This is the best hotel I've ever booked in the scenic area! The service, the responses, the front desk, the assistance—everything was impeccable. It truly deserves its highest rating and best reviews in Kanas. The owner is a leader in Kanas, and this is the best hotel I've booked in Xinjiang in recent years!
Facilities: Very new. The hotel is in the new village, so it hasn't been open long, and the decor is perfect for tourists.
Cleanliness: Excellent. A very comfortable stay. I slept warmly all night in the cold scenic area.
Environment: The environment is great. The new village is beautiful and picturesque.
Service: The reason I say the service is so good is because it was the last straw after my disappointment with Hemu and Kanas yesterday. Even though I rushed to Hemu overnight to get vaccinated, they picked my wife up from Moon Bay and provided her with dinner that night. Thank you so much!!! [Tingbo Ziyi] Welcome Tea Gift: Excellent

GGuest UserThe room decor was incredibly thoughtful, warm, and beautiful—every angle was perfect for photos. There was plenty of hot water for showers, so two people never had to wait for each other. The owner gave us great advice on daily sightseeing, especially suggesting we watch the Milky Way and meteor showers at Hongbas Prairie at night, which was spectacular and romantic. The front desk staff thoughtfully prepared dried fruits, floral tea, and nuts for us, and even treated us to Hami melon and gave us lavender essential oil when we left. The breakfast was rich, and the living environment was quiet and comfortable. A perfect experience!

The waiters were all handsome men and beautiful women, kind, gentle and considerate; the daily afternoon tea, coffee and tea, exquisite and delicious snacks, and fresh fruits... Especially for ladies, there are unexpected gains. High-quality facial masks, essential oils, and moisturizing sprays are delivered every day, which are must-haves for beauty-loving ladies in Xinjiang. GGuest UserFacilities: The house is new, the quilts are changed after each guest, and the beds are comfortable to sleep on. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Beautiful, you can even swing at the door. Service: The lady boss is very nice, and she also gave us breakfast. The food was delicious. We had 4 meals in a row, and we finished every meal. There is a pick-up service. It is close to Xincun Station, so it is very convenient to take the bus.

YYap Jia YuanThe rooms were clean and equipped with high-tech facilities. This accommodation is located in the transfer center area, and there's a buggy service for check-in and check-out. However, it might not be suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. For instance, after returning from the old town to the transfer center, there was no buggy service back to the hotel. During this trip, my aunt's knee was hurting so much she needed a crutch and found it difficult to walk up the slope to the accommodation. We called to ask if they could pick her up but were refused, which, while understandable, was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was just so-so. Overall, the environment of the accommodation is quite good, and they even have cute cats and dogs. The room's balcony was also very comfortable.

Any skier knows the struggle! M Hotel has perfected ski-in/ski-out convenience right at the west side of Jikpurin Ski Resort. Just clip on your skis, and it's a matter of minutes from the slopes to the hotel entrance. No more lugging heavy gear around, which means I can squeeze in a couple more runs each day – this experience is truly top-notch!
The breakfast buffet is a true energy station for skiers, with such a dazzling array of choices. Hot, freshly-made noodles, fragrant local baked buns, fresh fruit and yogurt, plus various Western options. After a morning of skiing, a hearty meal here instantly recharges you, fueling up for an afternoon of endless runs.
And the service? Absolutely impeccable. The staff are all enthusiastic and reliable. Upon check-in, they proactively helped us with our skis and stored our equipment, even thoughtfully reminding us about the day's open slopes and weather changes. When we rushed out for early morning skiing, the restaurant specifically reserved seats for us. And when we returned late at night, the front desk was always on duty, ready to assist with any request – truly warm and thoughtful service throughout.
I wholeheartedly recommend M Hotel to all friends coming to ski at Jikpurin. Staying here doubles your skiing enjoyment. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip!

The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. The owner is very thoughtful, providing full guidance throughout our trip, which greatly enhanced our experience. This trip was definitely worth it!

GGuest UserFacilities: There's a washing machine, microwave, and a sterilizing cabinet. Cleanliness: Clean. The room comes with a small sofa and is decorated in a Kazakh style. The exterior of the room is wooden. It's not huge inside, but feels very cozy. There's also a sofa and a small table right outside the door. Environment: You can see snow-capped mountains in the distance, and there's a small garden by the door. The most convenient thing is the bus stop, which is only three meters from the room. When the bus arrives, you can just hop over the wooden fence and get right on! There's also a lazy little ginger cat that sunbathes at the bus stop every day. Service: The proprietress's service was out of this world! The owner personally picked us up from the transfer center and brought us to our room; it was truly refreshing. They had the warmth of the Chinese people, the Kazakh people, the Russian people, and the Mongolian people – I guess that's what you get when you're at the crossroads of four countries! Anyway, the owner smiled with every word they spoke. The best part was when the owner taught us how to say 'hello' in Kazakh!

GGuest UserI stayed two nights, trying both a triple room and a family room. I found the family room to be larger and more comfortable, with a larger bathroom and washroom.
The family room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and noise-free, parking was convenient, and the hostess was welcoming and attentive. It was a truly wonderful experience.

GGuest UserThe most rip-off hotel during the National Day holiday. This room cost 1,652 yuan. I can't blame the hotel owner for this, as all hotels in Hemu are so expensive. The overall structure is quite beautiful. Hemu was so popular during the National Day holiday that I could only book a small room in the semi-basement several days in advance. It was really crowded with two children sleeping on a 1.2-meter bed. Not only did I spend so much money, but the room was small, but the experience was really bad. In the first half of the night, there were bursts of barking outside the window, and when it was almost dawn, cars were coming and going, whizzing by. I didn't sleep well all night. The most disgusting thing was the toilet. When the toilet 🚽 was flushed, fecal water came out of the floor drain. It was so disgusting 🤮
