11381802****The hotel boasts an excellent location and a unique, tasteful decor with wooden elements throughout, which I really loved. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, changing daily. You can even see the Matterhorn from the balcony, though my view from the second floor was unfortunately somewhat limited. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the single rooms are a bit on the smaller side. It's very convenient for the train station and exploring the town, with a Coop supermarket, shops, and restaurants all conveniently located nearby. After a 2-night stay, it was overall a very pleasant experience!

We arrived on July 13th and they picked us up with all our luggage at the station, after which they gave us a free upgrade to the room with a view of the Matterhorn!!!!!

XXiaolinyaoshunliLet's talk about the advantages first: a great view of the Matterhorn, you can see it from the terrace, and you can also see it when you have breakfast in the restaurant, the view is very good. The room is about 10 minutes' walk from the train station, and it's still a bit hard to drag the suitcase, but there is a free taxi when you check out and go to the station~
The other feeling is that the room is so small... There are few types of breakfast, especially after staying at sunstar, the difference in breakfast is a bit obvious. In addition, the main door is a bit difficult to find, you have to go up a few stairs and walk through a corridor to get there. I was so tired when I arrived in Zermatt that day, and it was painful to carry the luggage up the stairs.
In short, the recommendation index is three and a half stars.

GGuest UserThis is a car-free town. Our own guide was not comprehensive, which was very embarrassing. Fortunately, the little girl at the front desk was very cute. The staff on duty who helped carry the luggage were also very satisfied and gave us a lot of support!
Facilities: Very good. You can see the mountain view from the room.
Hygiene: There is room for improvement
Environment: Very good
Service: Nothing to say! All service staff are fully supportive!
It's a pity that the room is full the next day and I can't extend my stay.

GGuest UserWe arrived about 1300 and the hotel was able to provide a flexible early check-in -very good as it allowed us to do some afternoon sightseeing. Room was very good with nice features, space and amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful and provided good local advice. Only poor note was that the pool was out of service, which was disappointing due to the inclement weather that occurred during our stay.

AAnonymous UserThe view is amazing. The service is really great. Someone was very enthusiastic to show me the room. This is the first time I've encountered this in Europe. Although the hotel upgraded the room and there is a large terrace, the building is too low and the view in front is blocked. I don't know if this price is for the first floor. I'm also speechless. But the hotel has three swimming pools and the facilities are great. But the first floor room has a smell. It feels big. It's like the smell of wooden furniture. It's very smelly. Although they helped to deal with it, I didn't want to be sprayed with air freshener again. I didn't feel very comfortable staying for one night. There is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. When I went there, I forgot that I had walked there. I took a detour and walked for a long time.

ZZHENGThe best hotel in Zermatt, there are fruit nuts, chocolate, red wine, etc. You can have an extra bed, breakfast is great, there are swimming pool, billiards and table tennis. Going to the train station is also specially called a carriage, very good, at checkout The price is 100 Swiss francs more than Ctrip. After watching Ctrip’s order, I immediately refunded 100 Swiss francs. A very good hotel.

NNYTravelsWe love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre .
We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive.
Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in.
The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints.
Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

RrickychungkkI had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips.
The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations.
Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!

AAndreClose to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter.
Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.
