Our go-to place whenever we want to have a quick escape. The breakfast buffet is very giving! There are many selections of foods. Friendly staff, fun game room, 3 pools, and a little play area for kids. I haven't tried the gym and other areas. Will surely go back!

Overall, it was a fun experience. I would have loved it more if there were more free activities to enjoy, as the numerous microtransactions can detract from the experience. We enjoyed a pleasant boat ride leading up to the resort, and the jeepney transfers were fun, though a bit time-consuming as we had to wait a long time to be picked up and taken to the venue. The Standard Hotel Rooms were a bit old but very spacious, easily accommodating four people. The bathroom was excellent, which was a nice surprise. The activity staff were very helpful and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience.

It was not the hotel staycation that we expected it to be and for me it was a terrible experience booking my family into this accommodation and having an event in the place. We have been to other budget hotels / accommodations before, but all we have been to were completely organised and clean, and unfortunately this hotel says otherwise. Their function hall may house about 50 to 70 guests comfortably and perhaps more than this number will be too constraint given you have the stage, food counters, sounds & lights, etc to consider too. When we visited the hall, it has a distinctive smell on which we couldn't identify, but it was definitely unlikeable and their carpets were immensely dirty. The lobby was casual yet I would say it's comfortable, but one thing that perplexed me was that they only open the aircon when we arrived and has to ask for it too (not sure if this is the same practice on other hotels), but I was just surprised that this is not one of hotel standards. We have booked three Superior rooms and our family were overly excited for the staycation as we came all the way from Bulacan and it was the very first time that we will be together in a hotel stay. Regrettably, the rooms were utterly smelly (amoy kulob), and the toilets were significantly dirty. There were numerous water stains and my mother found an empty shampoo sachet on which indicated that the toilet were not properly cleaned. Bath tubs were unhygienic too and the sink sadly were clogged. My mother was very particular with the cleanliness of the place as she herself has used to work in Housekeeping department so it dismayed her when she saw that the rooms and the toilets were not sanitized well. It was not being too fussy or inconsiderate, but we had two children (1 is a baby) and senior citizens with us so good sanitation of the place was truly vital for us.. The staff were not in uniform, so they cannot be distinguished with the other guests too, not unless they were in the front desk area. Nevertheless, I have to commend the staff as they were polite and helpful, especially the gentleman who helped me out to print my documents needed for the event. This review is not to tarnish the name of the hotel, but for them to improve the service and accommodations (amenities & facilities) and to alert the management to strive more to establish certain standards in the hotel to attract potential guests and should not be complacent so that they can give the best hospitality they can. I really hope that they can work things out and push more to achieve excellent results and good reviews.

Great place to stay when in Calamba. Very new, clean and cozy. Staff is very friendly always offering greetings. Near the freeway for easy access to and from daily excursions. Only about an hour from Manila. 7-11 across the street. Jolibee and other restaurants nearby. Cafe in hotel had really good breakfast. Nice pool but I was unable to use it. Only downfall is the hallways lack soundproof materials so activities in the hallway are amplified. Very quiet at night but mornings can be noisy if you plan to sleep in. Suggest earplugs. I will actually miss this little gem.

My brother was getting married and since the family was scattered from different places, I got us rooms to gather our big family and extended families for the wedding as well as to celebrate the last bachelor hours of my brother. I booked via a hotel booking site and found out that the rooms I booked were not wheel chair friendly but the staff was kind enough to upgrade us for a minimal fee and so we were able to get nicer rooms. The hotel was really cozy and my nephew and 3 year old niece and nephew twins enjoyed swimming. Everyone enjoyed swimming. Our rooms have patio doors leading up to the swimming pool area which is lovely. The food was delectable. Although for the breakfast, everything seems to be complete (salad station, egg station, cereal station etc etc) however, I found the choices of viand to be lacking, but maybe it was just me. I was basically your “sinangag” girl looking for more dish to fit with my fried egg and my breakfast rice. I mean, the sausage was ok but the arroz ala cubana was a bit “off” for me to be in the breakfast menu. In any case, everything that was served was tasty. Yes, including the arroz ala cubana. How can I complain to that? Everyone had a good night’s sleep although we did have some trouble with our air conditioner before we left. A minor setback but I guess this is something that they should take a look at. They also offer free and paid shuttle services especially if you are going to Enchanted Kingdom and nearby attractions. You just have to get in touch with reception. The crew and staff are amazing and they make you feel warm and welcome. I am glad that I also booked the newly weds here. I really didn’t expect a place like this in Sta Rosa considering it’s location. I would stay here again if I need to be a day or two in Sta Rosa.

