"I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. Service was prompt, so I didn't have to wait long. My room was very clean, fragrant, and neatly arranged. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was cool, the bathroom was clean, and all the facilities were in working order."

"Had no choice but to stay here for my business travel as my customer’s location was nearby. I guess if you want to travel up the mountains or visit schools nearby the location would be great for you but actually it is in the middle of nowhere and really far from the city center. Saw that reviews were good and decided to make a booking but realised quickly that maybe this is a hotel suitable for locals but not international business travellers. The room was so dark and lacked sufficient lighting, making it difficult for me to do my work. The tv channels couldn’t be changed for some reason. Don’t get me started on the toilet… It was filthy. Bring your own towel for showers as the ones they provided have turned from white to brown due to the dirt. My balcony door couldn’t be opened due to damage as well. Luckily, I chose a room on a low floor as I was next to the pool and can see or hear people hanging around till late at night. Otherwise, it would have been pretty quiet and eery. Breakfast was decent and there was a nice view of the mountains by the pool. Thankfully, I had to stay for only a single night because I had to move to another location and hotel. This was my first and will be my final stay here."

"I had a nice experience. Was woken up by a singing gecko in the bathroom at 05:00, but that's to be expected when you're in the jungle. A good experience."
