"I traveled alone, and the location was really good and the service was great :) With the free pass card provided by the hotel, you can go to the Dolomites for free! Since transportation is free, it was nice to be able to stop by a nearby monastery. It might be a little hot in the middle of summer because there is no air conditioning, but I liked it because the daily temperature range is big! Thanks to you, I really enjoyed my trip to Bressanone. I will definitely come back next time."

"We stayed with our two children (aged 4 and 5) in a Family Suite Superior for five nights in February (all-inclusive-style board, around €1,215 per night) and left with a good overall impression. This is a brand-new hotel with attractive architecture and a genuinely cozy feel, set in a quiet, secluded spot — you can tell straight away it was built with families in mind. The standout is the pool area. It's excellent and works for every age group, from babies to adults, with good slides and the option to swim from the indoor pool out to the open air. It isn't a full water park, but for a hotel it's simply great — this is where our family spent most of its time. The room was also very well suited to families: comfortable, with a spacious balcony and a lovely view. Another big plus is the transfer to the Plose slopes — we tried tobogganing there, and the sled run was fantastic, easily one of the highlights of the whole trip. I won't gloss over the downsides, though. The restaurant clearly still needs work: on several occasions we waited about 15 minutes at dinner before anyone noticed us, the breakfast menu never changes, and the dinner offering is rather boring for a hotel at this level. There's also not much for children who want to stay with their parents — if a child doesn't want to join the activities on their own, by around the third day they get bored, and the evening animation is fairly weak. Booking was a struggle too: rooms kept appearing and disappearing in the system. Even so, for a new resort of this standard — with a superb pool, a peaceful setting and winter activities right there — the price is competitive by South Tyrol standards. I'd recommend it to families who value a calm, high-quality environment, a great pool and skiing or sledding nearby — just don't expect gourmet food or strong kids' animation."

"Beautiful hotel. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Spacious rooms with all the mod cons, including a coffee machine and a large selection of drinks in the mini bar. Extremely comfy beds and great quality linen. Parking is easy and secure. Extremely professional and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the lady serving breakfast was absolutely fabulous, so polite, friendly and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"The hotel is situated above Brixen in the vineyards, offering a beautiful view of the town. Unfortunately, a bus only runs once an hour to and from Brixen, and the last bus departs at 7:15 pm, which is quite early for summer. Walking back to the hotel can be quite strenuous as the path is very steep. Aside from a sauna on the rooftop terrace, there are no recreational activities available. The rooms lack air conditioning and are shaded from the sun by thick curtains. The food is very good, including the breakfast, which is served at a wide variety of options. A glass of Prosecco and some fish would be nice additions. If you can't eat everything, which is usually the case, the leftovers have to be thrown away. This is a shame, as it's no longer acceptable in this day and age, given the need to protect the environment and reduce food waste."

Old World charm from moment traveler sees outside entrance wall etching of what people “thought” elephant looked like before ever seeing one; hence, excitement over Suliman 16th c. Single rooms small, twin bed, simply decorated, exceedingly welcoming. Get over needing big room; you are one person! Crisp white bedding, spotlessly clean, large sparkling bath. Room 37 (2nd fl), windows open to take breath away view of snow capped alps, green leafed trees, birds singing. Heat/AC not needed in April; mild days, cool nights. Pleasant staff. Two min stroll to downtown area."

"Everything was fine, the service was very friendly, the breakfasts fully met our expectations, the ski boot dryers were excellent, the room was spacious, and in the evenings, you could use the hall with sofas. The only thing to consider is the very slow elevator, and even if you wanted to go to -1, it always stopped at level 0, requiring you to go back to level -1. A very pleasant stay, and a very good location – the bus to Plose stops right next to the hotel, and the city center is only a few minutes' walk away."

"The room was large and beautiful, and the location was actually quite good. It was within walking distance of Brixen's bus and train stations (though I would recommend taking the bus if you have luggage). There was also a sauna (although it was a mixed-use facility, thankfully I didn't encounter any people there). It was a pity I didn't get to have breakfast, but the apple juice in the room was delicious. The restaurants around were also quite good, and it was especially convenient to get to Funes, which only took half an hour!"