Cons: 1. The hotel room and facilities are quite old. Maybe its about time to replace the wallpapers in the rooms, the tables on the dining area on the ground floor. Things like that. 2. We stayed in the 7th floor, which is the top most next to the penthouse. The penthouse, I believe, is a ******. There were times I could here tables being moved upstairs, not sure, but there were noises coming from upstairs. 3. There were two of us who stayed in the same room but only got one keycard. 4. The water from the shower, although already set into HOT, would suddenly switch to normal water temperature then cold then hot again. 5. No safety feature in the big window in our room, which means we could entirely open it wide. Its a risk especially when there's a child. Pros 1. Towels are clean and appears new, sheets are clean. Bed is comfy. 2. Hotel staffs were nice and accomodating. 3. The buffet breakfast is good. Love the pasta. Maybe they could expand the place, though. 4. Nice location. Its accesible. Its near a hospital and a mall. 5. Smooth check-in/check-out. Although they didn't double checked if there were belongings left behind in our room. Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights btw. Would I come back if the need arises? Maybe.

Chateau Bleu is not a 5 star hotel but there's a warm homey feel to it that makes you want to stay longer. It's like a huge bed and breakfast with nice added amenities. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day 2 night stay with my husband and two young children. We stayed at the main building of the hotel. We arrived 30 minutes before check-in time but they gladly welcomed us to our room since they were able to prepare it early. The staff are accomodating and kind. The management is thoughtful about our needs. The room was not big but the benefit of staying in the building is that the service was fast. We ordered for food, ice buckets and other needs and it was taken to us in record time. The room is also very clean. I also love the fountains and well maintained garden around the pool. The hotel itself is not that big but the pool is very large. The temperature of the pool is just right and the surroundings complements the entire feel of the place - you have a view of Mt. Makiling and at night, a blanket of stars to look up to. There's also a hot spring indoor jacuzzi. A bit hot but tolerable - even for my smallest kid. We checked in during the Holy Week so breakfast was a hybrid of ala carte and buffet. The hotel is a stone throw away from Calamba City and we went to church and museo ni Rizal. There is also a lot of places to visit given the University Town of UP Los Banos.

We were looking forward to stay here because it is one of the popular hotel in the area. The rooms are quite pricey, almost same level of some hotels in Manila. However I am quite disappointed because I feel like the price is not justified with the facilities. The room itself is quite old. Good thing the bed was very nice. The wifi sucked, the wifi at nearby motel is actually better than here. The buffet breakfast is very nice though, with decent choices. There was a water dispenser in the floor but during our stay it was not refilled. The personnel are very polite. Not sure if we will stay here again.

First and foremost, Glen should be the ✨ Employee of the Year✨ 🥇 According to him, they are short-staffed, so he's the only one taking and serving the orders (we were in one of the cottages). Although, I did see that there were wait staff in the restaurant, but yes, he was the only one running around to take care of the orders from the cottages. 🥇 Even though his plate was full (figuratively and literally) with all the customers he's handling, he was attentive to our requests and was approachable and patient when we asked him to take our photos several times. He asked if we want him to put the cake we brought to their refrigerator in the meantime, and he gave us extra plastic containers for our take outs - these, among a few other kind gestures, just show how much thought he puts into his work. Clearly, he takes pride in his job. 🥇There was a misunderstanding with the Day Tour fee. We were told on the official FB Messenger that we don't need to pay that if we're to dine in and not use their pools. They also confirmed that we can take photos around and stay for as long as we like since we rented a cottage. But upon occupying the cottage, Glen asked us for the Day Tour Fee, and upon discussion and review of the Messenger conversation, he said it's all good, and we don't need to pay since it was what we're informed with during the booking process. No one admitted to the mistake, but Glen assured us that there's nothing to worry about. The cottages was supposedly for Day Tour guests only. For the price they ask their customers to pay, they should improve on a couple of things: 1. Alignment and coordination of staff - if the staff I was talking to when booking for this occasion was well-informed about the Day Tour fee, then there wouldn't be any misunderstanding, as I can and am willing to pay, if that's something I needed to settle to get in, of course. At least, they took accountability of their mistake (although, no one admitted to the mistake as per Glen). 2. We went to the bar to order iced coffee for the five of us. The male barista was taking and making other orders when we approached him. He then listed our orders and asked us to give the piece of paper to Glen because according to him, all our orders should be through him. However, Glen was no where to be found. We looked around for a bit before we decided to ask the female staff behind the counter. We told that the barista asked us to give our orders to Glen, but we can't find him, so we asked her what should we do next. That's when the barista said that he will give our orders to Glen, and the other staff seconded. However, in the first place, why would you ask a paying customer to go look for the wait staff to order food that you're selling as a business? Why would you ask a customer to take an extra step on purchasing your goods and services? You should make it super easy for your customers to spend money on your business, not the other way around. We were told by the female staff

