Ibis Hotels in Chengdu

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and found it to be a very convenient option for visiting the city. It is around a 10-minute walk from the metro station and close to a busy shopping street, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The breakfast is mainly Chinese-style, but there are also some continental options available. We also really appreciated the laundry facilities, with washing machines and dryers available, as well as a laundry service, which is especially convenient for longer stays. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. There are a few small maintenance issues that could be improved, but overall we had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

This stay was absolutely perfect, I genuinely recommend it! I came to Chengdu with my elderly parents and booked a king room without breakfast. Originally, they couldn't arrange connecting rooms for us, but the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful. They upgraded our room type for free and even kindly provided four days of complimentary breakfast. The service was meticulous and heartwarming.The hotel's environment and hygiene were excellent. The rooms were cleaned daily on time, and the space was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were complete, equipped with a smart heated toilet and non-slip mats. Hot water came quickly, and the shower pressure was just right, making for a superb living experience.The self-service breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, with dishes updated slightly each day. The food was delicious, with a full range of meat, vegetables, staple foods, and porridges, ensuring both the elderly and children could eat comfortably.The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Metro Line 17, just a 1-minute walk away. Public transport is convenient right outside the door, and taxis are also readily available. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making travel and sightseeing incredibly hassle-free.

There are also numerous dining options nearby, which made it so easy and stress-free to explore and eat after work. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The bathroom was also impeccably clean, with no unpleasant odors, and fully stocked with toiletries that were pleasant to use. From the front desk check-in to room service, every staff member was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. The check-in process was fast, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great, satisfying diverse palates. Overall, this was an extremely satisfying stay with excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm next in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Great hotel a short distance from the East Train station in Chengdu. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Soft towels as well. Teakettle and water included. Great hot water and excellent water pressure. Very good breakfast included. Overall a very nice stay.

My overall stay at Ibis Chengdu Eastern Suburb Memory Jian She Road Hotel was fantastic! The hotel's location near Eastern Suburb Memory gives it a wonderful artistic vibe. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in. They were also very helpful and responsive to all my questions. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it offered a good mix of Western and Chinese options, and the taste was good, meeting basic needs. It's excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu!

My stay exceeded expectations! The front desk staff was very friendly and check-in was super quick. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Parking downstairs was also convenient. I stayed for one night on a business trip, and overall it was a very hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

Service: Very good, with small souvenirs, patiently helping to choose a good room Environment: Located in the American Garden, it is very quiet on the street or near the community, near the subway station🚇 It is also convenient to travel, close to the South Railway Station and take a taxi to the attractions~ High cost performance, a good choice for accommodation when visiting Chengdu~

Really good bang for your buck hotel. I had actually booked the wrong Ibis by accident. It's a bit further easy from Chengdu city center, but you're near the subway and on a great street with many restaurants. Also close to Dufu Thatched cottage. Staff was extremely friendly

The room environment is great! The sanitation is very clean, and the lady at the front desk is super nice. I missed the cleaning time, so I told the front desk and arranged for cleaning staff to help clean up. Surrounded by a small business district, there is a lot of food, and there is also a snack street with a lot of delicious food! Come again next time!
