This newly opened Starway Hotel is a pleasant surprise! The front desk service is enthusiastic and efficient, the check-in is fast, and the facilities are introduced proactively. The first impression is perfect.
The room is brand new and clean, the design is modern and simple, the facilities are complete and the degree of intelligence is good. The best thing is the bedding. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, the pillow is comfortable, the bedding is clean and skin-friendly, and there is no pressure to sleep all night.
The service is online as a whole, the response is timely, the staff is friendly, and the new store is full of vitality. Although there are not many types of breakfast, the quality is good, combining Chinese and Western, the taste is delicious, and it can meet the needs. I especially like the hot food stall, and the freshly cooked noodles are very heartwarming.
The parking lot is spacious and convenient, and the location is right next to the hotel. It is very friendly to self-driving guests and safe and guaranteed.
As a new store, the brand new hardware and clean environment are the biggest advantages, coupled with good service and comfortable accommodation experience, the cost performance is very high. I will choose here next time I come to Bachu, highly recommended! 👍

GGuest UserA hotel on the Pamir Plateau passing through Bachu. The price/performance ratio and service are quite satisfactory. It is clean and tidy. The room is 30 square meters and is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is included. When checking out, the lady at the front desk also reminded me whether to issue an invoice. I was worried that it would be troublesome to fill in the message, so I added WeChat. Attentive service. Overall, the experience was great. After checking out, I went to the room to take photos and comment.