GGuest UserI am from the U.S. I was there visiting friends in San Pablo.I stayed a month. The facility is directly on Sampolac lake, Very beautiful building with nice rooms with large shower and pool. I was the only guest as it was not tourist season. Made to order egg breakfast tasty, but not fancy. I did have to ask that the hot water be turned on. Internet was marginal at best during that time. Cleaning staff of young people very friendly. They did a good job. I seemed to get a nice discount and asked to pay when I departed. Very trusting. I will look forward to staying there again.

MMaps23486813367Beautiful setting, beautiful pool, friendly staff. Overall, our stay was good But many things weren’t good. The room was very small and mostly clean but some things like the back of the bathroom door looked like it had never been cleaned. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower drained very slowly and overfilled, the Wi fi didn’t work and the TV reception was bad. The bed was fine but the bed sheet only came up to our belly button. When you pulled it up more it came out at the bottom. Had to sleep with my feet out the bottom and the sheet to my chest. The room had 2 nice white towels. When we asked for pool towels we were told that they only had room towels and we would have to pay extra for towels to use at the pool. When we checked in and asked about our scheduled trip to the falls we were told that the falls were Still closed and and wouldn’t open for a while. No one mentioned that part when we booked our reservation. Long beautiful drive from Manila to see the falls but only saw the hotel.

A little bit disappointed lang kasi ‘yung tv walang signal for youtube pero it doesn’t make our stay less of amazing. May problem lang kami at first because of bookings pero natulungan naman kami ng staff especially ng customer service ng trip.com. Kudos to you, guys! GGuest UserThe staff is polite and attentive to your needs. There is ample parking at the back of the building. That’s about the only good things about it. The wifi is fast and strong if you’re at the lobby and even at the hallways of the second floor, but the wifi gets weak and later disappears inside the room. Using your own mobile data is not helpful because the signal is 3G. The LTE signal is in and out. The standard room is quite basic. No cable or satellite TV service. Only a TV Plus digital TV receiver and a small Hanabishi LCD TV. The bathroom has the usual amenities but no water heater. That’s OK for the hot and humid season, but not in the cooler months. There is a towel, soap and tissue roll. The worst part is that the national highway is in front of the hotel. There is absolutely no soundproofing of any kind. Starting midnight, all sorts of road noise wakes me up several times. The passing of vehicles with modified mufflers of jeepneys, motorcycle and cars that make it noisy and trucks who honk very loudly woke me up many times. Even my colleagues who are in the rooms on the inner part of are awoken by the same noises. This is cause for poor quality rest and sleep. We will never come back here.

GGuest UserGood value for money, spacious room, large serving of free breakfast, food quite good. the location is in front of Metromall, the hotel is on the 3rd floor of divimart which will be soon be Puregold per hotel info. Stayed there for 2 days to attend our Aunt's vigil and burial. Our experience would have been really nice, except for the situation ,that during checkout, they have been asking my brother who occupied a separate room from us, for a piece of teaspoon which according to them is missing, it took about more than 30 minutes, for which it could not be accounted. The backside of it is, since they don't have any restaurant/mess hall , the food is delivered to the room and they don't provide teaspoon for the coffee included for breakfast, hence the teaspoon in question might have been included in the used silverware when the kitchen staff picked them up. Delivery of food not on time and with incomplete cutleries. Had to pay for a missing cutlery which could not be accounted. It is quite an embarrassing situation, money is not an issue but being questioned for a piece of cutlery and held before checkout... whew... that is a first for us who are seasoned travellers, hence the rating.
