During my stay, there were some minor and major issues, but the TOR manager handled them very well, allowing me to have a comfortable stay. The biggest downside was the lack of power outlets by the bedside. I also hope the construction work in the pool sunbed area will be completed soon. Lastly, Scarlett is always a great place to visit — highly recommended.

Hotel management isn't great; both check-in and check-out were quite slow. On the first night, after checking in, I found that the previous guest's trash hadn't been cleaned up. On the second night, I returned to the hotel to find the bathroom drain blocked and the floor covered in foam. On the third afternoon, they moved me to a different room. On the fourth day, I received an apology fruit platter from the hotel. The bathroom blockage issue isn't an isolated incident; another family traveling with us had already checked out due to slow handling of their blocked bathroom. If the event wasn't located at the same hotel, I would have seriously considered checking out too!
