Important Notes & House Rules• Check-In Information: Provided via email once a copy of a valid ID and signed rental agreement are received.• Security: The driveway and exterior entry points are monitored by security cameras. No cameras are located near private or recreational areas.• Supplies: A starter set of essentials is provided (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a few trash bags, dish soap, laundry pods, paper towels, etc.) to get you through the first day or two.• Check-In: After 4:00 PM• Check-Out: By 10:00 AM• Minimum Age to Book: 25 years. The primary guest must be present throughout the stay.• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home and on the property.
