Between each guest stay our beach homes are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized & inspected. All of our in-house housekeepers are trained in our proprietary ‘Sparkling Clean’ cleaning process and as of 2025 every beach house contains at least one floor-cleaning Robot on-site. Our staff also includes a full-time licensed Builder, so if an unlikely maintenance issue does occur, you can feel confident it will be fixed fast! As further commitment to delivering an exceptional stay a ‘Quality Assurance Inspection’ occurs prior to arrival. Pet Friendly Guidelines:We love dogs and are happy to have your four-legged family members join you. Due to additional detailed cleaning required following a pet stay we do request a fee of $25 per night. Please note:• One dog max • Some breeds may not be permitted due to insurance restrictions • This fee does not include excessive pet hair removal, stain removal on fabrics or droppings pick-upGuest accessGuests have access to the entire home and property.
