"We stayed just one night, but we were disappointed by the services offered on the hotel's website, which were nowhere near the truth. It was in the middle of high season. The pool was closed for renovations, the spa didn't exist, the rooms were mediocre with no chairs to sit on, and there was nothing near the facilities."

"Stayed in the very spacious King suit on second floor. Room was clean and ready for early check-in. Breakfast was a great spread of sausage, egg, seasoned home fries, with pancakes, cereals, juices, coffees and teas. Pool was warm enough with a fitness centre on our floor. Service all around fantastic! Will definitely book our future stays with them once again!"

"We arrived at 1:30 AM because we hadn't noticed the hotel's check-in deadline was 10 PM. So we called the emergency number outside the hotel. Thankfully, the staff woke up and checked us in, despite being disturbed. We're so sorry and so grateful!"
