"Love this place ! Stayed 3 separate times. Once last year and twice this year. Nicest hotel so far in china I’ve been to. Honestly can’t beat this hotel for the price. I went before the 7 day holiday and during it. Was way more expensive during it but still amazing Modern, friendly, great bathrooms, customer service and an insane breakfast Wife mentioned we are repeat customers and they gave us free spa coupon which was great."

The sauna, children's playground, and swimming pool are common. The children's playground is not big and is only suitable for children under 3 years old. There is no free drinking water in the hot spring, so it is best to bring your own bottle of water. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed in the steaming area. The beds in other rooms are also relatively comfortable, and the hygiene is OK. There is a humidifier in the room, and there is direct drinking water next to the kettle. Children's bathrobes and toiletries can be provided. The service attitude is very good.

Convenient transportation, the hotel is built on the mountain, surrounded by green plants, like a natural oxygen bar, the lobby is spacious and bright, the reception staff is particularly warm, and the check-in is fast and intimate. The private soup room I booked was super pleasant, the room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable and comparable to five stars, the pool water temperature was just right, the water quality was clear, and the whole body was relaxed after soaking. There is also a heated swimming pool and a steaming room in the public area. It is too romantic to go to the outdoor pool at night. Service, health, environment are OK, the facilities have individual damage but the impact is not big, the first floor bath center and the lobby are shared public areas, the bath smell is not very good, if you can open the door separately, overall the price is good. The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️

PPaulI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.
