I rarely leave reviews, but this room was by far the most comfortable I stayed in during my trip to Beijing. The room is genuinely huge, and the windows are exceptionally large. I had a terrible experience at another place the day before, so moving here instantly lifted my spirits. Because I was so unhappy with the previous accommodation, I left very early the next day and arrived here around 11 AM, well before check-in time. However, the front desk still managed to arrange a room for me. They also extended my check-out time to 2 PM the next day. Since I was driving from out of town, the free parking was a huge plus. The hotel is very large, and the lobby is impressive. The service staff were excellent. The only minor downside is that the facilities are a bit dated, but they are very well-maintained and clean. The carpets throughout the room were also spotless. I was extremely satisfied. My only minor complaints are about the TV – the room is so big that it's impossible to see the screen clearly from the bed. A projector would have been amazing. Also, in the morning, when I used the bathroom, there was a gecko, which startled me a bit.

Cleanliness: Both the guest rooms and the breakfast area were very clean. Ambiance: Although the hotel is new, there was no strong renovation smell. The air freshener was pleasant and not overpowering. Service: The front desk staff was very welcoming, and check-in was efficient. Around 2 AM on the 19th, while I was in the laundry room, I noticed the on-duty housekeeper helping other guests with their laundry. When I saw them again upstairs, they greeted me warmly and were very polite. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were good. The showerhead's water flow wasn't completely smooth, but fortunately, the water pressure was strong, so it didn't affect the showering experience. It would be even better if the breakfast selection were more diverse. The breakfast area can get quite crowded on weekends, so it would be helpful to have more staff assisting, as the noodle station seemed a bit overwhelmed with just one person. Location: This hotel has the typical Hampton style and is well-decorated. It's a bit of a distance from Metro Line 1, but luckily there are shared bikes outside, making it a 5-minute ride. Most major attractions are easily accessible via Line 1.

Nice location, surround it with a lot of Halal food which is helpful for Muslim travelers, just it 1 hour far from the city so if you are planning to visit the city you need to plan it well , and their is a metro station 20 min walking from the hotel , the hotel is clean and nice stuff

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring a very comfortable sleep. All amenities were in perfect working order; hot water and air conditioning functioned smoothly. The front desk staff were welcoming and check-in was quick. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended for travel and accommodation.

The hotel room was impeccably cleaned, and the elegant environment made me feel right at home. The hygiene was excellent, and the room was tidy and organized, with exquisite attention to detail. The hotel boasts luxurious decor, ample natural light, good ventilation, and a quiet atmosphere, perfect for rest. It also has its own parking lot, making parking very convenient. The hotel's partnership with the property management offers discounted parking, which is an amazing deal! It really solved a huge problem for me in Beijing!!! They also offer luggage storage. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and helpful! The manager was quick to resolve issues and very professional. Overall, it provided an excellent stay.

This hotel deserves a five-star rating! We arrived early in the morning, well before the afternoon check-in time, and the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating. They quickly arranged for our room to be ready and even helped us with a package delivery. After a long journey, being able to get into our room and rest early was truly thoughtful. Every staff member we encountered throughout our stay was smiling and genuinely friendly. Based on this exceptional service alone, I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, with a fridge, smart toilet, smart speaker, and electric curtains in the room. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym. However, there's only one elevator, so expect a wait during peak hours. The room has a balcony, but the soundproofing could be improved. Hygiene: Up to standard, no obvious flaws, but there's room for improvement. Environment: Located on a corner at a crossroads, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The subway station is right downstairs, and Changying Tianjie shopping mall is just across the street. Very convenient. However, the window faces an office building, which is quite close. Service: Excellent. Quick response and a great attitude. They even upgraded my room proactively. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options.

The hotel boasts an elegant atmosphere and is fully equipped. The front desk staff are responsive and friendly, and the housekeeping is meticulous. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Overall, it's a warm and comfortable stay, highly recommended.

This hostel was a truly difficult experience to review. The soundproofing was poor, and the entire hotel seemed to be a single-story space divided into small rooms. It felt like the hostel was a later conversion, where bathrooms were removed to fit beds. For the first two days of my stay, only one bathroom was operational. The other two were sealed with clear tape. Later, the tape was removed, but a 'Do Not Use' sign remained, leading me to suspect they decide how many bathrooms to open based on the number of guests. And the bathroom doors couldn't be closed!!!! Couldn't be closed!!!!! There was nowhere to put toiletries!!!!!! I had to put them on the floor, and the door was pulled open twice while I was showering.... What's up with that?? The toilets were squat-style, but the hygiene level was never clean, despite constant cleaning. I couldn't see any improvement in the public areas. There were only two sinks in the women's restroom, and they had standing water and a slight odor throughout my stay. Stepping out of the restroom immediately meant stepping into water, with a 50% chance of splashing. My roommates were mostly quiet, which was great. You have to make your own bed with sheets and duvet covers, and they check the cleanliness after you check out. There's a high turnover of guests. The quality of the sheets and duvet covers was good, and I didn't encounter any bugs during my 5-day stay. In summary, I'd recommend it for a brief stopover, but as a hostel, the overall experience was quite poor. A private room with an en-suite bathroom would be much better.

Every year when I return to Beijing, I always book this hotel from my past orders. It's not that other hotels aren't good, but this one consistently exceeds my expectations with its exceptional service. What left the deepest impression this time was when I arrived late at night, the front desk attendant immediately offered me a bottle of water. It might seem like a small gesture, but it genuinely warmed my heart. Then, she mentioned that my room was a bit small for my large suitcase and upgraded me directly, which I was incredibly grateful for. There was also a kind gentleman, smiling, who helped us with our luggage, asking if we were tired and insisting on taking our bags to the room so we could rest. Oh, and because my room didn't include breakfast, the front desk attendant gave me two complimentary breakfast vouchers. For two people who haven't been back to China for a long time and missed Chinese food, this was an incredibly, incredibly, incredibly thoughtful and cherished gesture, and it's why I wanted to write this positive review. The room hygiene was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. I even ran into the gentleman who helped with my luggage, and he told me to eat more. This hotel truly embodies warmth and human touch. I will definitely stay here again next time I return to China. I'm not sure if this counts as a strictly 'good' review, but it's genuinely a hotel that deserves to be discovered. Please excuse my not-so-perfect Chinese in this review, thank you.
