"Checked in today and we were told the rooftop bar is not open yet which is very disappointing. After 4 years of construction the hotel does not seem ready for occupancy as our room outlets are missing and the main amenities are not available. No compensation was offered. Parking is a hassle and the front door is not easy to access. We had to open heavy doors while trying to carry luggage thru."

"The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the Pearl Street pedestrian mall; which is why we chose the hotel. Room was very comfortable, also clean and quiet. A very good value compared to other hotels that are close to Pearl Street. The only downside: no breakfast in the morning, only coffee. Recommended for a stay for Pearl Street browsing."
