"This is my favourite hotel to stay whenever I visit Batam Location is excellent with less than 5 mins walk along the covered walkway from Harbour Bay ferry to hotel without being subjected to hot sun or rain. Within 10 mins walk are a stretch of restaurants from seafood to fusion and bistro concepts Staffs from security, reception and service crew from Cirtuz Restaurant which serves amazing buffet breakfast to even the housekeeping crew are polite, helpful and friendly Only wish that there is at least a half panel at the shower area to prevent water from splashing out of the shower area"

Atmosphere By e Batam Ferry center with awesome view from rooftop. Staffs Very Friendly, attentive & accomodative staffs & the owner was there with very positive vibes. Price Reasonable & Affordable Transport - 5min walk from Batam Ferry Facilities - Pool, Gym, RoOftop Breakfast dining - In front the Dataran, Museum, Mosque - View of Welcome Batam sign board"

"Very clean hotel, probably coz it's newly opened only last year. Appreciate the wedding anniversary cake provided. Breakfast is superb. Only downside is we can hear the loud music at the adjacent room till 12pm and the corridor noise from other guests disturbing our peacetime."

"I would like to personally thanked to the amazing team of swiss bell-in baloi batam, for their top notch services during my stay from 24th - 27th Dec. The room is spacious, with a lot of plug point. We booked 2 superior double plus room. Everything is brand new, got a lot of space for us to put our luggage. Breakfast spread is usual but their services is what i love the most, despite the rush hours they manage it so well. They are very attentive on food replenishment. As for the room service, they are quick with the request as there's no iron in the room. But they are happy to send in iron+iron board to our room. Location wise is just 10-15 minutes rides from batam harbour bay. 5 minutes walk to grand batam mall. And just a normal 10 minutes grab ride to nagoya or BSC mall. Totally recommend for the 1st time traveler to batam. Definitely looking forward to come back here again ＜3"

Extensive breakfast spread featuring a chocolate fountain. Complimentary upgrade from Premier to a One-Bedroom suite (King-size bed, spacious living room with a long sofa bed, and a wash & dry machine). Free high tea for stays of at least two nights—even when booked through Trip.com. Saturday pizza crafting at only 100k per person—the kids absolutely loved it! Highly recommended"
