This hotel is too far from the city center, located in the outskirts of Wuhan. I booked it for a road trip and had a really bad experience; there's basically no service. The hygiene and facilities are just average, and they're lacking in everything. They don't proactively replenish essential items unless you ask. The front desk for check-in is on the 23rd floor, and the three elevators are shared, with no dedicated ones, which makes it very inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage using a trolley. Overall, it's suitable for business travelers looking for a budget hotel. However, for older guests, I'd recommend looking for another hotel.

What surprised me most was the indoor smoking area designed into the first-floor restrooms – it's the first time I've ever seen something like that in China, and it shows how the hotel management is continuously evolving and innovating. The guest rooms are spacious, and as soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted by a distinctive aroma that instantly relieves the stress of Wuhan's hot weather these past few days. The overall facilities are great; you can even check laundry room availability on the TV. The gym rivals the Marriott next door in terms of equipment and size. The staff are quite friendly, and the breakfast is above average – definitely worth trying!
