JOYA Hotels in Chengdu

Stayed at The Temple House for three nights with my child in a twin room. The location is incredibly convenient; right downstairs is Taikoo Li, making shopping, dining, and exploring with a child super easy. The room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and amenities like smart toilets are all readily available. The service was especially thoughtful; staff members greeted my child proactively and were quick to respond to requests. They offer hot supper every night from 9-11 pm, which is perfect for a satisfying bite after a tiring day. During check-out, they even asked about my stay and gave us a small panda souvenir. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

My stay at the Chengdu Hi-tech Xiyue Hotel during the May Day holiday was absolutely perfect. The hotel is in a great location, making it super convenient for getting around, and the environment is clean and quiet. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, handling check-in and check-out quickly. The room was tidy and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were well-stocked. There was plenty of hot water with good water pressure too. Housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, and the cleaning staff were very considerate. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and overall, it was excellent value for money. The service was attentive and thoughtful, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. I was very satisfied with my holiday stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I'll choose it again next time.
