The environment is good, the guy in the hotel is very nice, we have fried eggs for breakfast and Parma ham, and there are many amusement facilities, table tennis, table football, swings, etc., suitable for family outings, there are also great Italian restaurants nearby. Very cost-effective!

GGuest UserSuperior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

AAmieGreat location just off the A1. Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us. The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

GGuest User私に与えられた部屋は　受け付けから400mほど離れているビルの2階にありました。エレベーター内には1階の押しボタンしかなくて　1階から2階に行くドアには鍵がかかっていて2階に行けません。エレベーター内の記載をよく読むと　与えられたカードでタッチするとエレベーターは2階に上がるようになっていました。確かにそう言うエレベーターはありますね。受け付けで　その事を言われたのかもしれませんが　理解していなくて　しばらく困りました。部屋は清潔で冷蔵庫もありましたが　電気湯沸かし器はなかったです。コーヒーを入れる熱湯は　流しで熱い湯を出して　それを飲みなさいと言うことでしょうか？　ホテルはパルマの中心に位置して　パルマの大聖堂も美術館も期待以上で良かったです。

GGuest UserA delicious small boutique hotel in an optimal location just a few steps from the station and very close to the city centre, reachable simply through the Ducal Park, whose entrance is just in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and breakfast is also satisfactory and provided, and so the cleaning of the rooms. Unlike other reviews, despite my room being at the top floor, I have noticed noise of traffic disturbances and, In response to what others have written, the plasticised towels in the lunch room were not even so dramatic, but, in the ecological sense, much more in line with the new directives that recommend less use of water and detergents. Sometimes people don't know what to say and, for the sake of polemic, they write stupidities. Therefore, a completely pleasant and suitable experience also at unexcessive prices. Thank you.

GGuest UserОстанавливаюсь в этом отеле уже 20 лет. Если приезжаешь на машине - супер удобно - большая парковка, чистый воздух, Парма рядом, автострада тоже. Отель супер чистый, хоть уже не совсем молодой. Вечером можно поужинать обычной итальянской едой. Завтрак по утрам достаточно богатый, лучше, чем обычно в Италии. За свои деньги (около 100 евро, иногда меньше) очень хорошо.
