"I booked a room for my brother and his wife for 4 nights and they both use wheelchairs to get around. During one of the nights that he stayed he went to get food but didnt bring hotel key,No one was at the office and so he asked the naid if she could let him in .She got very hostile with my brother and accused him of domestic violence and said she was going to call the police. My brother tried to show his ID and asked if she could call someone to verify.I thought that was very un professional and rude to say the least. Also i paid online 565.00 in advance for the room but they insisted that i had to come in person to pay a 50.00 tax fee!! didnt understand why i can pay 500.00 online but i had to go in person to pay 50 tax fee, and isnt that included in the total price of the room? Not happy about that."
