Being newly built, the hygiene was absolutely impeccable, and the overall decor was simple and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. However, it's worth noting that the surrounding area is still quite undeveloped. There's only a small supermarket downstairs, which is convenient enough for daily necessities, but if you want to eat out or have more food options, you'll definitely need to drive. I recommend bringing extra snacks or instant food before checking in, to avoid getting hungry at night. Additionally, due to the high number of residents, elevator waiting times can be long, especially during morning and evening rush hours. If you're in a hurry, I suggest planning your check-out in advance to avoid peak times. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, modern accommodation environment and don't mind the temporary inconvenience of the surroundings, this is still a good choice. It's suitable for travelers with their own car and those who prefer a quiet stay."

"The hotel is conveniently located in Shah Alam, close to many amenities and attractions. However, the overall stay felt quite average. The hotel interior and facilities feel a bit old-fashioned, and the bathroom design was not to my liking — having to step into the bathtub to take a shower was inconvenient. The air conditioning in my room was also not cold, and I had to call for maintenance to fix it. Although the staff were polite and responsive, the overall comfort and condition of the hotel could be improved for a better guest experience."

"Stayed at Royale Chulan Damansara (13–14 Dec). The room was fine, but the check-in was a mess. Official check-in is 3:00 PM, yet I only received my key at 4:27 PM, despite being told a room was already available shortly after 3. There were only a few people ahead of me, but the process was slow, disorganised, and poorly managed, with staff repeatedly leaving the counter and no explanation given. The delay caused me to miss a scheduled makeup appointment and disrupted my preparation for an important event. Late check-out was initially refused and only reluctantly approved until 12:30 PM, even after such a late check-in. I understand the hotel was fully booked, but this level of inefficiency is unacceptable and not what one would expect from a hotel of this reputation."

"Do not be fooled by the exterior of the building, the interior and the room differs from it. I believed that area is more or less a business or office area, the reception gave the nearest makan place with decent value. A slight minor part but did not really adds to my experience was, kettle was not working and toothbrush and toothpaste were not given. For a moment, I thought it’s a regulation in HK until I confirmed with the reception."

"Had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, I really loved the atmosphere and would definitely come back again. However, I did face two small issues during my stay. The handheld shower didn’t work when using the bathtub, and the power socket for the hairdryer in the bathroom wasn’t functioning. It wasn’t a big inconvenience, but hopefully it can be fixed for future guests. Other than that, everything was great and I truly enjoyed my stay. Would happily return!"

Transport: No mrt nearby, every day use grab, even go to KLiA Airport"

"Hotel room is clean and neat. Staffs attitude are very good and caring. Being 2nd stay customers, I think hotel should value our booking and should give us higher floor stay or even a upgrade should there be a bigger room available. Overall, very enjoyable stay in M World Hotel. Recommended. 😄"
