The room is clean and tidy, very close to the ancient city, it is very convenient to walk in the past, the environment is also very elegant ⋯⋯ especially the hotel's service is the highlight, the front desk staff are very polite and enthusiastic, especially Xiaozhuang, enthusiastically tell us where to go shopping and where to eat ⋯⋯ like 👍

I took two children to stay in the parent-child family theme room. The room was arranged with a childlike room, a doll, a small tent bed, and a special children's toiletries and small slippers. The details were full. As soon as the children arrived in the room, they were excited to roll on the bed and spend their homes in the tent. It’s also close to OCT, 10 minutes drive, good night porridge back to the hotel, this trip is happy for children, adults are also relaxed, summer vacation to Xiangyang travel is recommended!

This hotel was recommended by a friend and I went there with the intention of giving it a try. The result was completely beyond my expectation. The front office service is very good. They will explain the details when checking in. When I need something, the response speed is very fast and the problem can be solved in basically 5 minutes. , the parking lot is free, and eating downstairs is also very convenient. I almost forgot, they also have a gym. From the decoration to the service, I think there is no choice. I will definitely stay here to play games with friends later. By the way, the Internet and The equipment is also great👍, it’s perfect, Amway gives it to all my friends~

Quanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say the reception team truly made my experience unforgettable. From the morning shift to the evening and even late at night, every single one of them was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. They were always ready to help with a smile, no matter the time or situation. You can really feel that they love what they do their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Each interaction was filled with kindness and respect, and that made all the difference. A big thank you to the amazing ladies at the front desk your positive energy and hospitality made my stay far better than I could’ve imagined. You’re the heart of this hotel!

This is my second time staying at the Ramada in Xiangyang. The overall experience is great. The room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The only shortcoming is the old problem before, the air conditioning is not very powerful, and the temperature can't be lowered. The overall cost performance is very high and it is worth recommending.

The experience of bringing a baby is great! The hotel is very friendly to the parent-child family. It has reserved a quiet floor in advance. It also provides children's toiletries and bed circumference. The details are full. The room is spacious, the children are free to move, and the hygiene is in place, so there is no need to worry about hygiene. There are parent-child attractions around, and the staff also recommended restaurants and routes suitable for children, which is very intimate. Breakfast has a child-only meal, balanced nutrition, excellent overall experience, parent-child travel is highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with the hotel service. The receptionist was very welcoming and proactively upgraded my room, which I appreciated. The facilities were complete, the air conditioning worked very well, and the hotel has a large parking lot, making it very convenient to get in and out. It's excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.

Nestled beside the moat and ancient city walls, the hotel boasts a tranquil and elegant environment with a charming courtyard and clean, spacious public areas. Guest rooms are meticulously clean, odor-free, and well-maintained. Staff are attentive and responsive. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, making it a great choice for travel or a short stay – definitely worth returning to!

Location: The hotel is on Tanxi Road, a ten-minute walk to North Street. There is a bus stop, a convenience store and a restaurant next to it, as well as a shopping mall, which makes it very convenient for traveling and eating. Facilities: The room is clean, with all the daily necessities, and a self-service laundry room. You can dry the clothes after washing. There is also a small clothes drying rack in the room, and the Wi-Fi signal in the room is stable. Dining: I give a thumbs up to the hotel's breakfast, which is rich in variety but not fancy, more practical, and cost-effective. The small cakes in the afternoon tea are also good, and there are macarons that children like. Service: The staff I met were very friendly, and they gave small toys to the children when I left. Thank you very much! Whether it is a parent-child trip or a personal trip, this hotel is worth recommending.
