Gem Hotels in Xi'an

We brought our parents on a trip and chose the highly-rated 5.0-star GreenTree Inn (Changle Gate) on Trip.com. Our family of four stayed at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was quite good. Even the curtains were highly blackout, making us feel very cozy and relaxed. What touched us the most was how Hotel Manager Liu Dandan immediately followed up and checked in with us after learning we had an issue. Her dedication and responsibility made us feel right at home. We originally planned to stay only one night, but Manager Liu's enthusiasm for her work impressed us so much that we ended up staying for four days. Security guard Master Guan was also incredibly enthusiastic, directing our vehicle and showing great care and concern for us. The customer service staff kept the rooms spotless and greeted us politely, while the tall breakfast attendant was exceptionally warm and attentive to guests. With such wonderful employees, this hotel is truly trustworthy and adds a lot to its reputation. It certainly lives up to its 5-star rating! I feel that the most reassuring aspect is the serious and responsible attitude of the management towards their work. It truly makes guests feel at home. On future trips to Xi'an, choosing GreenTree Inn (Changle Gate) will not disappoint. The environment and service here are superb. I wish GreenTree Inn continued success!

The hotel is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the details are very hygienic. The breakfast is also very rich. There is a man at the front desk who is very professional, well-expressed, and provides us with a lot of help. It feels like a star. The price is reasonable and worth recommending.
