Hotels in Xijing Hospital/Tonghua Men, Xi'an

I was genuinely surprised to find such a quality hotel at this price point, definitely a five-star review! It was quite late when I arrived, but the front desk staff were still incredibly welcoming and attentive, not just going through the motions. The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the towels were fresh, dry, and soft. All the amenities were brand new and sealed. The air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working in the middle of the night, but after I called maintenance, a technician arrived within five minutes and fixed it quickly, maintaining a polite and courteous demeanor throughout. I even ran into a cleaning lady in the hallway who greeted me warmly and offered to help when she saw me carrying heavy bags. Parking is free with plenty of spaces, which was very convenient for driving. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; I couldn't hear any street noise even though my room faced the road, and I slept soundly until morning. Downstairs, there are plenty of snack shops and a supermarket, so you don't have to go far for food or essentials. While the facilities aren't luxurious, they are well-maintained and look brand new. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, with no hidden charges. Both cleanliness and service are top-notch, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

My stay far exceeded expectations. The hotel is tucked away from the bustling city, with beautifully arranged courtyard greenery. The room's soft furnishings were exquisitely textured, the linens soft and gentle on the skin, and the bathroom water pressure was consistently good. The front desk service was polite and understated, with no aggressive upselling. Breakfast was refined and not overly lavish. It was a truly comfortable and peaceful retreat, making it my top choice for a short getaway.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The room was exceptionally clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a really good night's sleep. My stay at the Golden Flower was flawless. A big thank you to Reno Cai and Yoki Ya at the front desk, very warm and professional from check-in to check-out. They introduced the facilities and nearby transport. They even helped me with my big parcels. The location next to Tonghuamen metro is incredibly convenient. The room was clean, spacious, has a very good view, and the bed ensured a good night's sleep. Breaktast was plentiful, and the pool and gym are free for guests. The hotel has some vintage charm, it is highly maintained and the service quality is top-notch. There is Starbucks and a couple of restaurants in the Hotel. There is a service robot too! Everything you’ll need is here. I'll definitely stay here again and bring my family and friends next time. Highly recommended! Hope to see you again in December.

The facilities are complete, clean and sanitary, equipped with a smart toilet, the bed is very large, and it is very comfortable to sleep on. Both the front desk receptionist and the room cleaning staff are very enthusiastic, smiling and serving, warm and thoughtful, very good! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel is super close to Xijing Hospital. Every time I come for a follow-up, I stay here and the environment, location, service, and cleanliness are all great. It even has a courtyard where you can eat takeout without the smell bothering your room.

The hotel is in a walking distance from metro. The building is not very new but all facilities are sufficient. They provide free laundry service and good breakfast including hot coffee. Nearby there is a small hotpot shop with good food. The only drawback is that the walking path from metro to the hotel has the main road cross, it is safe as it has traffic lights but should be noted for consideration.

Originally, I wanted to stay in this hotel for two days and change to another hotel to feel it. Because of the harmonious atmosphere of this hotel, and the unreasonable requirements of other hotels, I continued for another day. Special thanks to Kelly from the catering department for helping me solve the problem of renewal in time. There is no starting price for the renewal fee. This is a fact I didn’t expect at all. The catering department went to the front desk service to the room service and then to the security staff. Every department’s work cooperation was in place. I didn’t let me see the work attitude of other hotels. No matter if you find any of their departments, you can solve the problem very quickly and in solidarity. When you come to Xi'an, what makes me most satisfied is this hotel. There is also the young lady in the housekeeping department on the fourth floor. I don't know the name and take care of it. Very thoughtful, the room is also cleaned very clean.

The house is fully equipped, but the TV screen is black, and all content must be VIP, and it must be his own, can not log in to his own account, the quilt and mattress are super comfortable, the outside building looks average, but the inside environment is not bad Very recommended ～ Mainly go out is the subway Standing, walking a little further inside, it's all food, it's very convenient

Lying in bed at night, I was greeted with complimentary water upon check-out. Not only could I hear the conversations in the hallway, but even the TV in the next room couldn't be heard. The windows were double-glazed, so even facing the street, I wasn't bothered by traffic noise. The curtains were made of thick velvet, and I slept soundly in the morning, completely uninterrupted by light or sound. Deep sleepers would call it a lifesaver! From the cleanliness to the amenities and every detail, I couldn't fault it. Whether you're on a business trip or relaxing on vacation, this place meets all your needs—it's reassuringly clean, the projection screen is fantastic, and the soundproofing is so good I'd love to stay here forever! I've already recommended it to my friends, and next time I visit this city, it'll definitely be my first choice! ✨
