Hanting Hotels in Chengdu

This Hanting Hotel, which I chose for this trip, has only been open for a little over a month, and all the facilities are brand new and clean. The location is absolutely fantastic, only about 400 meters from Moziqiao subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to Chunxi Road by public transport. The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive and gentle, maintaining a great attitude throughout. My plans changed that day, and I discussed a late check-out with the front desk, which they handled smoothly. Even with the late check-out, the service wasn't compromised at all; they were still very considerate. The room was comfortable, and the cleaning lady cleaned it promptly every day, keeping it spotless. Overall, it was great value for money. This stay exceeded my expectations. It's so convenient to stay here when traveling, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a great location and is very quiet. There's an outdoor tea bar in the lobby, and the breakfast is quite plentiful. The receptionist was very helpful and responsive, exceeding my expectations. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

The room was clean and tidy, with top-notch facilities. There's a shopping area nearby, and the hotel service was excellent with a strong sense of security. The only drawback is the slightly remote location; the subway is quite far, and it takes about ten minutes by taxi to reach Chengdu East Railway Station.

Great service, staff allowed us to check in earlier to an upgraded room that was available (with additional upgrade fee). Staff helped to tidy the room at our request and was very helpful to us when we had questions with our travels. Breakfast was good and had a varied selection.Bed was comfortable with 2 types of pillows. Room was mostly quiet. Sometimes had sounds from the corridor and neighbouring room. Had smoke smell in the bathroom sometimes coming from the air vent. Room was spacious

Come to Sichuan University to play, choose this Hanting is really comfortable ～ opened in the Caribbean Plaza, downstairs is a variety of food shops, morning and evening foraging is super convenient, full of fireworks. The room was clean and tidy, quiet and warm, the bedding was soft and comfortable to live in. The front desk service is gentle and meticulous, making people feel very kind. The location is excellent, close to Sichuan University, whether it is work, play or shopping, it is particularly convenient, and I will choose here next time.

A hotel experience that exceeded my expectations! I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time! This hotel stay was truly a delightful surprise! From check-in onwards, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly completing the formalities while proactively introducing the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. They even thoughtfully offered a welcome drink, instantly relieving my travel fatigue. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, the toiletries were of high quality, and even the hairdryer was high-powered – attention to detail was impeccable. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the staff promptly replenished the food, providing excellent service. The hotel's location is also very convenient, within walking distance of the subway station and shopping areas, making shopping and getting around hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience! I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip!

The hotel is in the office, without a door card can go to different floors, safety risks are quite big, when checking in happened to encounter someone stuffed small cards, and then saw the front desk very helplessly picked up each card and threw it, I and the front table looked at each other, but she helped me upgrade the room. The most important problem is that the door card cannot be fixed to the floor they should go to, so there will be inexplicable little cards appear, the office is too crowded, the takeaway can only put the takeaway on the first floor, the robot is inconvenient to deliver the takeaway, and the front desk and other staff deliver one by one, I feel tired for them. In the end, it is still the problem that hotel managers should solve, how to discuss with the office to limit the use of the door card floor, should be solved early, otherwise sooner or later problems will arise.

I booked this hotel because I was going to see Hua Chenyu's concert. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the stadium, stopping near Huanxipo. After the concert, you could just walk over and get on. The bus also had bottled water and throat lozenges. Back at the hotel, there was even complimentary white fungus soup. The service was excellent! There are also many restaurants nearby. The hotel is newly renovated and very clean. The breakfast also features Chengdu specialties.

The hotel environment is very good, there is a self-service laundry room. Must praise the front desk! The door was warmly greeted, the whole process was smiling, the check-in and check-out speed was super fast, the surrounding routes were consulted, the items were patiently answered, the service was intimate and polite, the journey was instantly warm, 👍 At 6:30, the hotel arranged a free drop-off service, politely helped to wake up at four o'clock, the driver's service was warm and helped with the luggage, sent to the airport door, and the emotional value was full.
