Great
GGuest UserMore biased, breakfast is relatively simple, the smell of the room in the middle of the night is too heavy, half of the room is changed.
There are fewer hotel people and the supporting design is basically there.
The room is relatively large and OK.
GGuest UserEvery hotel I've stayed at this was the worst. The first room I was in the curtain was hanging down. I couldn't call the front office, because it was not a phone in the room. So I had to walk down the, it was a far way for me no elevator. The young lady at the front office was very helpful and nice. She said I'll move you to another room. Got to the second room the security latch was loose, you really needed the maintenance person to come and fix it. Well they don't have maintenance at night. So the young lady said, I'll try and tighten it, she couldn't because she didn't have the right tools. She tried getting me to another room, by then I was frustrated, I told her thank you for everything. I don't think I would have scheduled another night but it was to late. I was so disappointed.
GGuest UserIt has a nice environment in an elegant jungle, but it's a pity that it's next to the highway and a bit noisy. The waiter's attitude is good, but the efficiency is too slow. Maybe we are asking too much.
PprettyliuThank you Trip.com butler Xiao Wu for recommending this hotel to us 😊! We lived in a two-bedroom suite, the room was spacious and comfortable, the living room had a small open kitchen, the kitchen utensils were complete, the health was very good, the hotel front desk service was very intimate, see our luggage, specially arranged the room on the first floor, thank you 😊! The hotel has a TARGET supermarket in a business district. The daily necessities are all available. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Macy's and other commercial bodies. It is very suitable for self-driving travel and family reunification. In short, this is a very successful stay experience. I will definitely stay again if I have the opportunity.
SSharondaOverall I love the hotel. The bed is ok. The breakfast was excellent! What I don’t like is paying $20 per day for parking and having to pay $4.95 per day for Wi-Fi.
GGuest UserIt’s was an enjoyable experience, every where was neat and cordial. Nice ambiance, staffs where exceptional especially the staff Anya she was amazing,a life saver and friendly. But I wasn’t satisfied with the buffet breakfast service.
CCathyThe place was amazing. The employees were awesome, very friendly and courteous. The only thing I didn’t like was check in time was at 4 o’clock, but it was conveniently located for Stone Mountain and we got an Van service from the Hotel to take us to the laser light show which saved us a lot of time in travel And Eddie was our driver and he was amazing
GGuest UserDon’t let pictures of the outside fool you! After reading many reviews I took a chance on this place and I’m glad I did! The outside is nothing special but the inside is top tier. The lobby is nice, and the room was excellent! Everything was clean. The shower was updated to a walk in glass shower that looked brand new. The water was hot. There was a refrigerator and when I called the front desk about a microwave they brought one to my room, no problem! The A/C worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Again, clean! Never saw a bug or anything you may be worried about staying in a lower end hotel. The only thing I’d say be prepared for is they require a $100 deposit. I wasn’t aware of that until check in. But you’ll get it back within a few days of checking out.
If you need an affordable, & clean place to stay. This is it.
Oh, and there’s a package store within walking distance for those of us who like an adult beverage to end our day. ;)
