Hanting Hotels in Chengdu

Staying at this hotel when visiting Chengdu was incredibly convenient! The location is fantastic, right at the start of the pedestrian street, making it super easy to catch a taxi. It's a quick walk to the climbing panda sculpture, and getting to the Sanxingdui Museum and Giant Panda Breeding Research Base by tourist bus is a breeze. There are tons of restaurants and malls nearby, so dining and shopping are no problem. The room was very clean, the facilities were new, and there were no strange odors. The housekeeping staff cleaned daily, and all the service personnel were friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast had everything you'd expect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

The room has a very small window, which is uncomfortable, and it seemed to me that the renovations were quite recent. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs where you can grab a snack. However, be prepared that they don't accept cards (even UnionPay)—there's simply no terminal... so set up Alipay. Stayed for a night at this hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities that one would need. Breakfast was good. It’s a 10 minute car ride to the train station. Overall a no-frills hotel that is very value for money. Would consider staying again.

The most important problem is that the door card cannot be fixed to the floor they should go to, so there will be inexplicable little cards appear, the office is too crowded, the takeaway can only put the takeaway on the first floor, the robot is inconvenient to deliver the takeaway, and the front desk and other staff deliver one by one, I feel tired for them. In the end, it is still the problem that hotel managers should solve, how to discuss with the office to limit the use of the door card floor, should be solved early, otherwise sooner or later problems will arise.

The room is warm, comfortable and clean. It is very close to the subway station. The traffic is very convenient. The breakfast is also very good. The front desk service is also very good. Great service, staff allowed us to check in earlier to an upgraded room that was available (with additional upgrade fee). Staff helped to tidy the room at our request and was very helpful to us when we had questions with our travels. Breakfast was good and had a varied selection.Bed was comfortable with 2 types of pillows. Room was mostly quiet. Sometimes had sounds from the corridor and neighbouring room. Had smoke smell in the bathroom sometimes coming from the air vent. Room was spacious

The room is quite good, much better than expected, and the service is really good. The principle is responsive. Traveling can be preferred.

This Hanting Hotel, which I chose for this trip, has only been open for a little over a month, and all the facilities are brand new and clean. The location is absolutely fantastic, only about 400 meters from Moziqiao subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to Chunxi Road by public transport. The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive and gentle, maintaining a great attitude throughout. My plans changed that day, and I discussed a late check-out with the front desk, which they handled smoothly. Even with the late check-out, the service wasn't compromised at all; they were still very considerate. The room was comfortable, and the cleaning lady cleaned it promptly every day, keeping it spotless. Overall, it was great value for money. This stay exceeded my expectations. It's so convenient to stay here when traveling, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were polite and enthusiastic. There's really nothing wrong with the hotel itself. However, when I booked through Trip.com, it didn't mention that the window faced an internal corridor, meaning it couldn't be opened for ventilation. When checking in, the staff proactively showed me a room and said I could upgrade to a room with an openable window for an extra 49 yuan, which I reluctantly paid. Thinking about my return trip, where I'd be staying another night, I asked Trip.com if that room would also have a 'fake window' facing an internal corridor, and they confirmed it would. It's quite frustrating that during the off-peak season, not on a holiday, a 290 yuan room can't be ventilated. If you want a room that breathes and doesn't smell stuffy, you have to pay another 49 yuan. I quickly canceled my second reservation!

The room was pink, perfect for young people. It was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a great variety. The subway station, Chunxi Road, and Taikoo Li are all nearby, plus there's a snack street right next door. It was a really good experience, highly recommend! They even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out.
