The service was incredibly warm and there were so many activities available. It's really ideal for those who just want to relax and chill out, as the hotel is quite far from the city center, making it a bit inconvenient to explore other places. However, the hotel itself offers a lot to do, and the food is excellent! I recommend the lunch menu at Toba; their poke bowl is delicious. The Pacific Pizza is also great. There's an Australian drink called Kombucha that I found paired wonderfully with seafood – definitely try the ginger and lime flavor. We had one dinner at Navo, which was a very upscale experience, and they even celebrated our wedding anniversary with us. We also took a yacht trip out to sea, which was fantastic with lots of small fish to see. I even bought a beautiful black pearl from the hotel's souvenir shop. The hotel also has a Prouds store where you can buy Pure Fiji skincare products.
Great location, great customer service, excellent security peace of mind but the villa I stayed (98) had washing machine issues and the A/C wasn't big enough for the oversized bedrooms 😞 and the main down fall it didn't had A/C in the main leaving room😮💨 but the rest was just great and excellent.breakfast the island ways😜
