I arrived at the store at 12 o'clock yesterday and left the store at 2 o'clock this afternoon. After I lived, I felt a few problems. 1. After arriving at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. We shouted two loudly before a man came over. Then the waiter came over to check in. 2. It rained this afternoon. I was in the room. My family ordered food at the place to eat. It rained very much. I asked the front desk to send an umbrella. At first, I was not willing. I said that I would give it to the tent opposite. People are far away, which means that we live near the lake. It’s okay to rain. 3 Health problems, We ate outside, my son and my sister both saw the chef smoking while cooking, and then we told the waiter about his behavior problem, the waiter actually said that he should smoke after cooking, the kitchen is a smoking place! 4 There is no children to play anything, this homestay is quite boring... It is purely a day of living, there is no sense of value-added, it is the worst experience in all the homestays, the lowest service awareness homestay, if it is more than 40 and does not require the quality of service, You can also go to play, young people are not suitable at all, the overall service awareness is very low.

Needs improvement: the room did not put paper. The shower can't be adjusted by a hot and cold shower, either hot or cold, and the shower head on the top of the last used found that warm water can be adjusted. Mainly called the waiter halfway to see and was told that was the case, as if we would not use it... a bit speechless.

The only thing I can't understand is that when it rains outside, the toilets 402 and 403 where we stayed originally started to bulge with water, and the sewer cover kept jumping up, making two sounds one after another. The customer service told us that this is what happens when it rains. It'll be fine once the rain stops. I was worried about it raining all night and considered driving the next day, so I finally changed to a room on the 5th floor that would not be affected by the rain.
