JOYA Properties in Chengdu

The hotel's location is fantastic – right downstairs are Taikoo Li, IFS, and Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street. It's also easy to hail a taxi downstairs, and the subway station isn't far. From the window, you can see Taikoo Li, and the night view is absolutely stunning. The service was also excellent; Mia added me on WeChat and was always available to answer any questions. All the hotel staff were very friendly and even gave my child a panda souvenir. A truly wonderful arrangement for our trip to Chengdu!

My holiday stay was absolutely perfect! The service was efficient and welcoming, the room was meticulously detailed, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I didn't feel any back pain after a night's sleep. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and there was no odor. Even the mouthwash cup was disinfected and had no drying marks. The dining was amazing. The freshly cooked dandan noodles for breakfast were delicious, and the fruits and vegetables were fresh. The location is also perfect, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, allowing easy access to attractions. Free parking is also very convenient. From the amenities to the service, I couldn't fault a single thing. It truly deserves its five-star rating!
