesome, it may be one of the few treasure homestays in the new village, I wish the boss a prosperous business!

GGuest UserI stayed two nights, trying both a triple room and a family room. I found the family room to be larger and more comfortable, with a larger bathroom and washroom.
The family room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and noise-free, parking was convenient, and the hostess was welcoming and attentive. It was a truly wonderful experience.

JJoyceThe environment was great, and since I'm a girl, they said it wasn't good for a girl to stay in a dugout, so they upgraded me to the third floor for free. It was a pity that it didn't snow, otherwise I could have seen the snow-capped mountains by opening the floor-to-ceiling curtains (I put my DJI drone by the window and took some photos of the starry sky 🌌).
