I came to Jingxi with my classmates for vacation and photo shooting. The hotel service is really great. The front desk guys and girls are very patient and meticulous. They introduced us to the scenes around the hotel that are easy to shoot. They also took us to familiarize ourselves with the internal environment of the hotel and gave us a lot of tolerance. I am really grateful. The hotel environment is very good and comfortable. The vinyl theme room we booked has vinyl and record players. The decoration design is very good, and the furniture configuration is also very new. Living in the hotel really has a super holiday a**osphere! I hope I will have a chance to stay here next time I come to Jingxi!

As an express hotel under InterContinental, it's really good. Since I was traveling with my child, I made a request during check-in, and the young man at the front desk spent quite some time helping me sort it out. I'm very grateful. The room facilities are better than typical express hotels. What's especially great is the full-length mirror; many express hotels nowadays only have a vanity mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast has a coffee machine and a decent variety of food. Before leaving, you just scan the QR code at the front desk and enter your license plate number for free parking. The parking lot isn't huge, but it's sufficient, and there's almost no one parked on the south side of the building. From the room, you can see Shijingshan on the opposite side, as well as Shougang's blast furnaces. Actually, there's also a Holiday Inn inside Shougang, which I originally booked, but I canceled it due to parking issues – not only was it more expensive, but it seemed like a hassle.

Traveling with my child to Shijingshan, I was consistently impressed with the hotel's service, from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Check-in was quick, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a great variety. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing.

Every time I take my children to visit Mentougou, I will stay at this hotel. The business is bustling. There is a new commercial center opposite. It is very close to various attractions by car. There is free parking at the entrance of the hotel. The front desk service is friendly, clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable.

The location is great, with plenty of dining options nearby. Free parking is available, though you might need to drive down to B3 to find a spot. The elevator signs are very clear and easy to follow. The service is excellent; the front desk staff are warm and polite, and even the cleaning aunties greet you主动. The room is spacious, clean, and quiet, with good water pressure for a comfortable shower, and even music, which was a super enjoyable touch. Breakfast was quite rich, with a good variety of choices. I do have one suggestion: please provide a dedicated dryer. The washer-drydryer combo doesn't work very well; clothes come out wrinkled like pickled vegetables, and it takes ages to iron them flat. Jinjiang hotels are excellent in all other aspects—the rooms, beds, and bedding are on par with or even better than Hanting and Orange hotels. There's really no need to fall short when it comes to laundry services, especially since even Ibis provides commercial washers and dryers. A premium laundry service is essential and could definitely influence guests' choices.

I've stayed at many hotels from this brand before and generally had good experiences. However, my stay at this particular hotel from the same brand was extremely disappointing. It was, arguably, one of the worst check-in experiences ever. I was moved to two different rooms, and in both, all the showerheads were broken. The complimentary miniature shower gel seemed to have been used by a previous guest. After speaking with the front desk, they provided a new set of toiletries. When showering, even after adjusting the water to a comfortable temperature, the water suddenly turned scalding hot mid-shower. Luckily, I reacted quickly; otherwise, I probably would've been scalded. This happened in both rooms. When I contacted customer service, they actually told me to adjust the water temperature constantly. Seriously, who sets the water temperature for a shower and then has to be prepared to readjust it at any moment? I'm here to stay at a hotel, not to be their water temperature technician.

The smart facilities were very comfortable, and getting around was super convenient. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, quite large with great natural light. The bed was especially comfortable. I'm very satisfied; it was an excellent stay!
