"The location is very central, next to the Náutico. Unbeatable. The problem is on the eve of a holiday because it is located opposite the Pelícano discotheque and with the drinking party in the Méndez Núñez Gardens behind it, and soundproofing is not its strong point. You can hear everything.
The attention of the reception staff is very good. The cleaning is also good. The bed is comfortable and firm. There are no amenities, you have to ask for them; just some dispenser bottles with gel, shampoo, conditioner and cream as in most hotels nowadays. As I said, the soundproofing is average. The mini-bar is also sparse as is usual today; there are no liquors or snacks, you would have to ask for them. In our bathroom there was no magnifying mirror for shaving/combing, but for us it is secondary. The rooms, the hall and the plants are cozy and quite well kept, considering that it is a building that is already quite old.
In short, we will repeat the stay."

"Excellent small hotel 50 m from the beach. Very clean and comfortable, luxurious toiletries. The downside is that there was a room with a window that looked out onto a well, where clothes were dried and people walked around. Parking is paid and you need to walk about 200 meters to get there, the keys to the parking lot need to be taken to the reception every time, which is inconvenient"

I stayed in the Avenida hotel from April 9 to April 15. The hotel staff was as friendly and helpful as possible. The food in the restaurant was just amazing. My room was maybe a little bit tight (a large bed in the center), on the other hand it had a spacious bathroom with not only a shower but also a bathtub, while the plumbery as well as the bath amenities were perfect. Overall, the room was an excellent value for money. In addition, the Avenida hotel is very conveniently located within the 5-minute walking reach of both the bus terminal and the railway station - whereas the city center, its historical part and the beaches alike are easily reachable by the city bus. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and quiet. I was surprised that there were four beds, but we didn't use them. It is very close to the city center and the airport, and it is very convenient to travel. There are taxis at the door.

Anonymous UserThe front desk clerk was friendly and willing to answer questions for us. The breakfast quality is very high, the fruit and vegetables are very fresh, and we should provide the drinks we need. The restaurant has been recognized by Michelin stars and the quality of food should be better! The bathroom in the room is relatively thin, and the switch will be moved when it turns around. Suddenly it becomes hot water and be careful of scalding! The room has a terrace. The location of the hotel is in the city center, there are bus stops and taxi stations nearby, and the traffic is very convenient.

LinThis hotel was booked for a friend's business trip. It is a cost-effective hotel recommended by my customer. The service good and the room is well equipped. The location is unique and parking is convenient.

It was an OK stay. Room 320 had a very distinctive smell of cigarettes paticularly early morning and evening. Other guests were noisy but that not hotels fault. Staff were helpful though the breakfast man didn't particularly like English people. The young evening bar man was fab.
It's worth noting that the location is quite far away from anything and it's a bit of a trek to get anywhere. You're looking at a €10+ taxi trip into town.
And make sure you pack cold drinks and snacks.
