"The location is very central, next to the Náutico. Unbeatable. The problem is on the eve of a holiday because it is located opposite the Pelícano discotheque and with the drinking party in the Méndez Núñez Gardens behind it, and soundproofing is not its strong point. You can hear everything.
The attention of the reception staff is very good. The cleaning is also good. The bed is comfortable and firm. There are no amenities, you have to ask for them; just some dispenser bottles with gel, shampoo, conditioner and cream as in most hotels nowadays. As I said, the soundproofing is average. The mini-bar is also sparse as is usual today; there are no liquors or snacks, you would have to ask for them. In our bathroom there was no magnifying mirror for shaving/combing, but for us it is secondary. The rooms, the hall and the plants are cozy and quite well kept, considering that it is a building that is already quite old.
In short, we will repeat the stay."

GGuest UserExcellent small hotel 50 m from the beach. Very clean and comfortable, luxurious toiletries. The downside is that there was a room with a window that looked out onto a well, where clothes were dried and people walked around. Parking is paid and you need to walk about 200 meters to get there, the keys to the parking lot need to be taken to the reception every time, which is inconvenient

GGuest UserI stayed in the Avenida hotel from April 9 to April 15. The hotel staff was as friendly and helpful as possible. The food in the restaurant was just amazing. My room was maybe a little bit tight (a large bed in the center), on the other hand it had a spacious bathroom with not only a shower but also a bathtub, while the plumbery as well as the bath amenities were perfect. Overall, the room was an excellent value for money. In addition, the Avenida hotel is very conveniently located within the 5-minute walking reach of both the bus terminal and the railway station - whereas the city center, its historical part and the beaches alike are easily reachable by the city bus. Highly recommended!

LLinThe single room was booked for my friend. The only regret is that there is no breakfast, so the price is slightly expensive, which is a little higher than the previous booking. But the hotel's unique location is very satisfying.
